本发明涉及一种新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:支链丙烯酸乳液:20‑70份;助剂:20‑55份;颜料紫23:2‑9.5份;颜料紫19:1.5‑8份;硬脂酸淀粉酯:12‑16份;丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:5‑8份;三偏磷酸钠:2‑6份;异丁醇:2‑4份;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚:5‑12份;水:2.1‑8.5份。本发明的优点在于:本发明制造的颜料能够解决普通颜料耐腐蚀耐光效果较差的问题以及传统颜料具有刺激性气味的问题。

一种新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织制造领域,特别涉及一种新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料。
背景技术
颜料用途很广,最主要应用于涂料中。涂料颜料的要求随涂料的品种和使用要求的不同而不同。一种优良的颜料应具备以下各种性能:良好的分散性、优良的耐光性、耐候性、耐热性、耐水、耐酸碱性等。颜料在一般和特种涂料中都有着广泛的用途,如建筑涂料、金属表面用涂料、汽车漆、防锈漆、电泳漆、防火漆、耐高温漆、荧光漆等都需要颜料。其中对其耐腐蚀性和耐光性有着很高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料,能够解决普通颜料耐腐蚀耐光效果较差的问题以及传统颜料具有刺激性气味的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液:30-80份;
助剂:15-60份;
锌钡白:3-11份;
石墨:5-8份;
松香甘油酯:2-6份;
硫酸铝:1-3份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:5-8份;
β-环糊精:2-6份。
进一步的,所述支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成。
进一步的,所述助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为氧化锌;分散剂是聚乙二醇、多元醇和聚乙烯亚胺衍生物中的一种;消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯和硅油类产品中的一种;保湿乳化剂是多元醇;成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚和多元醇中的一种。
本发明的优点在于:在本发明中,本发明制备得到的灰白色颜料具有良好的耐腐蚀耐光效果,颜料在用3mol/L氢氧化钾溶液和3mol/L的醋酸溶液中浸泡20天后,颜料保持了原有的色彩和状态,具有非常好的耐腐蚀效果,同时采用GB1710-79标准,选择天然日光曝晒法测定其耐光性,颜料等级为5至7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度。
另外,通过在配方中增加支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂,克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点,选用环保无毒的防腐剂,并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆,选用纯度高的各种助剂,优化配方。
综上所述,本发明可以使得画面不显胶光,透气性好,画面柔软,牢度高,耐洗、耐挫、不脱落,干后柔软,彻底改变常规产品的缺陷,在着色力、厚度、耐热耐寒性、耐洗性、柔软性、安全无毒等方面都达到了一定的水平,对成人和婴幼儿都没有刺激,并且顺利通过了EN-71-3及ASTMD-4236安全标准,本发明可以用来丰富绘画者的想象力,提高绘画水平,丰富绘画种类,是一种集科学性、教育性和趣味性为一体的产品。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
本发明的新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液:30份;
助剂:15份;
锌钡白:3份;
石墨:5份;
松香甘油酯:2份;
硫酸铝:1份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:5份;
β-环糊精:2份。
上述配方中,支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成,助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成,防腐剂为氧化锌,分散剂是聚乙二醇,消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯,保湿乳化剂是多元醇,成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。
实施例2
本发明的新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液: 80份;
助剂: 60份;
锌钡白: 11份;
石墨: 8份;
松香甘油酯: 6份;
硫酸铝: 3份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:5-8份;
β-环糊精: 6份。
上述配方中,支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成,助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成,防腐剂为氧化锌,分散剂是聚乙二醇,消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯,保湿乳化剂是多元醇,成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。
实施例3
本发明的新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
支链丙烯酸乳液:55份;
助剂:35份;
锌钡白:6份;
石墨:6.5份;
松香甘油酯:4份;
硫酸铝:2份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:6份;
β-环糊精:4份。
上述配方中,支链丙烯酸乳液由支链丙烯酸树脂和水组成,助剂由分散剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、保湿乳化剂和成膜剂组成,防腐剂为氧化锌,分散剂是聚乙二醇,消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯,保湿乳化剂是多元醇,成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚。

表1为实施例1-实施例3所制备的颜料的性能以及耐腐蚀、耐光性能测试对比表,从表1中可以看出,本发明制备的颜料,透气性好,无刺激奇高,牢固性能高,画面柔软,对于耐腐蚀的测试,采用的是实施例1、2、3制得的颜料分别涂在金属件表面,再放入酸性溶液和碱性溶液内进行耐腐蚀测试,20天后,金属件表面的颜料表面未发生变化,保持了原有的色彩和状态,具有良好的耐腐蚀效果,对于其耐光性,采用天然日光暴晒法,测得实施例1、2、3制得的产品的等级分别为6级、5级、7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度。
本发明制备得到的灰白色颜料具有良好的耐腐蚀耐光效果,颜料在用3mol/L氢氧化钾溶液和3mol/L的醋酸溶液中浸泡20天后,颜料保持了原有的色彩和状态,具有非常好的耐腐蚀效果,同时采用GB1710-79标准,选择天然日光曝晒法测定其耐光性,颜料等级为5至7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度。
利用支链丙烯酸乳液新材料作为粘结剂,克服了传统纺织颜料选用直链丙烯酸乳液所造成的表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点,选用环保无毒的防腐剂,并采用色彩鲜艳高浓度的色浆,选用纯度高的各种助剂,优化配方。

硫酸铝:1-3份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:5-8份;
β-环糊精:2-6份。

4.根据权利要求3所述的新型纺织用耐腐蚀颜料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为氧化锌;分散剂是聚乙二醇、多元醇和聚乙烯亚胺衍生物中的一种;消泡剂是磷酸三丁酯和硅油类产品中的一种;保湿乳化剂是多元醇;成膜剂是丙二醇丁醚和多元醇中的一种。
