2014年10月1日公告的中国实用新型第203859328号专利揭示的一种电连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接器包含:一绝缘本体,包括一基座及一由所述基座向前延伸的舌板,所述舌板具有彼此相反的一第一对接面及一第二对接面,且形成至少一第一槽部;一第一组导电端子,固定于所述绝缘本体且部分外露于所述第一对接面,并包括至少一位置对应于所述第一槽部的第一接地端子;一第二组导电端子,固定于所述绝缘本体且部分外露于所述第二对接面;一接地金属片,包括一设于所述第一组导电端子与第二组导电端子之间的主体及至少一由所述主体朝向所述第一对接面延伸的第一接地弹臂;所述第一接地弹臂穿过所述第一槽部并弹性抵接于所述第一接地端子;所述接地金属片的两侧缘至少局部地外露于所述舌板的两侧;及一外屏蔽壳体,固定于所述绝缘本体,并围绕所述舌板的外部空间形成一对接腔。此电连接器通过接地金属片上设置的第一接地弹臂来与第一接地端子接触,然此接触方式极易产生接触不良的情况。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水、传输大电流、接地端子与金属片接触稳固的电连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,安装于电路板上,所述电连接器包括由绝缘材料制成的绝缘本体、金属片及固持于所述绝缘本体的若干端子,所述若干端子包括上排端子及下排端子,所述上排端子包括第一接地端子及第一导电端子,所述下排端子包括第二接地端子及第二导电端子,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子在上下方向上间隔有所述绝缘材料,所述金属片在上下方向上夹持于所述第一接地端子与第二接地端子之间从而令所述金属片的上、下表面分别与第一接地端子及第二接地端子接触。
进一步地,所述绝缘本体包括固持所述上排端子的上端座与固持所述下排端子的下端座,所述第一接地端子之下表面露出于所述上端座之下表面,所述第二接地端子之上表面露出于所述下端座之上表面,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子分别埋设于所述上端座与下端座。
进一步地,所述各端子均设有对接部、焊接部及连接所述对接部与焊接部的连接部,所述各端子于对接部处进行打薄处理而令所述对接部埋设于所述绝缘本体。
进一步地,所述第一接地端子的连接部设有向外突出的抵靠部,所述第二接地端子的连接部设有向外突出的抵接部,所述抵靠部与所述抵接部相互抵压接触并进行焊接固定。
进一步地,所述第一接地端子、第二接地端子分别具有两根且设于相应导电端子的两侧,所述上端座的第一接地端子与下端座的第二接地端子对齐,所述上、下端座的一侧分别设有凸包,所述凸包分别定位上下对齐的第一接地端子及第二接地端子。
进一步地,所述金属片设置成彼此分离的一对片状结构,所述各片状结构设有缺口,所述凸包穿过所述缺口从而将所述金属片固定于所述上端座与下端座之间。
进一步地,所述电连接器进一步包括内壳,所述内壳无缝隙一体成型且于内部设有插接空间及抵持片,所述绝缘本体包括基部,所述基部定义有前表面,所述绝缘本体设于所述内壳内,所述抵持片抵持于所述基部的前表面,使得所述基部位于所述抵持片后面的插接空间内。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中上排端子固持于上端座,下排端子固持于下端座,组装时,金属片在上下方向上直接夹持于上下端座后直接在上下方向上与接地端子接触,进行二次塑胶时也不会有塑胶材料填充入上下端座之间而阻碍金属片与上、下排端子的接触。且各端子的对接部进行打薄处理后再埋设入绝缘本体使得塑胶于对接部上端的塑胶材料与各端子的连接部处于同一水平面。在接地端子上设置抵接部及抵靠部有利于上下对齐的接地端子的固定,另在端坐上设置凸包从而防止接地端子在上下方向上发生翘曲。将本发明电连接器安装至电路板上时,各端子焊接部直接焊接至电路板表面,金属片的接地脚及外壳的焊脚共用一个焊接区域,这具有减小外部电路板体积的优势。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图10介绍本发明电连接器100的具体实施方式,本说明书中所涉及方向皆以图1为参考,定义插接空间31的插接口为前端。
请参照图1至图8所示,本发明提供一种电连接器100,安装于电路板200上。在本实施例中,所述电连接器100为沉板式,所述电路板200设置有一容置槽(未标号),所述电连接器100悬置于所述容置槽中。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、胶板2、内壳3、外壳4、固持于所述绝缘本体1的若干端子及金属片16。
