拟南芥和香柏是具有极大价值的保健品种。香柏属灌木,常匍匐生长,高0.3-1米,有时高达6米。枝条匍匐状,弯同,枝皮褐色,有叶小枝密,常呈六棱状,枝梢上部向下弯曲。叶刺形,3叶轮生,叶下延部分不露出,船形,卵状长圆形或宽披针形,腺体位于基部,通常椭圆形,凹下。拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)又名鼠耳芥,阿拉伯芥,阿拉伯草。属被子植物门,双子叶植物纲,十字花科植物,其基因组大约为12500万碱基对和5对染色体,是目前已知高等植物基因组中第二小的,最小为丝叶狸藻。如何提取拟南芥和香柏有效成分,作为餐包中的有益成分来使用,也是本领域现有技术中未解决的问题。
另外,现有的保健餐包功能比较有限,保健功能、特别是特定应用目的的保健功能较差。
还发现,在现有技术中,所采用的膳食纤维或其食料通常吸收效果差,例如目前所用的膳食纤维通常不经过发酵来制备,或者是通过普通发酵方式来制备,制得的膳食纤维吸收效果差,对于普通食品例如饼干而言可能能够满足要求,但是对于营养餐包例如带餐包而言却难以达到要求。此外,目前使用的米粉往往粘性偏高,颜色偏暗,从而影响餐包冲调或煮制品的感官感受和外观。另外,目前的保健餐包缺乏特定的功能性。
因此,为了人体健康,需要开发一种具有降血压功能的营养餐包及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种营养餐包及其制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本申请采用了如下技术方案:
一种营养餐包,所述营养餐包的原料组分及重量份配比为:
组份A、组份B、组份C、组份D和组份E按照(10-15):(5-8):(3-5):(2-4):(30-40)的比例进行配比。

所述组份B的原料组份配比为:白藓皮6-10份、板蓝根6-10份、蒲黄20-30份、微晶纤维素10-15份、蜂蜜1-5份、羧甲基纤维素钠6-10份、阿司帕坦1-3份、淀粉1-6份、交联聚维酮2-4份、硬脂酸镁4-9份、木糖醇1-4份、玉米纤维粉130-140份、大豆分离蛋白粉63-70份、β-胡萝卜素130-150份、Q10辅酶10-12份、番茄红素25-30份、蓝莓提取物50-70份、葡萄籽提取物25-30份、拟南芥提取物1-5份、香柏提取物30-50份、螺旋藻粉200-300份、矿物质10-15份、鳖甲11-13份、莪术2-7份、牡蛎1-5份、白附子3-8份、杏仁25-35份、桔梗30-35份、枇杷叶1-10份、金银花65-85份、连翘1-10份、石斛8-20份、枸杞子25-35份、鱼油1-10份;所述矿物质的原料组分及重量配比为,钙5-10份、镁15-25份、铁8-10份、锌20-30份、硒2-5份、铬3-8份、铜5-9份、锰1-3份、钒3-9份。
所述组份C的原料组份配比为:抗氧化剂25-30份、滑石粉15-25份、熊胆粉10-15份、虫草1-5份、灵芝破壁孢子粉8-15份、鹿茸1-3份、玉米须10-15份、甘露醇35-50份、天然磷脂1-5份、食用醋酸1-5份、吐温-80 15-20份;所述抗氧化剂为亚硫酸氢钠,或亚硫酸钠,或硫脲,或谷胱甘肽,或半胱氨酸,或丙氨酸,或硫代甘油之一。
所述组份D的原料组份配比为:维生素B1 10-20份、维生素B2 5-10份、维生素B63-9份、维生素C 35-50份、维生素A 5-10份、维生素D 1-5份、维生素E 8-10份、泛酸10-30份、烟酸5-10份。
所述组份E的原料组份配比为:牛奶50-100份、去离子水1000-3000份。
一种所述营养餐包的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
步骤一、原料预处理;
步骤二、干燥;
步骤三、粉碎;
步骤四、过滤;
步骤五、红外-微波干燥;
步骤六、成品包装。
所述步骤一的原料预处理具体包括:
步骤(1)按照原料组份配比,进行称量,将组份A清洗,去除杂质,在远红外线灭菌机里进行60-80秒灭菌,然后再进行高温灭菌,设定灭菌温度范围为80-90℃,压力为10-15MPa,灭菌时长范围为5-10分钟;
步骤(2)将灭菌后的组份A加入到牛奶中进行浸泡,浸泡1-24小时,使其含牛奶达到30-40wt%;
所述步骤二干燥具体包括
步骤(3)将浸泡后牛奶的组份A置于真空微波干燥器中进行干燥,干燥温度为10-15℃,干燥时间为5-8min,真空度控制在6-8KPa,微波功率是100-150W,得到干燥的组份A;
步骤(4)将步骤(3)中干燥的组份A在-20℃至-25℃温度下,冷冻5-6小时,进行冷冻处理;然后取出,置于真空冷冻干燥机内,先以5-10℃/min的降温速度冷冻至-20~-25℃,保持2-4h,然后再放置在库温为-5至-10℃的冷冻库中恒温冷冻2h,得到冷冻干燥组份A;
所述步骤三粉碎具体包括:
步骤(5)将步骤(4)中冷冻干燥组份A先进行粗粉碎,原料粉碎细度为100目,取筛下料,将筛下料在超微破壁粉碎机粉碎至100μm;再向粉碎后的组份A粉末中,加入组份A粉末重量1.5倍的去离子水,再通过超声波连续流细胞破碎机,超声频率15-30KHz,功率2000-4000W,悬浮液每小时流量为15Kg,得到的破碎后的组份A粉悬浮液,备用;
所述步骤四过滤具体包括:
步骤(6)将组份A粉悬浮液过滤,滤液用高速离心机离心10min,400rpm,取上清液,经纳米无机薄膜过滤,分别收集截留物和滤过液;然后将滤过液继续进行超滤膜过滤,得到超滤膜过滤液A备用;所述纳米无机薄膜为氧化铝基纳米无机薄膜,截留分子量为1000MW,微滤温度为30-35℃;超滤膜截留分子量为400MW,超滤温度为45℃;所述纳米无机薄膜的厚度为25-30微米;所述纳米无机薄膜的原料组份及重量配比为:硝酸铝3-5份、正硅酸乙酯20-30份、氧氯化锆2-3份、钛酸丁酯5-9份、碳化硅1-10份、活性炭纤维1-4份、氮化硅10-15份、氮化硼10-15份、稻壳灰10-15份、硅灰3-8份。
其中,稻壳的物质组成为:粗纤维35.5%-45%、木质素21%-26%、缩聚戊糖16%-22%、灰分11.4%-22%、二氧化硅10%-21%(见表1)。

