Abstract
本发明提供了一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将虫草粉碎、过筛、烘干得虫草粉,向虫草粉中加入蒸馏水,通过水热浸提法提取虫草素;再以提取后的剩余物为原料,提取虫草多肽;通过超声法提取虫草多糖,将其与黄伞多糖混合,协同抗氧化;将阿胶用粉碎机粉碎成可直接入药的细粉,向黄连、黄芩、白芍中加水煎煮提取,再与阿胶细粉混合;将多种原料与上述所得物料混合均匀,边搅拌边滴加粘合剂食用酒精,制成软硬适中的材料;将混合制成的软材紧握成团,过筛、干燥,再过筛、烘干,加入山梨糖醇、润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,用单冲压片机压片,按生产规格进行包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体涉及一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法。
背景技术
虫草又称北冬虫夏草,虫草天然资源的世界性分布数量很少。虫草是我国传统的食药用菌类,具有很高的药用价值,具有丰富的生物活性物质和显著的药理作用。虫草主要的活性成分主要是腺苷类、虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖、甘露醇、酶、麦角留醇、甾醇类等多种活性成分,同时含有多种蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素以及微量元素。一系列研究结果表明虫草具有降三高、增强免疫力、镇定催眠、防治衰老、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗病毒、抗肿瘤和保护心肺组织等功效,同时具有辅助治疗心血管疾病、肾功能障碍、肝脏疾病、缓解肺癌等作用。从虫草子座中分离得到的虫草多肽具有抗菌、抗癌和免疫增强作用。众所周知,多肽是机体完成各种生理活性必不可少的一种物质,在生物的代谢活动和疾病治疗中也起着不可取代的作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,依照该工艺制备的片剂具有良好的抗氧化活性、能补气血、美容养颜。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将15-25重量份虫草用中药粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,在40-50℃的烘箱中烘干,得到虫草粉,匀分成两份,待用;
水热浸提法提取虫草素:
向一份虫草粉中1:15-20加入蒸馏水,充分搅拌均匀,置于55-60℃水浴中,浸提2-3次,每次5-6h,离心,取上层清液,得到含虫草素的滤液; 虫草剩余物直接酶解:
向上述离心后的虫草剩余物中1:10-15加入蒸馏水,用NaOH调溶液pH为10-12,加入碱性蛋白酶,在50-60℃下恒温酶解8-12h后,置于沸水浴中灭酶10-20min,抽滤,得到含虫草多肽的滤液;
(2)超声法提取虫草多糖:
向(1)中所得另一份虫草粉中1:30-40加入蒸馏水,混匀浸泡,在50-55℃下超声提取40-50min,离心,将上清液浓缩、冷却,边搅拌边加入乙醇,于4-6℃静置过夜,离心、沉淀用乙醚、丙酮洗涤3-5次后,放入60-70℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重,得到虫草多糖;将其与黄伞多糖3-2:1混合待用;
(3)将7-13重量份阿胶用粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,得到可直接入药的阿胶细粉;
将6-8重量份黄连、3-4重量份黄芩、4-5重量份白芍混合,1:15-20加入蒸馏水,密封放置,浸泡1-2h,加热至70-80℃回流提取1-2h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.3的清膏,在75-85℃下减压干燥至恒重,冷却,粉碎成细粉,与阿胶细粉混合待用;
(4)复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备:
将5-10重量份枸杞子、10-15重量份茯苓、3-5重量份陈皮、3-4重量份益智仁混合,研磨粉碎,过80-100目筛后,与2-4重量份甘草浸膏、2-3重量份肉桂粉、2-4重量份怀山药粉、1-2重量份人参粉及(1)、(2)、(3)中所得物料混合,加入1-2重量份麦芽糊精、2-4重量份食用葡萄糖,混合均匀,缓慢加入粘合剂食用酒精,边滴加边搅拌,制成软硬适中的材料;
将混合制成的软材紧握成团,过18-20目筛,于65-75℃干燥30-40min,过18-20目筛,再置于65-75℃烘箱内烘干20-30min,加入1-2重量份山梨糖醇、0.5-1重量份润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,用单冲压片机压片,按生产规格进行包装。
其中,步骤(1)中所述虫草为广东虫草子实体,离心为3000-4000rpm处理10-20min,NaOH浓度为1-2%,碱性蛋白酶的用量为8000-10000U/g。步骤(2)中所述乙醇浓度为90-95%,离心为6000-7000rpm处理5-10min。步骤(4)中所述干燥后物料含水量为3-5%,每片重0.4-0.5g。
本发明的有益效果:
将虫草粉碎、过筛、烘干后得到虫草粉,用水热浸提法提取得到具有抗氧化、防治衰老功效的虫草素;以热水浸提虫草素后的剩余物为原料,用碱性蛋白酶直接进行酶解,得到具有清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化能力的虫草酶解液多肽;运用超声法对虫草粉进行提取得到具有抗氧化活性的虫草多糖,将其与黄伞多糖复合后具有协同抗氧化作用,对DPPH和H2O2的清除能力较强。
将阿胶粉碎成细粉可直接入药,将黄连、黄芩、白芍用水煎煮提取,再与其他原料混合制粒、压片,得到压片糖果,即虫草人参阿胶片,能补气血、美容养颜。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述,不是对本发明的限制。