请参照图4至图8所示,所述绝缘本体1包括基部11及与基部11连接的舌板12。所述基部11定义有前表面111及与前表面111相对的后表面112。所述舌板12自所述前表面111向前延伸且所述舌板12包括第一主体部121及第二主体部122。
所述绝缘本体1由绝缘材料制成且所述绝缘本体1包括上端座13、下端座14及塑胶件15。所述上端座13设有第一基部131及与所述第一基部131连接的第一舌板132。所述下端座14设有第二基部141及与所述第二基部141连接的第二舌板142。所述塑胶件15包括第三基部151及与所述第三基部151连接的第三舌板152。所述第一基部131、第二基部141及第三基部151共同形成所述基部11。所述第一舌板132、第二舌板142及第三舌板152共同形成所述舌板12。
所述若干端子包括固持于所述上端座13的上排端子51及固持于所述下端座14的下排端子52。所述上排端子51和所述下排端子52的数量相同。所述上排端子51与所述下排端子52的排列顺序相反,从而使所述电连接器100支持正向和反向与对接连接器(未图示)插接配合。
所述上排端子51包括第一接地端子511及第一导电端子512。所述第一接地端子511具有两根且设于所述第一导电端子512的两侧。各上排端子51包括设于其前端的第一对接部513、设于尾端的第一焊接部514、连接所述第一对接部513与第一焊接部514的第一连接部515。所述上排端子51的第一对接部513进行打薄处理。所述第一接地端子511的第一连接部515设有向外突出的抵靠部5110。所述上端座13下表面于左侧所述第一接地端子511的前端处设有凸包133。
所述下排端子52包括第二接地端子521及第二导电端子522。所述第二接地端子521具有两根且设于所述第二导电端子522的两侧。各下排端子52包括设于其前端的第二对接部523、设于尾端的第二焊接部524、连接所述第二对接部523与第二焊接部524的第二连接部525。所述下排端子52的第二对接部523进行打薄处理。所述第二接地端子521的第二连接部525设有向外突出的抵接部5210。所述下端座14上表面于右侧所述第二接地端子521的前端处设有凸包133。
所述金属片16设置成彼此分离的一对片状结构,所述各片状结构设有缺口161及接地脚162。
所述内壳3无缝隙一体成型且于内部设有插接空间31及抵持片32。所述内壳3还包括固持脚33。
所述外壳4设有焊脚41。
所述电路板200设有容纳口201、接纳口202及位于电路板200上表面的焊接口203。
制造时,所述上排端子51注塑成型于所述上端座13,所述下排端子52注塑成型于所述下端座14。所述第一接地端子511之下表面露出于所述上端座13之下表面及第一导电端子512下表面埋设于所述上端座13。所述第二接地端子521之上表面露出于所述下端座14之上表面及第二导电端子522上表面埋设于所述下端座14。
将金属片16在上下方向上直接夹持于上端座13及下端座14之间而令金属片16与第一接地端子511及第二接地端子521直接接触。且所述上端座13位于所述下端座14的上方。所述上端座13的第一接地端子511与下端座14的第二接地端子521对齐,所述第一导电端子512与第二导电端子522在上下方向上间隔有所述绝缘材料。所述凸包133穿过所述缺口161从而将所述金属片16在上下方向上夹持固定于所述上端座13的第一接地端子511与下端座14的第二接地端子521之间而令所述金属片16的上表面与第一接地端子511的下表面接触及所述金属片16的下表面与第二接地端子521的上表面接触,所述凸包133分别定位上下对齐的第一接地端子511及第二接地端子521。对第一接地端子511上的抵靠部5110及第二接地端子521上的抵接部5210相互抵压接触并进行焊接固定。
对拼接后的上端座13及下端座14进行二次注塑而组成所述绝缘本体1,各端子的第一对接部513及第二对接部523在注塑成型的过程中埋设入塑胶件15中而令注塑于第一对接部513的上端及注塑于第二对接部523的下端的塑胶材料与各端子的第一连接部515及第二连接部525处于同一水平面。
将所述绝缘本体1设于所述内壳3内,所述抵持片32抵持于所述基部11的前表面111,使得所述基部11位于所述抵持片32后面的插接空间31内。所述内壳3遮蔽所述舌板12的第一主体部121,所述第二主体部122外露于所述内壳3外。
所述外壳4套设于所述内壳3的上表面,并进行点焊从而将所述外壳4固定于所述内壳3上。
于内壳3的抵持片32的后端进行胶水填充从而密封所述抵持片32后端的插接空间31从而形成胶板2。
将所述电连接器100安装于所述电路板200上,此时所述内壳3的固持脚33固持于所述电路板200的容纳口201内,所述第一焊接部514及第二焊接部524焊接至所述电路板200上表面的焊接口203,金属片16的接地脚162焊接至所述电路板200的接纳口202的上端外侧表面,所述外壳4的焊脚41靠近所述接地脚162的后表面并继续向下延伸而穿孔焊接至所述电路板200的接纳口202内且焊接产生的焊料与所述接地脚162导通。