稻壳中主要元素组成为C、H、O、Si还夹由少量的杂质,这就为稻壳制造高性能肥料以及复合土壤获得了极为有益的条件。且水稻作为世界级农作物,近年来稻谷的年产量已达到六亿多吨,而作为农业大国的中国,水稻的年产量也达到近世界的一半;而稻壳作为水稻的副产品,它的产量巨大,是稻谷重量的20%。但是尽管稻壳有许多潜在的农业用途,稻壳的大部分还没有发现合理的回收利用的方法。
硅灰,灰色或者灰白色的粉末,耐火度在1600℃以上,容重在1600-1700千克/立方米左右,它的颗粒很细,平均粒径在0.1-1μm左右,工业“三废”之一,又称硅粉、硅微粉、二氧化硅超细粉,或者称为凝聚硅灰。(硅灰的物理性质和化学成分见下表2和表3)

稻壳灰的制备:
步骤(a)首先,将自张家口市万全县稻壳加工厂买来的稻壳洗干净、烘干,除去其中的杂质,以备稻壳灰的制作使用;
步骤(b)设置升温制度,将稻壳灰的烧成最高温度定为600℃;烧成制度设计为:室温至300℃升温30min;300-400℃升温20min;400-600℃升温30min;600℃恒温30min;600℃-常温,自然降温;具体的,20℃左右至300℃升温30min;300-400℃升温30min;400-600℃升温30min;600℃恒温30min;600-300℃降温约4h;300℃至室温降温约1.5h;
步骤(c)将烘干的稻壳放入耐火坩埚中,并将坩埚放入升温炉中进行燃烧处理;
步骤(d)直到炉内降温到300℃以下后,将坩埚取出放到窗外快速冷却,待温度冷却后将制成的稻壳灰从坩埚中取出,测得烧制成功的稻壳灰的主要成分为SiO2;
步骤(e)稻壳灰的粉磨;采用YJ-300型高速万能粉碎机,由济南亿健医疗设备有限公司制造,额定电压220V,功率1400W,电机转速28000转/分,粉细度为50-300目,将燃烧后的稻壳灰放入粉碎机中进行粉磨处理,其中,稻壳灰作2min、3min、4min的粉磨处理;
步骤(f)将粉磨稻壳灰用安泰科技股份有限公司X射线衍射仪进行XRD衍射分析;
由XRD衍射图谱可以看出:经本试验室研究所设计的稻壳灰的烧成制度的烧成,并经多功能粉碎机粉磨后的稻壳灰的XRD衍射图谱并没有明显的峰值。结果表明,本申请所最终制备的稻壳灰试样中非晶态成分较多。由XRD成分分析可以确定此次试验所得稻壳灰中确实非晶态的SiO2较多,具有较高的火山灰活性。

