技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性的醇酸乳液为主料的涂料。
背景技术
醇酸树脂是发展最早,用量最大,用途最广的合成涂料之一,它耐候性好、附着力好,漆膜光亮丰满,施工方便,广泛用于建筑、桥梁、车辆、船舶等行业。但是醇酸树脂涂料其添加剂中存在危害环境和人类健康的VOC(挥发性有机化合物)。传统醇酸树脂涂料多为溶剂型,含有大量的有机溶剂,这些有机溶剂在施工过程中挥发到大气中去,对环境和人类健康产生严重的影响。全世界每年从涂料中挥发出来排放到大气中的挥发性有机物(VOC)有 1000万吨,是大气污染主要来源。随着人们环保意识的增强,特别是各国环保法规对涂料体系中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的严格控制,涂层和涂料工业面临更加严格的VOC(votatile organic
compounds)法规和HAPS(hazardous air
pollutantst)法规的挑战,因此醇酸树脂的水性化研究变的很有意义。
就醇酸树脂来说,合成时就添加了大量的有机溶剂,所以醇酸树脂本身就存在VOC问题。要最大限度的减少VOC的排放,就要从制作涂料原料入手,找到一种能代替醇酸树脂的生态环保型成膜化合物,从而从根本上解决VOC问题,这也一直是涂料/油漆行业的研发热点。
蔗糖聚酯,是由完全可再生的原料蔗糖和植物油(例如大豆油等)衍生产物脂肪酸甲基酯(FAME),采用无有机溶剂生产工艺,通过酯化反应制备所得。它可以针对不同的应用要求,选择合适的FAME共混物,以达到预期的油含量、脂肪酸链长度及分布、不饱和度等特性,可以替代在诸多领域内使用的以石油为原料的脂肪产品。它具有以下特点:由全天然成分制作,100%可生物降解、无毒环保;具有自交联功能,可以在一定的条件下成膜。
因此,用蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料来生产涂料,能显著降低VOC水平,从而使涂料的生态品质发生革命性变化的同时而又保持传统醇酸树脂涂料的优良性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料。
本发明的另一目的在于提供这种低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料的制备方法。具体技术方案如下:
一种蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液,由20-40%蔗糖聚酯,20-40%醇酸树脂,5-10%乳化剂和30-50%去离子水制备而成,制备方法如下为:将磁力搅拌水浴锅升温至70-80℃;将蔗糖聚酯与醇酸树脂混合后放入磁转子,在2.5r/min下加热搅拌5min;同时放入去离子水一同加热;取出后在高速剪切机下乳化,转速10000r/min,同时加入去离子水直至转相;转相后将剩余水加完并将转速下降到5000r/min,继续乳化5min后结束。
进一步的,所述醇酸树脂为固含量70%左右,粘度Z-Z3(60%)的长油醇酸树脂;蔗糖聚酯为天然蔗糖与植物油衍生物通过酯化反应制得,其中植物油为大豆油、脱水蓖麻油、桐树油、亚麻籽中的一种,反应中不添加有机溶剂,所得产物酯化度在6-7.8范围内,
进一步的,乳化剂为Span-80,Tween-80,OP-10、AEO-9、TX-10、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)中的一种或几种。
进一步的,制备的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液外观为乳白色乳状液体,固体含量为45-60%;pH值在2-4范围内;乳液粒径为150-350nm范围内,在3000r/min下离心10min不分层。
本发明还提供了一种低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料,包含如下组成成分:去离子水 8-10%,钛白粉8-10%,流变剂 0.1-1%,分散剂0.4-12%,润湿剂0.1-1%;上述蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液70-80%,增稠剂0.5-2%,pH调节剂0.2-0.5%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,抗结皮剂0.2-2%,催干剂 0.5-3%。
低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料制备方法,包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤一、500r/min搅拌下在所述去离子水中加入分散剂,混合均匀后加润湿剂和流变剂,搅拌状态下加入钛白粉,再将转速上调到1000r/min高速分散10分钟;
步骤二、500r/min搅拌状态下,所述蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液中加入步骤一制得的颜料分散液搅拌5min,然后依次加入消泡剂和催干剂;
步骤三、混合均匀后加入pH调节剂调节pH,再加入增稠剂增稠,混合均匀后在转速1000r/min下高速搅拌,继续分散20min即得到所述低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料涂料。
进一步的,所述钛白粉为金红石型二氧化钛;流变剂为有机膨润土;分散剂为聚羧酸铵盐、聚羧酸钠盐、高分子量含酸性基团共聚物或高分子量含颜料亲和基团共聚物中一种;增稠剂为疏水改性丙烯酸增稠剂、疏水改性聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或2种;pH调节剂为多功能胺助剂;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;催干剂为异辛酸锆,异辛酸钴,异辛酸钙,异辛酸钡,异辛酸锌、异辛酸锰中的一种或几种。

将24%蔗糖聚酯、30%醇酸树脂与6%TX-10混合后放入磁转子,在2.5r/min下加热搅拌5min;同时放入40%去离子水一同加热至75℃;取出后在高速剪切机下乳化,转速10000r/min,同时加入去离子水直至转相;转相后将剩余水加完并将转速下降到5000r/min,继续乳化5min后结束,备用。
蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液实施例二:
将30%蔗糖聚酯、20%醇酸树脂与1.5%SDBS、3.5%OP-10混合后放入磁转子,在2.5r/min下加热搅拌5min;同时放入45%去离子水一同加热至75℃;取出后在高速剪切机下乳化,转速10000r/min,同时加入去离子水直至转相;转相后将剩余水加完并将转速下降到5000r/min,继续乳化5min后结束,备用。
涂料实施例一:
500r/min搅拌状态下, 0.4%分散剂与9%水混合均匀后加入0.2%润湿剂与0.1%流变剂,搅拌状态下加入9%钛白粉,再将转速上调到1000r/min高速分散10分钟;将78%上述乳液加入到颜料分散液中,在转速1000r/min下高速搅拌,依次加入0.1%消泡剂和1.5%催干剂,分散5min;加入0.4%pH调节剂调节pH至8.4,后加入1.3%增稠剂混合均匀,继续分散20min后过滤即得到所述低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料涂料。
涂料实施案例二:
500r/min搅拌状态下, 5%分散剂与8.9%水混合均匀后加入0.1%润湿剂与0.1%流变剂,搅拌状态下加入8.9%钛白粉,再将转速上调到1000r/min高速分散10分钟;将73.7%上述乳液加入到颜料分散液中,在转速1000r/min下高速搅拌,依次加入0.1%消泡剂和2%催干剂,分散5min;加入0.3%pH调节剂调节pH至8.27,后加入1%增稠剂混合均匀,继续分散20min后过滤即得到所述低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料涂料。
将本发明乳液实施例一和涂料实施例一制备的蔗糖聚酯改性乳液与制备的涂料与现有的水性醇酸树脂涂料进行对比,其结果如下2表:

从上面两个表中的结论可知,蔗糖聚酯改性的醇酸树脂乳液与未改性水性醇酸树脂相比,挥发性有机物VOC含量大幅度降低;以其为主料制备而得的涂料与现有涂料相比固体含量略高,粘度较低,干燥时间大幅度减少,VOC含量也显著降低,而其他性质与未改性水性醇酸涂料相当。这一系列的结果都说明蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料具有良好的应用性能和生态品质。
Claims (7)
1.一种蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液,由20-40%蔗糖聚酯,20-40%醇酸树脂,5-10%乳化剂和30-50%去离子水制备而成,制备方法如下为:将磁力搅拌水浴锅升温至70-80℃;将蔗糖聚酯与醇酸树脂混合后放入磁转子,在2.5r/min下加热搅拌5min;同时放入去离子水一同加热;取出后在高速剪切机下乳化,转速10000r/min,同时加入去离子水直至转相;转相后将剩余水加完并将转速下降到5000r/min,继续乳化5min后结束。
2.如权利要求1所述的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液,其特征在于:所述醇酸树脂为固含量70%,粘度Z-Z3的60%长油醇酸树脂;蔗糖聚酯为天然蔗糖与植物油衍生物通过酯化反应制得,其中植物油为大豆油、脱水蓖麻油、桐树油、亚麻籽中的一种,反应中不添加有机溶剂,所得产物酯化度在6-7.8范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液,其特征在于:乳化剂为Span-80,Tween-80,OP-10、AEO-9、TX-10、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液,其特征在于:制备的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液外观为乳白色乳状液体,固体含量为45-60%;pH值在2-4范围内;乳液粒径为150-350nm范围内,在3000r/min下离心10min不分层。
5.一种低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料,包含如下组成成分:去离子水 8-10%,钛白粉8-10%,流变剂 0.1-1%,分散剂0.4-12%,润湿剂0.1-1%;权利要求1-4之一的蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液70-80%,增稠剂0.5-2%,pH调节剂0.2-0.5%,消泡剂0.1-0.5%,抗结皮剂0.2-2%,催干剂 0.5-3%。
6.如权利要求5的低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料制备方法,包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤一、500r/min搅拌下在所述去离子水中加入分散剂,混合均匀后加润湿剂和流变剂,搅拌状态下加入钛白粉,再将转速上调到1000r/min高速分散10分钟;
步骤二、500r/min搅拌状态下,所述蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液中加入步骤一制得的颜料分散液搅拌5min,然后依次加入消泡剂和催干剂;
步骤三、混合均匀后加入pH调节剂调节pH,再加入增稠剂增稠,混合均匀后在转速1000r/min下高速搅拌,继续分散20min即得到所述低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料。
7.如权利要求6所述的低VOC蔗糖聚酯改性醇酸乳液为主料的涂料制备方法,其特征在于:所述钛白粉为金红石型二氧化钛;流变剂为有机膨润土;分散剂为高分子量含酸性基团共聚物或高分子量含颜料亲和基团共聚物中一种;增稠剂为疏水改性丙烯酸增稠剂、疏水改性聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或2种;pH调节剂为多功能胺助剂;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;催干剂为异辛酸锆,异辛酸钴,异辛酸钙,异辛酸钡,异辛酸锌、异辛酸锰中的一种或几种。
