本发明涉及一种新型耐光耐候的纺织用颜料配方,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:支链丙烯酸乳液:30‑90份;助剂:40‑85份;酞青蓝:3‑12份;红薯淀粉:1.5‑8份;甘油:14‑19份;司班:5‑8份;丁酸丙酯:4‑9份;聚氧丙烯甘油醚:2‑4份。本发明的优点在于:利用本配方制备得到的制备得到的蓝色颜料具有良好的耐光耐候效果,耐光等级为6到7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度,高温测试与水淋测试交替循环,循环次数为40次后色差变化非常小,具有良好的耐候效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织制造领域,特别涉及一种新型耐光耐候的纺织用颜料配方。
背景技术
颜料具有非常广的用途,颜料在应用的过程中,对颜料的性能具有很高的要求,例如颜料在一些接触空气、光照的地方,以及一些极端的气候条件下,对颜料的耐光性、耐候性、耐高温性、耐酸碱性都有较高的要求。解决了上述问题,可以拓展颜料的应用空间。颜料在耐候性、耐光性上的性能较差,开发一种具有良好耐候性、耐光性的颜料非常必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型耐光耐候的纺织用颜料配方,能够解决普通颜料耐光和耐候效果差的问题,以及传统颜料具有刺激性气味的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型耐光耐候的纺织用颜料配方,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液:30-90份;
助剂:40-85份;
酞青蓝:3-12份;
红薯淀粉:1.5-8份;
甘油:14-19份;
司班:5-8份;
丁酸丙酯:4-9份;
聚氧丙烯甘油醚:2-4份。
进一步的,所述支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成。
进一步的,所述助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为氧化锌;分散剂是聚乙二醇、多元醇和聚乙烯亚胺衍生物中的一种;消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯和硅油类产品中的一种;保湿乳化剂是多元醇;成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚和多元醇中的一种。
本发明的优点在于:利用本配方制备得到的制备得到的蓝色颜料具有良好的耐光耐候效果,耐光等级为6到7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度,高温测试与水淋测试交替循环,循环次数为40次后色差变化非常小,具有良好的耐候效果。
另外,通过在配方中增加支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂,克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点,选用环保无毒的防腐剂,并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆,选用纯度高的各种助剂,优化配方。
综上所述,本发明可以使得画面不显胶光,透气性好,画面柔软,牢度高,耐洗、耐挫、不脱落,干后柔软,彻底改变常规产品的缺陷,在着色力、厚度、耐热耐寒性、耐洗性、柔软性、安全无毒等方面都达到了一定的水平,对成人和婴幼儿都没有刺激,并且顺利通过了EN-71-3及ASTMD-4236安全标准,本发明可以用来丰富绘画者的想象力,提高绘画水平,丰富绘画种类,是一种集科学性、教育性和趣味性为一体的产品。

实施例1
本发明的新型耐光耐候的纺织用颜料配方按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液: 90份;
助剂: 85份;
酞青蓝: 12份;
红薯淀粉: 8份;
甘油: 19份;
司班: 8份;
丁酸丙酯: 9份;
聚氧丙烯甘油醚:4份。
上述配方中,支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成,助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成,防腐剂为氧化锌,分散剂是聚乙二醇,消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯,保湿乳化剂是多元醇,成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。

上述配方中,支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成,助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成,防腐剂为氧化锌,分散剂是聚乙二醇,消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯,保湿乳化剂是多元醇,成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。

表1为实施例1-实施例3所制备的颜料的性能以及在50℃温度下放置40天后的色差值对比表,从表1中可以看出,本发明制备的颜料,透气性好,无刺激奇高,牢固性能高,画面柔软,在进行耐光测试时,采用的是天然日光暴晒法,实施例1、2、3产品的等级分别达到7级、6级、6级,具有良好的耐光色牢度,在对于其耐候测试,采用的是将实施例1、2、3产品涂在金属件上,进行高温测试,测试温度为75℃,时间为5h,水淋测试也为5h,高温与水淋测试交替进行,循环次数为40次,测试结束后,测定的色差结果如表1所示,分别为0.16、0.12、0.14,表明本配方制得的颜料具有良好的耐光和耐候效果。
在本发明中,利用支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂,克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点,选用环保无毒的防腐剂,并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆,选用纯度高的各种助剂,优化配方,而且,利用本配方制备得到的紫色颜料具有良好的耐光耐热效果。耐光性测试方法为GB1710-79标准,本发明的紫色颜料等级均为7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度,另外在温度为50℃,时间为40天后,颜料的色差变化非常小,具有良好的耐高温效果。
综上所述,本发明可以使得画面不显胶光,透气性好,画面柔软,牢度高,耐洗、耐挫、不脱落,干后柔软,彻底改变常规产品的缺陷,在着色力、厚度、耐热耐寒性、耐洗性、柔软性、安全无毒等方面都达到了一定的水平,对成人和婴幼儿都没有刺激,并且顺利通过了EN-71-3及ASTMD-4236安全标准,本发明可以用来丰富绘画者的想象力,提高绘画水平,丰富绘画种类,是一种集科学性、教育性和趣味性为一体的产品。
