Abstract
本发明公开了一种丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料及其制备方法,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水20-35份、水性分散剂1-3份、碳酸钙10-18份、滑石粉20-35份、阻燃剂7-11份、水性消泡剂0.5-2份、丙酸酯乳液50-110份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、阻尼颜填料0.1-3.3份和成膜助剂0.5-1.8份。本发明丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料制备时采用丙酸酯乳液,提高了涂料在高低温状态下的阻尼性能,降噪效果好,无毒、无异味、涂膜坚硬,保光性、耐久性和耐污性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在以经济、效率、生态和能源为发展涂料工业的原则下,全球涂料市场正朝着更适应环保要求的水性、无溶剂的涂料方向发展。阻尼涂料向水性化发展也复合涂料行业整体发展趋势。
现有的阻尼涂料主要以煤焦油沥青、聚氨酯等添加特定的填料而制成,由于这类阻尼涂料含有大量的VOC,对环境污染较重。而且严重损害施工人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种颜色一致无色差、无异味,不污染环境,降噪效果好,节省资源的丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水20-35份、水性分散剂1-3份、碳酸钙10-18份、滑石粉20-35份、阻燃剂7-11份、水性消泡剂0.5-2份、丙酸酯乳液50-110份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、阻尼颜填料0.1-3.3份和成膜助剂0.5-1.8份。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取水20-35份和丙酸酯乳液50-110份放入反应釜混合,搅拌均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物,按重量分配比提取水性分散剂1-3份、碳酸钙10-18份、滑石粉20-35份、阻燃剂7-11份、水性消泡剂0.5-2份添加进乳液混合物中;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加阻尼颜填料0.1-3.3份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入增稠剂0.1-1.5份和成膜助剂0.5-1.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料成品。
本发明丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料的有益效果是:所述丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料制备时采用丙酸酯乳液,提高了涂料在高低温状态下的阻尼性能,降噪效果好,无毒、无异味、涂膜坚硬,保光性、耐久性和耐污性好。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水20份、水性分散剂1份、碳酸钙10份、滑石粉20份、阻燃剂7份、水性消泡剂0.5份、丙酸酯乳液50份、增稠剂0.1份、阻尼颜填料0.1份和成膜助剂0.5份。
所述丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取水20份和丙酸酯乳液50份放入反应釜混合,搅拌均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物,按重量分配比提取水性分散剂1份、碳酸钙10份、滑石粉20份、阻燃剂7份、水性消泡剂0.5份添加进乳液混合物中;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加阻尼颜填料0.1份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入增稠剂0.1份和成膜助剂0.5份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料成品。
实施例2
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水35份、水性分散剂3份、碳酸钙18份、滑石粉35份、阻燃剂11份、水性消泡剂2份、丙酸酯乳液110份、增稠剂1.5份、阻尼颜填料3.3份和成膜助剂1.8份。
实施例3
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水30份、水性分散剂2份、碳酸钙14份、滑石粉30份、阻燃剂9份、水性消泡剂1.5份、丙酸酯乳液80份、增稠剂1份、阻尼颜填料2份和成膜助剂1.2份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水22份、水性分散剂1.3份、碳酸钙12份、滑石粉23份、阻燃剂8份、水性消泡剂0.8份、丙酸酯乳液56份、增稠剂0.4份、阻尼颜填料0.7份和成膜助剂0.7份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水33份、水性分散剂2.8份、碳酸钙17份、滑石粉32份、阻燃剂10份、水性消泡剂1.8份、丙酸酯乳液100份、 增稠剂1.3份、阻尼颜填料3份和成膜助剂1.5份。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水27份、水性分散剂2.1份、碳酸钙15份、滑石粉26份、阻燃剂9.5份、水性消泡剂1.2份、丙酸酯乳液66份、增稠剂1.1份、阻尼颜填料2.3份和成膜助剂1.4份。
实施例7
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水29份、水性分散剂1.9份、碳酸钙13份、滑石粉25份、阻燃剂8份、水性消泡剂0.9份、丙酸酯乳液76份、增稠剂1.1份、阻尼颜填料2.7份和成膜助剂0.8份。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水31份、水性分散剂2.1份、碳酸钙16份、滑石粉23份、阻燃剂9份、水性消泡剂1.7份、丙酸酯乳液84份、增稠剂0.75份、阻尼颜填料2.4份和成膜助剂1.35份。

Claims (2)
1.一种丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料,其特征在于:该丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水20-35份、水性分散剂1-3份、碳酸钙10-18份、滑石粉20-35份、阻燃剂7-11份、水性消泡剂0.5-2份、丙酸酯乳液50-110份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、阻尼颜填料0.1-3.3份和成膜助剂0.5-1.8份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取水20-35份和丙酸酯乳液50-110份放入反应釜混合,搅拌均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物,按重量分配比提取水性分散剂1-3份、碳酸钙10-18份、滑石粉20-35份、阻燃剂7-11份、水性消泡剂0.5-2份添加进乳液混合物中;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加阻尼颜填料0.1-3.3份;4)降低搅拌速度,加入增稠剂0.1-1.5份和成膜助剂0.5-1.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为丙烯酸酯类阻尼涂料成品。