本试验硅灰采自张家口市金华矿业有限公司,SF93级,SiO2含量为97.51%,烧失量为1.58%,比表面积为22000m2/kg,各项技术指标均符合规范的要求。本次试验中同样将硅灰在万能粉碎机中进行粉磨,分出三种不同的细度。
步骤(7)将步骤(6)中的超滤膜过滤液A加热浓缩,加热温度在70℃-80℃,至相对密度为1.1-1.15;加于已处理好的大孔树脂柱(D101型,乙醇湿法装柱,乙醇适量预洗,再用水洗至无醇味,备用)上,先用2倍柱体积的水洗脱,弃去水洗液,然后用2倍柱体积的80%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.04~1.06(60℃)的浓缩液,得到浓缩液A;
所述步骤五红外-微波干燥包括:
步骤(8)得到的浓缩液A,在干燥腔内进行热风-红外-微波干燥,热风温度50-55℃,远红外辐射强度0.5-0.8W/cm2,微波加热第一阶段功率为100-200W,第二阶段功率为200-300W,第三阶段功率为300-400W,传送带速度15-20m/min,循环2-3次;将浓缩液A在红外、微波环境下干燥至含水率小于5%,得到组份A干粉;
所述步骤六成品包装:
步骤(9)将得到的组份A干粉与组份B、组份C和剩余组份D,按照原料配比加入到搅拌机中,进行原料混合,搅拌机转速1500转/min,搅拌25-35min,停止搅拌,进行原料均质,均质时料液温度为30-40℃,均质压力在500-15000psi,将乳液反复均质,调节pH值5.0-7.0,过均质机,测定粒径,得到粒径<500nm;包装计量装袋,进行巴氏杀菌10-15分钟,即得成品。
其中,豆类加工,选晒干饱满,色泽金黄无虫害的优质大豆,水洗干净后,称取上述量的鲜重,放入炒锅炒熟,再研磨成粉末过200目筛;所述大豆分离蛋白粉所用的大豆,先取大豆于80-100℃烘烤20-30min;用质量百分比浓度为2-3%的NaHCO3溶液浸泡大豆120-150s;于-20℃中速冻5-10min;将大豆于50-60℃热风干燥110-150min;将黄精浸入富硒水内浸泡12h-13h;将浸泡后的黄精放置于不同蒸箱内蒸制40-50min制得熟料,再将熟料进行晾晒,直到熟料含水量降至5%;所述富硒水内硒含量为270ug/L;蒸箱温度为98℃;
螺旋藻粉:含有丰富的蛋白质,氨基酸,维生素,矿物质,藻多糖,藻蓝素,β-胡萝卜素,叶绿素和来麻酸等营养活性物质。
矿物质:矿物质和维生素一样,是人体必须的元素,矿物质是无法自身产生、合成的,人体内矿物质不足可能出现许多症状。
复合维生素:维生素是人体不可缺少的物质,需要量虽少但是由于体内不能合成必须从摄取补充。维生素对维持人体正常的生长发育和调节各种生理功能至关重要。
玉米:含纤维素2.9%,蛋白质4%,脂肪1.2%,碳水化合物22.8%,另含矿物质元素和维生素等,消化率在90%以上;玉米含丰富的维生素B6、烟酸、维生素C、维生素E、异麦芽低聚糖等,具有通肠胃、长寿、美容、调中开胃、降血脂、降低胆固醇的功效,玉米含有的黄体素、玉米黄质可以对抗眼睛老化。
葛根为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块进行干燥,葛根内含12份的黄酮类化合物,例如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖以及人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,是老少皆宜的名贵滋补品,有“千年人参”之美誉。既有药用价值,又有营养保健之功效,主要产于湖北、贵州、广西、江苏、江西、湖南等地。具有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻等功效。
葛根的功效与作用:
葛根全身是宝,在我国有悠久的应用历史,包括葛藤、葛叶、葛花都有应用之法。据《本草纲目》记载:葛根性凉、气平、味甘,具有清热、降火、排毒诸功效。用现代医学方法进一步分析表明,葛根中富含多达13种异黄酮类物质,包括葛根素、葛雌素、葛根素木糖甙、大豆黄酮等。
葛根的功效:升阳解肌,透疹止泻,除烦止渴。可治疗伤寒、温热头痛,烦热消渴、泄泻、痢疾、癍疹不透、高血压、心绞痛、耳聋等。
对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病的治疗作用:
