本发明涉及一种纺织用改进型颜料配方，按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：支链丙烯酸乳液：20‑70份；助剂：20‑55份；颜料紫23:2‑9.5份；颜料紫19:1.5‑8份；硬脂酸淀粉酯：12‑16份；丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯：5‑8份；三偏磷酸钠：2‑6份；异丁醇：2‑4份；月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：5‑12份；水：2.1‑8.5份。本发明的优点在于：能够解决传统颜料具有刺激性气味的问题，还能够使得颜料具备一定的耐光耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织制造领域，特别涉及一种纺织用改进型颜料配方。
背景技术
纺织颜料是一种用于绘制在纺织物上的美术颜料，传统纺织颜料选用的都是直链丙烯酸乳液，用这种粘结剂做出的产品画面有胶光，不自然；透气性差，画在织物上较硬，穿在身上不舒服，其成分对皮肤有一定的刺激性，会对使用者尤其是儿童产生一定的不良影响；而且传统纺织颜料本身有一股难闻的刺激性气味，影响消费者的使用。从国际文体商品需求走向看，环保型、无毒无害的美术颜料越来越受到重视和推崇，个性化产品更趋流行。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纺织用改进型颜料配方，能够解决传统颜料具有刺激性气味的问题，还能够使得颜料具备一定的耐光耐热性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种纺织用改进型颜料配方，其创新点在于：按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
支链丙烯酸乳液：20-70份；
助剂：20-55份；
颜料紫23:2-9.5份；
颜料紫19:1.5-8份；
硬脂酸淀粉酯：12-16份；
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯：5-8份；
三偏磷酸钠：2-6份；
异丁醇：2-4份；
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：5-12份。
进一步的，所述支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成。
进一步的，所述助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成。
进一步的，所述防腐剂为氧化锌；分散剂是聚乙二醇、多元醇和聚乙烯亚胺衍生物中的一种；消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯和硅油类产品中的一种；保湿乳化剂是多元醇；成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚和多元醇中的一种。
本发明的优点在于：在本发明中，利用支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂，克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点，选用环保无毒的防腐剂，并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆，选用纯度高的各种助剂，优化配方，而且，利用本配方制备得到的紫色颜料具有良好的耐光耐热效果。耐光性测试方法为GB1710-79标准，本发明的紫色颜料等级均为7级，具有良好的耐光色牢度，另外在温度为50℃，时间为40天后，颜料的色差变化非常小，具有良好的耐高温效果。
综上所述，本发明可以使得画面不显胶光，透气性好，画面柔软，牢度高，耐洗、耐挫、不脱落，干后柔软，彻底改变常规产品的缺陷，在着色力、厚度、耐热耐寒性、耐洗性、柔软性、安全无毒等方面都达到了一定的水平，对成人和婴幼儿都没有刺激，并且顺利通过了EN-71-3及ASTMD-4236安全标准，本发明可以用来丰富绘画者的想象力，提高绘画水平，丰富绘画种类，是一种集科学性、教育性和趣味性为一体的产品。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明，但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
本发明的纺织用改进型颜料配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
支链丙烯酸乳液：20份，
助剂：20份；
颜料紫23:2份；
颜料紫19:1.5份；
硬脂酸淀粉酯：12份；
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯：5份；
三偏磷酸钠：2份；
异丁醇：2份；
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：5份。
上述配方中，支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成，助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成，防腐剂为氧化锌，分散剂是聚乙二醇，消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯，保湿乳化剂是多元醇，成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。

本发明的纺织用改进型颜料配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
支链丙烯酸乳液： 70份；
助剂： 55份；
颜料紫23: 9.5份；
颜料紫19: 8份；
硬脂酸淀粉酯： 16份；
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯： 8份；
三偏磷酸钠： 6份；
异丁醇： 4份；
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚： 12份。
上述配方中，支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成，助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成，防腐剂为氧化锌，分散剂是聚乙二醇，消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯，保湿乳化剂是多元醇，成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。
实施例3
本发明的纺织用改进型颜料配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
支链丙烯酸乳液：45份；
助剂：34份；
颜料紫23:5份；
颜料紫19:4.5份；
硬脂酸淀粉酯：14份；
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯：6.5份；
三偏磷酸钠：4份；
异丁醇：3份；
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：9份。
上述配方中，支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成，助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成，防腐剂为氧化锌，分散剂是聚乙二醇，消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯，保湿乳化剂是多元醇，成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。

表1为实施例1-实施例3所制备的颜料的性能以及在50℃温度下放置40天后的色差值对比表，从表1中可以看出，本发明制备的颜料，透气性好，无刺激奇高，牢固性能高，画面柔软，色差变化小，具备良好的耐热性。
在本发明中，利用支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂，克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点，选用环保无毒的防腐剂，并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆，选用纯度高的各种助剂，优化配方，而且，利用本配方制备得到的紫色颜料具有良好的耐光耐热效果。耐光性测试方法为GB1710-79标准，本发明的紫色颜料等级均为7级，具有良好的耐光色牢度，另外在温度为50℃，时间为40天后，颜料的色差变化非常小，具有良好的耐高温效果。

丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯：5-8份；
三偏磷酸钠：2-6份；
异丁醇：2-4份；
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：5-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用改进型颜料配方，其特征在于：所述支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用改进型颜料配方，其特征在于：所述助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纺织用改进型颜料配方，其特征在于：所述防腐剂为氧化锌；分散剂是聚乙二醇、多元醇和聚乙烯亚胺衍生物中的一种；消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯和硅油类产品中的一种；保湿乳化剂是多元醇；成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚和多元醇中的一种。
