本发明涉及一种改善贫血食疗配餐或代餐品。各主要组分和制法和为:制作时先将枸杞粉、红枣粉、陈皮粉、蒲公英、桑椹粉超细粉碎成粉,或煎汁浓缩后喷到茯苓粉、桂圆肉粉、黑米粉、黑木耳粉、黑芝麻粉、海带粉、黑豆粉、莲子粉、杏仁粉中,经高温熟化后,添加阿胶粉、灵芝粉、叶酸粉、B族维生素粉、大豆卵磷脂粉,混匀。其合理搭配健脾益肾和补血的多样化食物,消除平常饮食单调、挑食、偏食的缺陷,达到营养均衡合理的效果,减少贫血相关病症的发生率。且安全有效,毒副作用小、以常见食物为主要原料、价格低廉、人们容易接受。

本发明属于保健食用品技术领域,具体是一种改善贫血食疗配餐或代餐品。
背景技术
贫血发病率较高,日常生活中经常可以遇到。病人表现为口唇、甲床和皮肤苍白,头晕乏力,心悸气短,记忆力差,食欲减退,消化不良,严重者可引起低烧、心力衰竭的病症,其中面色苍白没有光泽、头晕乏力是贫血最早期的症状。根据发病原因的不同,可将贫血分为缺铁性贫血,巨幼细胞性贫血,再生障碍性贫血和失血性贫血,缺铁性贫血病人除具有一般贫血的表现外,还经常出现皮肤、毛发干燥、指(趾)甲薄而脆且不平,可有反甲、异食癖(如嗜食泥土、生米、煤屑、砖瓦等)。巨幼细胞性贫血病人除有贫血表现外,还常伴有四肢发麻,软弱无力,感觉异常等末梢神经炎症状。再生障碍性贫血分为急性型和慢性型。急性型起病急骤,常以严重贫血或大出血而发病,并且程度严重。除皮肤、粘膜出血外,常有内脏出血及颅内出血,病情凶险,应立即送医院治疗。慢性型起病缓慢,常以贫血发病,出血部位较少,程度也轻,常见的出血有皮肤粘膜出血和齿龈出血,很少有内脏出血。贫血的防止除精神调养和加强体育锻炼之外最主要的就是饮食调养。平常饮食营养要合理,食物必须多样化,食谱要广,不应偏食。

前述的配方和制法中还加入以重量计的下列组分:当归900g-1100g、熟地黄 900g-1100g、白芍 900g-1100g、何首乌 900g-1100g 益母草800g-1000g, 黄芪800g-1000g、人参800g-1000g、红景天800g-1000g、鹿茸800g-1000g、党参800g-1000g、白术 700g-900g、远志700g-900g、川芎600g-800g、麦冬450g-550g、丹皮450g-550g,或者当归1000g、熟地黄 1000g、白芍 1000g、何首乌 1000g、益母草 900g、黄芪900g、人参900g、红景天900g、鹿茸900g、党参900g、白术 800g、远志800g、川芎700g、麦冬500g、丹皮500g全部加水煎汁浓缩后加入到熟化前的原料中。
前述的制法中:制作时水煎可以是加1倍-2倍量水煎一至三次,合并煎液滤过得滤液,高温熟化可以是经120℃高温30分钟至4小时。
本发明的改善贫血食疗配餐或代餐品,除合理搭配健脾利湿、化淤祛痰的食物食物成份为主外,还辅以含纤维素较多的粗糙而多渣的杂粮等,通过温燥化痰药食同源食材合理搭配,利用中医体质平衡原理,通过饮食调节恢复人体平衡,对湿热的内在偏颇进行调整,调整机体免疫系统的紊乱,使机体整体功能得到恢复,达到稳定健康状态,减小痰湿体质相关病症的发生率。,且安全有效,毒副作用小、以常见食物为主要原料、价格低廉、人们容易接受。