葛根总黄酮能使脑血流量显著增加,能使冠状血管血流量增加,葛根素可使心脏搏动的速率减慢、心肌收缩力增强、主动脉压降低。葛根总黄酮、大豆甙元和葛根素对高血压引起的头痛、头晕、耳鸣等症有明显疗效。提高免疫功能作用:
葛根富含的黄酮类化合物能有效地清除自由基,抑制红细胞膜,肝、脾、脑组织的氧化损伤,葛根黄酮可用于防止生物膜的氧化损伤,葛根可使肝、脾脏的碳粒摄取功能增强,使细胞性免疫功能反应性恢复。常食葛根,能调节人体机能,增强体质,提高机体抗病能力,抗衰延年,永葆青春活力。
桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效;花生衣含有丰富的营养成分,能补脾胃之气,西医认为,花生红衣能抑制纤维蛋白的溶解,增加血小板的含量,改善血小板的质量,改善凝血因子的缺陷,加强毛细血管的收缩机能,促进骨髓造血机能;海盐含有更丰富的钙镁钾硫,以及铁锌等微量元素,有效改善该黄精能量餐口感,将上述各种黑色食材和药材通过科学配比制成粉状,不仅具有配制、服用简便,能替代早餐,更具有温补宜吸收、安全有效的优点,对于肾虚导致白发干枯有良好的食用疗效,同时,通过浸泡富硒水,使得黄精能量餐富硒,提高保健效果。
对于香柏提取物,本申请需要特别进行说明。在现有技术中,未发现有有效制备香柏提取物的方法,因此,本申请人经过大量创造性的劳动,创新的提出了如下适合制备香柏提取物的方法,具体如下:将香柏清洗,去除杂质,在远红外线灭菌机里进行20-30秒,然后再进行高温灭菌,设定灭菌温度范围为70-80℃,压力为5-6MPa,灭菌时长范围为10-15分钟;将香柏置于乙醇中进行浸泡2-5小时,所述乙醇的浓度为40-50%,使其含水量达到10-15%;然后进行真空干燥,真空干燥后的香柏,加入搅拌球磨机中,在转速为100-200r/min,粉碎8-10min,得到香柏粉末再在超微破壁粉碎机粉碎至100目以上;再向粉碎后的香柏粉末中,加入香柏粉末重量1.5倍的乙醇,所述乙醇的浓度为40-50%的,再通过超声波连续流细胞破碎机,超声频率15-40KHz,功率500-800W,悬浮液每小时流量为15Kg,得到的破碎后的香柏粉末悬浮液;将上述香柏粉末悬浮液用高速离心机离心10min,200rpm,过滤上清液,并加热浓缩,加热温度在50-60℃至相对密度为1.05-1.08,浓缩液冷却后加入等体积乙醇,放入冰箱内2h后,5000r/min离心30min,过滤,滤液浓缩(加热温度为70℃左右)至无醇味,加于已处理好的大孔树脂柱(D101型,乙醇湿法装柱,乙醇适量预洗,再用水洗至无醇味,备用)上,先用2倍柱体积的水洗脱,弃去水洗液,然后用3倍柱体积的80%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.04~1.06(60℃)的浓缩液B,将浓缩液B加入蒸馏罐,再加入纤维素酶和水,所述纤维素酶的重量为浓缩液B重量0.6-0.8%,在常温下浸泡4-6h,得到提取液;从蒸馏罐的底部通入水蒸气对提取液进行加热,提取液沸腾后提取2-3h,得到混合蒸汽;上述得到的混合蒸汽经过冷凝器进行冷凝,冷凝后得到油水混合物;冷凝得到的油水混合物经过油水分离器进行油水分离,得到香柏粗油和水。
获得的香柏粗油注入通过进料装置注入萃取装置中,关闭进料装置上的阀门后,将萃取装置进行抽真空操作;向萃取装置中加入萃取剂后进行反复萃取过程,萃取时间3h,温度30-50℃,压力1-2MPa;将所得萃取液转移至蒸发装置中,是溶剂与萃取物分离后提纯;所述萃取以超临界CO2流体为萃取溶剂,以体积浓度为30-45%的乙醇为夹带剂进行超临界萃取,经分离釜分离得到浸膏;其中萃取温度为25-38℃,萃取压力为15-22MPa,萃取时间为1.5-3小时,所述原料的质量Kg与萃取釜的容积L比为0.2-0.5∶1,所述夹带剂的用量L与萃取釜的容积L比为0.05-0.07∶1;
进行完首次萃取后,将料液压至蒸发装置中,在萃取装置中再次加入萃取剂后将蒸发装置内的料液转移至萃取装置进行二次萃取;所述的萃取过程至少进行六次;将萃取所得的浸膏置于分子蒸馏器中,于5-10Pa、160-180℃条件下进行分子蒸馏,收集得到相应的植物提取物;分层后,分出上层即为香柏提取物。经本方法制备的香柏的提取物,制取率高达40%,有效成分高。

