本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体是涉及一种适合三高人群的保健米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
    随着人们生活水平的提高,高血压、高血脂、高血糖等三高问题越来越危害人们的健康,尤其以老年人居多。高血压常伴有脂肪和糖代谢紊乱以及心、脑、肾和视网膜等器官功能性或器质性改变;高血脂有可能导致动脉粥样硬化,冠心病,急性胰腺炎等;高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生,例如胰腺功能衰竭、失水、电解质絮乱、营养缺乏、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、神经病变、眼底病变等等。所以一定要重视血糖,血压,血脂的升高,人们可以通过合理的饮食来降低三高对人们健康的危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种适合三高人群的保健米粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
    一种适合三高人群的保健米粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米100-110、槐米90-100、葛粉50-60、燕麦粉30-35、猕猴桃20-25、莲子5-7、胡萝卜提取物2-3、橄榄油5-6、椴树蜜7-8 、核桃仁6-8、白果15-18、百合根10-12、肉苁蓉8-9、黄瓜子2-3、助剂8-10;其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:西洋参粉3-4、小茴香粉2-3、柑皮粉4-6、豇豆粉25-30、苦荞头1-2、蚕豆壳6-7、枇杷叶3-4、香瓜茄果汁30-35、五味子2-3、麦冬4-5、芦荟叶7-8、木芙蓉叶2-3,制备方法为:将苦荞头、蚕豆壳、枇杷叶、五味子、麦冬、芦荟叶、木芙蓉叶加适量的水,先武火煮沸后再文火煎煮100-120分钟,滤去残渣得到煎煮液,继续加热浓缩至原煎煮液的五分之一,将剩余成分倒入煎煮液后混合均匀后,采取低温烘干后既得。
    所述的一种适合三高人群的保健米粉保健米粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白果、百合根、肉苁蓉、黄瓜子用适量水煎煮两次,每次60-80分钟,合并煎煮液,然后将糯米、槐米放入煎煮液中浸泡100-120分钟后,采用低温蒸发,将煎煮液中的水分蒸干,磨碎后得到混合米粉;
 (2)将核桃仁、莲子放入锅中混合炒熟后研磨成粉末,得到核桃莲子粉;
 (3)猕猴桃去皮处理后,将果肉切成2~4cm3大小,干燥至含水低于5%,经粉碎得到猕猴桃果粉,干燥时开始的温度在80~85℃保持10分钟,然后降到50~60℃,将干燥后的猕猴桃果肉块粉碎成果粉;
 (4)将步骤(1)至步骤(3)得到的混合米粉、核桃莲子粉、猕猴桃果粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,经过汽蒸熟化,冷却后送入冷冻干燥机,粉碎后过80-100目筛,即得。

具体实施方式
一种适合三高人群的保健米粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份(g)的原料组成:
糯米100、槐米90、葛粉50、燕麦粉30、猕猴桃20、莲子5、胡萝卜提取物2、橄榄油5、椴树蜜7、核桃仁6、白果15、百合根10、肉苁蓉8、黄瓜子2、助剂8;其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:西洋参粉3、小茴香粉2、柑皮粉4、豇豆粉25、苦荞头1、蚕豆壳6、枇杷叶3、香瓜茄果汁30、五味子2、麦冬4、芦荟叶7、木芙蓉叶2,制备方法为:将苦荞头、蚕豆壳、枇杷叶、五味子、麦冬、芦荟叶、木芙蓉叶加适量的水,先武火煮沸后再文火煎煮100-120分钟,滤去残渣得到煎煮液,继续加热浓缩至原煎煮液的五分之一,将剩余成分倒入煎煮液后混合均匀后,采取低温烘干后既得。

1.一种适合三高人群的保健米粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米100-110、槐米90-100、葛粉50-60、燕麦粉30-35、猕猴桃20-25、莲子5-7、胡萝卜提取物2-3、橄榄油5-6、椴树蜜7-8 、核桃仁6-8、白果15-18、百合根10-12、肉苁蓉8-9、黄瓜子2-3、助剂8-10;其中助剂由下列重量份的原料组成:西洋参粉3-4、小茴香粉2-3、柑皮粉4-6、豇豆粉25-30、苦荞头1-2、蚕豆壳6-7、枇杷叶3-4、香瓜茄果汁30-35、五味子2-3、麦冬4-5、芦荟叶7-8、木芙蓉叶2-3,制备方法为:将苦荞头、蚕豆壳、枇杷叶、五味子、麦冬、芦荟叶、木芙蓉叶加适量的水,先武火煮沸后再文火煎煮100-120分钟,滤去残渣得到煎煮液,继续加热浓缩至原煎煮液的五分之一,将剩余成分倒入煎煮液后混合均匀后,采取低温烘干后既得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适合三高人群的保健米粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