实施例
一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将25g虫草用中药粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,在40-50℃的烘箱中烘干,得到虫草粉,匀分成两份,待用;
水热浸提法提取虫草素:
向一份虫草粉中1:20加入蒸馏水,充分搅拌均匀,置于55-60℃水浴中,浸提2次,每次5h,离心,取上层清液,得到含虫草素的滤液; 虫草剩余物直接酶解:
向上述离心后的虫草剩余物中1:15加入蒸馏水,用NaOH调溶液pH为10-12,加入碱性蛋白酶,在50-60℃下恒温酶解8h后,置于沸水浴中灭酶15min,抽滤,得到含虫草多肽的滤液;
(2)超声法提取虫草多糖:
向(1)中所得另一份虫草粉中1:35加入蒸馏水,混匀浸泡,在50-55℃下超声提取45min,离心,将上清液浓缩、冷却,边搅拌边加入乙醇,于4-6℃静置过夜,离心、沉淀用乙醚、丙酮洗涤3次后,放入60-70℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重,得到虫草多糖;将其与黄伞多糖3:1混合待用;
(3)将13g阿胶用粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,得到可直接入药的阿胶细粉;
将6g黄连、3g黄芩、4g白芍混合,1:20加入蒸馏水,密封放置,浸泡1h,加热至70-80℃回流提取2h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.3的清膏,在75-85℃下减压干燥至恒重,冷却,粉碎成细粉,与阿胶细粉混合待用;
(4)复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备:
将5g枸杞子、10g茯苓、3g陈皮、3g益智仁混合,研磨粉碎,过100目筛后,与4g甘草浸膏、2g肉桂粉、4g怀山药粉、2g人参粉及(1)、(2)、(3)中所得物料混合,加入1g麦芽糊精、4g食用葡萄糖,混合均匀,缓慢加入粘合剂食用酒精,边滴加边搅拌,制成软硬适中的材料;
将混合制成的软材紧握成团,过18目筛,于65-75℃干燥35min,过20目筛,再置于65-75℃烘箱内烘干25min,加入2g山梨糖醇、0.5g润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,用单冲压片机压片,按生产规格进行包装。
其中,步骤(1)中所述虫草为广东虫草子实体,离心为3500rpm处理15min,NaOH浓度为1.5%,碱性蛋白酶的用量为9000U/g。步骤(2)中所述乙醇浓度为90%,离心为6500rpm处理10min。步骤(4)中所述干燥后物料含水量为5%,每片重0.4g。
Claims (5)
1.一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将虫草粉碎、过筛、烘干得虫草粉,向虫草粉中加入蒸馏水,通过水热浸提法提取虫草素;再以提取后的剩余物为原料,提取虫草多肽;通过超声法提取虫草多糖,将其与黄伞多糖混合,协同抗氧化;将阿胶用粉碎机粉碎成可直接入药的细粉,向黄连、黄芩、白芍中加水煎煮提取,再与阿胶细粉混合;将多种原料与上述所得物料混合均匀,边搅拌边滴加粘合剂食用酒精,制成软硬适中的材料;将混合制成的软材紧握成团,过筛、干燥,再过筛、烘干,加入山梨糖醇、润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,用单冲压片机压片,按生产规格进行包装。
2.权利要求1所述的一种能补气血、抗氧化、美容养颜的复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备方法,其特征在于:
将15-25重量份虫草用中药粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,在40-50℃的烘箱中烘干,得到虫草粉,匀分成两份,待用;

向一份虫草粉中1:15-20加入蒸馏水,充分搅拌均匀,置于55-60℃水浴中,浸提2-3次,每次5-6h,离心,取上层清液,得到含虫草素的滤液; 虫草剩余物直接酶解:

向(1)中所得另一份虫草粉中1:30-40加入蒸馏水,混匀浸泡,在50-55℃下超声提取40-50min,离心,将上清液浓缩、冷却,边搅拌边加入乙醇,于4-6℃静置过夜,离心、沉淀用乙醚、丙酮洗涤3-5次后,放入60-70℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重,得到虫草多糖;将其与黄伞多糖3-2:1混合待用;
(3)将7-13重量份阿胶用粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,得到可直接入药的阿胶细粉;
将6-8重量份黄连、3-4重量份黄芩、4-5重量份白芍混合,1:15-20加入蒸馏水,密封放置,浸泡1-2h,加热至70-80℃回流提取1-2h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.3的清膏,在75-85℃下减压干燥至恒重,冷却,粉碎成细粉,与阿胶细粉混合待用;
(4)复方虫草人参阿胶片的制备:
将5-10重量份枸杞子、10-15重量份茯苓、3-5重量份陈皮、3-4重量份益智仁混合,研磨粉碎,过80-100目筛后,与2-4重量份甘草浸膏、2-3重量份肉桂粉、2-4重量份怀山药粉、1-2重量份人参粉及(1)、(2)、(3)中所得物料混合,加入1-2重量份麦芽糊精、2-4重量份食用葡萄糖,混合均匀,缓慢加入粘合剂食用酒精,边滴加边搅拌,制成软硬适中的材料;
将混合制成的软材紧握成团,过18-20目筛,于65-75℃干燥30-40min,过18-20目筛,再置于65-75℃烘箱内烘干20-30min,加入1-2重量份山梨糖醇、0.5-1重量份润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,用单冲压片机压片,按生产规格进行包装。