有益效果
本申请采用矿物质或复合维生素结合,经过大量的研究发现,在制作餐包的过程中,按照四组分方法,有效配合,能够充分发挥各原料的协同作用,并经过本申请所述的制备工艺,所予以添加、补配矿物质或复合维生素符合人体需求的比例数量,达到最优状态。与常规餐包相比,本申请餐包食用者的维生素的吸收率提高了85%,矿物质的吸收率提高了75%,营养均衡状态均得到了改善。
本发明产品营养餐包,除了能够具有餐包的常规的便携、饮食、补充营养的功能外,还具有补气养血、化瘀开窍、疏通血脉、改善心肌供血的作用。

步骤(2)将灭菌后的组份A加入到牛奶中进行浸泡,浸泡24小时,使其含牛奶达到40wt%;
所述步骤二干燥具体包括
步骤(3)将浸泡后牛奶的组份A置于真空微波干燥器中进行干燥,干燥温度为15℃,干燥时间为8min,真空度控制在8KPa,微波功率是150W,得到干燥的组份A;
步骤(4)将步骤(3)中干燥的组份A在-25℃温度下,冷冻6小时,进行冷冻处理;然后取出,置于真空冷冻干燥机内,先以10℃/min的降温速度冷冻至-25℃,保持4h,然后再放置在库温为-10℃的冷冻库中恒温冷冻2h,得到冷冻干燥组份A;

步骤(2)将灭菌后的组份A加入到牛奶中进行浸泡,浸泡6小时,使其含牛奶达到35wt%;

步骤(3)将浸泡后牛奶的组份A置于真空微波干燥器中进行干燥,干燥温度为11℃,干燥时间为6min,真空度控制在7KPa,微波功率是122W,得到干燥的组份A;

从上表中可以看出,本申请中的营养餐包对500例高血压早起患者取得显著疗效的有241例,占48.2%,好转的有259例,占51.8%,总有效率100%。
营养餐包降压试验
将实施例2的营养餐包采用喂食方式
试验动物:自发性高血压白鼠
将自发性高压白鼠随机分为三组,每组12只,用SY-I型白鼠血压测压仪测定各组试验白鼠在喂食本申请餐包前的动脉收缩/Kg体重的剂量分别给各组白鼠喂食营养餐包。于喂食后0.5、1、2、3、4和5h测其动脉收缩压的变化,测定结果见图4。可见,喂食本申请营养餐包的白鼠,自发性高血压下降,2h达到高峰,然后逐渐回升,4-5h接近正常。最高下降率达14.6%,而普通营养餐包可使自发性高血压略有下降,但变化不明显。
测试营养餐包对血管紧张素II的影响
试验餐包:实施例3制备的营养餐包,喂食方式
对照品:市售普通营养餐包
实验动物:自发性高血压白鼠
将12只自发性高血压白鼠随机分成2组,对照组以300mg营养餐包/kg体重的计量喂食,各组白鼠喂食后1.5h小时,取血,于冰浴中经EDTA-2Na抗凝及酶抑制剂8一羟基喹啉,二硫基丙醇作用,迅速离心,以1000rpm/min离心5min,取其上清液,-20℃保存,按常规的放免方法测定血浆中血管紧张素II(AII)的含量,见下表7:

结果表明,试验鼠喂食市售营养餐包,其血浆中AII仅下降了6.79%,而等剂量喂食本申请营养餐包,其血浆中AII下降了51.67%,AII的下降率远高于对照组。