本发明电连接器具有如下功效:本发明电连接器100能传输8安培大电流,故各端子的厚度要比现有技术端子的厚度要大,本发明电连接器100各端子厚度为0.25mm,金属片16的厚度为0.2mm。限于舌板12的厚度具有一定规格,故本发明中的第一接地端子511与第二接地端子521之间未设置塑胶材料而使金属片16在上下方向上与第一接地端子511及第二接地端子521接触。且各端子的第一对接部513及第二对接部523进行打薄处理后再埋设入绝缘本体1使得塑胶于第一对接部513及第二对接部523上的塑胶材料与各端子的第一连接部515及第二连接部525处于同一水平面。在第一接地端子511上设置抵靠部5110及第二接地端子521上设置抵接部5210有利于上下对齐的第一接地端子511及第二接地端子521的焊接固定。另在上端座13及下端座14上设置凸包133从而防止第一接地端子511及第二接地端子521在上下方向上发生翘曲。将本发明电连接器100安装至电路板200上时,各端子的第一焊接部514及第二焊接部524直接焊接至电路板200表面,金属片16的接地脚162及外壳4的焊脚41共用一个焊接区域,这具有减小外部电路板200体积的优势。

Claims (8)

1.一种电连接器,安装于电路板上,所述电连接器包括由绝缘材料制成的绝缘本体、金属片及固持于所述绝缘本体的若干端子,所述若干端子包括上排端子及下排端子,所述上排端子包括第一接地端子及第一导电端子,所述下排端子包括第二接地端子及第二导电端子,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子在上下方向上仅间隔有所述绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述金属片包括水平方向延伸的板状部,所述板状部设有上表面及与上表面相对的下表面,所述第一接地端子与第二接地端子相对的表面在上下方向上未间隔有所述绝缘材料,所述金属片在上下方向上夹持于所述第一接地端子与第二接地端子相对的表面之间从而令所述金属片的板状部的上、下表面分别与第一接地端子及第二接地端子相对应的表面面面接触,所述各端子设有连接部,所述第一接地端子的连接部设有向外突出的抵靠部,所述第二接地端子的连接部设有向外突出的抵接部,所述抵靠部与所述抵接部相互抵压接触并进行焊接固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括固持所述上排端子的上端座与固持所述下排端子的下端座,所述第一接地端子之下表面露出于所述上端座之下表面,所述第二接地端子之上表面露出于所述下端座之上表面,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子分别埋设于所述上端座与下端座。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述各端子进一步设有连接于连接部前端的对接部及连接于连接部后端的焊接部,所述各端子于对接部处进行打薄处理而令所述对接部埋设于所述绝缘本体。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一接地端子、第二接地端子分别具有两根且设于相应导电端子的两侧,所述上端座的第一接地端子与下端座的第二接地端子对齐,所述上、下端座的一侧分别设有凸包,所述凸包分别定位上下对齐的第一接地端子及第二接地端子。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属片设置成彼此分离的一对片状结构,所述各片状结构设有缺口,所述凸包穿过所述缺口从而将所述金属片固定于所述上端座与下端座之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器进一步包括内壳,所述内壳无缝隙一体成型且于内部设有插接空间及抵持片,所述绝缘本体包括基部,所述基部定义有前表面,所述绝缘本体设于所述内壳内,所述抵持片抵持于所述基部的前表面,使得所述基部位于所述抵持片后面的插接空间内。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器进一步包括胶板,于内壳的抵持片的后端进行胶水填充从而密封所述抵持片后端的插接空间从而形成所述胶板。
8.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器进一步包括外壳,所述金属片包括接地脚,所述外壳设有焊脚,所述焊接部及接地脚焊接至电路板表面,所述焊脚靠近所述接地脚并继续向下延伸而穿孔焊接至所述电路板且焊接产生的焊料与所述接地脚导通。
