据中国医学科学院卫生研究所综合分析,中国裸燕麦含粗蛋白质达15.6%,脂肪8.5%,还有淀粉释放热量以及磷、铁、钙等元素,与其它8种粮食相比,均名列前茅。燕麦中水溶性膳食纤维分别是小麦和玉米的4.7倍和7.7倍。燕麦中的B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸都比较丰富,特别是维生素E,每100克燕麦粉中高达15毫克。此外燕麦粉中还含有谷类食粮中均缺少的皂甙(人参的主要成分)。蛋白质的氨基酸组成比较全面,人体必需的8种氨基酸含量的均居首位,尤其是含赖氨酸高达0.68克。

一种粗粮饺子粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:燕麦麦粒400~450、炒大米粉14~16、玉米粉10~12、海苔粉8~10、绿豆粉7~9、砂仁7~8、石榴汁12~14、韭菜7~9、菟丝子4~6、黄油8~12、茯苓5~7、茶叶5~8、灵芝7~10、百合4~6、生地6~8、石斛3~5、助剂4~5和适量的水;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:虎皮草4~6、乌药子7~9、芨芨草花5~7、兰花叶1~3、黄连花7~10、山楂核5~7、白芝麻2~3、橘皮6~8、藿香叶4~6、糯米粉28~35、桑葚汁12~14及适量的水;制备方法是:(1)混合虎皮草、乌药子、芨芨草花、兰花叶、黄连花、橘皮和藿香叶,加2~3倍于总体积的水,大火烧开后小火煎煮70~80min浓缩汤汁,过滤得汤汁;(2)混合山楂核和白芝麻,炒制6~8min至表面焦黄,再磨成粉末;(3)将(1)的汤料和(2)的粉料混合加入糯米粉中,同时加入桑葚汁搅拌均匀,完成后烘干并粉碎等到。

(1)混合砂仁、韭菜、菟丝子、茯苓、茶叶、灵芝、百合、生地、石斛、助剂及其它以下未涉及的剩余成分,加水至液面高出物料10~12cm,煎煮70~80min,过滤得汤汁;
(2)选取干燥燕麦麦粒,平摊厚度≤5cm,将(1)所得汤汁持续的喷洒在麦粒上,保持表面湿润12~14h进行润麦,完成后放于0.4~0.8kw的微波条件下进行熟化8~10min;
(3)将(2)的燕麦麦粒进行磨粉去麸,筛粉后得粗制燕麦面粉;
(4)将炒大米粉、玉米粉、海苔粉、绿豆粉和石榴汁混合后加入(3)所述的燕麦面粉中,加适量的水正好搅拌成糊状,无多余水析出,最后干燥并粉碎得到。

本发明的优点:本发明是一种粗粮饺子粉,饺子粉一般是面粉所制,这就会经常导致制作的饺子凉后黏在一起,饺子皮粘性过高吃起来易残留口腔内壁,甚是难受,这里采用燕麦粉,燕麦富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,添加玉米粉、绿豆粉等粗粮类富含膳食纤维的干粮粉,使得本发明的饺子粉有劲道,爽口,不易糯化的特点,即使饺子皮时间过长也不会粘附在一起,富含的膳食纤维可以促进肠道蠕动,有清宿便,促消化的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种粗粮饺子粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(单位:g)的原料制成:燕麦麦粒400~450、炒大米粉14~16、玉米粉10~12、海苔粉8~10、绿豆粉7~9、砂仁7~8、石榴汁12~14、韭菜7~9、菟丝子4~6、黄油8~12、茯苓5~7、茶叶5~8、灵芝7~10、百合4~6、生地6~8、石斛3~5、助剂4~5和适量的水;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:虎皮草4~6、乌药子7~9、芨芨草花5~7、兰花叶1~3、黄连花7~10、山楂核5~7、白芝麻2~3、橘皮6~8、藿香叶4~6、糯米粉28~35、桑葚汁12~14及适量的水;制备方法是:(1)混合虎皮草、乌药子、芨芨草花、兰花叶、黄连花、橘皮和藿香叶,加2~3倍于总体积的水,大火烧开后小火煎煮70~80min浓缩汤汁,过滤得汤汁;(2)混合山楂核和白芝麻,炒制6~8min至表面焦黄,再磨成粉末;(3)将(1)的汤料和(2)的粉料混合加入糯米粉中,同时加入桑葚汁搅拌均匀,完成后烘干并粉碎等到。
一种粗粮饺子粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)混合砂仁、韭菜、菟丝子、茯苓、茶叶、灵芝、百合、生地、石斛、助剂及其它以下未涉及的剩余成分,加水至液面高出物料10~12cm,煎煮70~80min,过滤得汤汁;
(2)选取干燥燕麦麦粒,平摊厚度≤5cm,将(1)所得汤汁持续的喷洒在麦粒上,保持表面湿润12~14h进行润麦,完成后放于0.4~0.8kw的微波条件下进行熟化8~10min;
(3)将(2)的燕麦麦粒进行磨粉去麸,筛粉后得粗制燕麦面粉;
(4)将炒大米粉、玉米粉、海苔粉、绿豆粉和石榴汁混合后加入(3)所述的燕麦面粉中,加适量的水正好搅拌成糊状,无多余水析出,最后干燥并粉碎得到。
Claims (2)
1.一种粗粮饺子粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:燕麦麦粒400~450、炒大米粉14~16、玉米粉10~12、海苔粉8~10、绿豆粉7~9、砂仁7~8、石榴汁12~14、韭菜7~9、菟丝子4~6、黄油8~12、茯苓5~7、茶叶5~8、灵芝7~10、百合4~6、生地6~8、石斛3~5、助剂4~5和适量的水;

2.根据权利要求1所述一种粗粮饺子粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