本发明的一种改善贫血食疗配餐或代餐品及制备方法包括如下步骤:枸杞粉1000g、红枣粉1000g、陈皮粉900g、蒲公英800 g、桑椹粉900g、茯苓粉900g、桂圆肉粉1000g、黑米粉900g、黑木耳粉900g、黑芝麻粉800g、海带粉800g、黑豆粉800g、莲子粉800g、杏仁粉800g、阿胶粉1000g、灵芝粉1000g、叶酸粉900g、B族维生素粉900g、大豆卵磷脂粉800g;制作时先将陈皮、香橼、栀子、花椒、甘草(炙)、佛手、芡实、麦芽超细粉碎成粉,或加1倍-2倍量水煎,煎液浓缩至0.5倍-1倍量滤过,取滤液喷到茯苓粉、桂圆肉粉、黑米粉、黑木耳粉、黑芝麻粉、海带粉、黑豆粉、莲子粉、杏仁粉上, 用熟化装置控制在100℃-1 40℃高温加温2-4小时进行熟化,添加阿胶粉、灵芝粉、叶酸粉、B族维生素粉、大豆卵磷脂粉,混匀。
当然上述的改善贫血食疗配餐或代餐品配伍量是可以在枸杞粉900g-1100g、红枣粉900g-1100g、陈皮粉800g-1000g、蒲公英700g-900g、桑椹粉800g-1000g、茯苓粉800g-1000g、桂圆肉粉900g-1100g、黑米粉800g-1000g、黑木耳粉800g-1000g、黑芝麻粉700g-900g、海带粉700g-900g、黑豆粉700g-900g、莲子粉700g-900g、杏仁粉700g-900g、阿胶粉900g-1100g、灵芝粉900g-1100g、叶酸粉800g-1000g、B族维生素粉800g-1000g、大豆卵磷脂粉700g-900g的区间范围内选取的组合的。然后分装成35±5克/袋,每日早、中、晚饭前1小时各冲服1袋作为配餐食用或者在每日正餐时间冲2包代餐用。或者也可以加入适量面粉制成面条、加入甜味剂制成饼干等快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用。
还有上述实施例一至三的配方中还可加入:当归900g-1100g、熟地黄 900g-1100g、白芍 900g-1100g、何首乌 900g-1100g 益母草800g-1000g, 黄芪800g-1000g、人参800g-1000g、红景天800g-1000g、鹿茸800g-1000g、党参800g-1000g、白术 700g-900g、远志700g-900g、川芎600g-800g、麦冬450g-550g、丹皮450g-550g,它们的优选量是当归1000g、熟地黄 1000g、白芍 1000g、何首乌 1000g 益母草 900g, 黄芪900g、人参900g、红景天900g、鹿茸900g、党参900g、白术 800g、远志800g、 川芎700g、麦冬500g丹皮500g,制作时按照全部加水煎汁浓缩后加入到熟化前的原料中,即可,而煎汁的控制条件是加1倍-2倍量水煎一至三次,合并煎液滤过得滤液,高温熟化是经120℃高温30分钟至4小时。

1.一种阳虚体质食疗配餐或代餐品,其特征在于包括以重量计的下列组分:覆盆子900g-1100g、芡实900g-1100g、韭菜籽900g-1100g、荔枝肉800g-1000g、枸杞800g-1000g、益智仁800g-1000g、肉桂700g-900g、桑葚700g-900g、桂圆肉700g-900g、红枣700g-900g、乌梅700g-900g、莲子粉900g-1100g、扁豆粉900g-1100g、裙带菜粉600g-800g、荞麦熟粉600g-800g、黑米粉600g-800g、荔枝干粉600g-800g、玉米粉600g-800g、胡萝卜粉600g-800g、灵芝粉600g-800g、纳豆粉800g-1000g、阿胶700g-900g,红曲米(粉)600g-800g、低聚木糖粉600g-800g、L-阿拉伯糖粉600g-800g、酵母粉600g-800g;
制作时先将覆盆子、芡实、韭菜籽、荔枝肉、枸杞、益智仁、肉桂、桑葚、桂圆肉、红枣、乌梅超细粉碎成粉加入或水煎后的滤液加入莲子粉、扁豆粉、裙带菜粉、荞麦熟粉、黑米粉、荔枝干粉、玉米粉、胡萝卜粉、灵芝粉中,经高温熟化,再添加纳豆粉、阿胶,红曲米(粉)、低聚木糖粉、L-阿拉伯糖粉、酵母粉,混匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳虚体质食疗配餐或代餐品,其特征在于包括以重量计的下列组分:覆盆子1000g、芡实1000g、韭菜籽1000 g、荔枝肉900g、枸杞900g、益智仁900g、肉桂800g、桑葚800g、桂圆肉800g、红枣800g、乌梅800g、莲子粉1000g、扁豆粉1000g、裙带菜粉700g、荞麦熟粉700g、黑米粉700g、荔枝干粉700g、玉米粉700g、胡萝卜粉700g、灵芝粉700g、纳豆粉900g、阿胶800g,红曲米(粉)700g、低聚木糖粉700g、L-阿拉伯糖粉700g、酵母粉700g。
