目前在汽车的地板、前围、后备箱、顶棚以及车门位置,为赋予钢板以减振性能,使用沥青系列或他们的复合系列板类等减振材料。在地板等部位,根据形状进行冲压,成型后的减振材料在汽车喷涂线上进行放置,使用沥青系列压敏型粘合剂进行定位,在通过加热干燥炉时,能够和钢板进行粘接。但是,沥青在冬季容易破碎,车前围等立面的减振材料环保性差,有气味。水性阻尼涂料具有综合性能好,施工方便,环保性好等优点。采用水基高分子树脂为基料,加入无机填料,毒性小,减少化工污染。使用提高阻尼系数的各种无机原料,可以提高阻尼性。在工业上采用机械与喷涂方式,提高自动化能力。
公开号为CN101891990A、名称为“一种水性隔音阻尼涂料及其制备方法”的专利申请。水性隔音阻尼涂料各原料重量配比为:聚合物乳液15~35份;无机填料35~55份;粉末阻燃剂10~20份;助剂2~5份;去离子水10~20份。CN 102408796 A对之前的专利进行改进,一种公路车辆用水性阻尼涂料,组成中有乳液基料、无机质填充剂、成膜助剂、增稠剂和水,乳液基料、无机质填充剂、成膜助剂、增稠剂的用量按重量计分别占水性阻尼涂料总量的34~48%、35~50%、0~5%、3%~4%,水为余量,组成还有加热膨胀型有机中空充填材料和有机发泡剂。通过使用膨胀类的有机中空填充剂,或是根据加热温度使用能够发泡的有机发泡剂,和水系涂料组成物进行配料,达到可以同原来的水系树脂涂料进行比较,不会产生缝隙,皲裂等现象。上述涂料均未为考虑到冲击力的影响,如果应用在车辆的底盘与轮罩上面,会因为地面的石头等固体颗粒物的冲击进而影响,使得阻尼涂料受到破坏,从而失去减震与隔音等功能。
发明内容
为解决现有车辆阻尼涂料抗冲击以及石击性能差的问题,本发明提出一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,该阻尼涂料不仅具有优异的耐酸碱、宽温域等优点,而且ENISO 20567-1抗石击为2级,耐冲击强度好。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:防水乳液145~155份、防锈乳液45~55份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液45~55份、纯丙乳液95~105份、成膜助剂13~17份、粘接剂8~12份与功能填料585~615份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,所述增塑性丙烯酸乳液包括以下原料:
丙烯酸丁酯150~170份、苯乙烯90~110份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~45份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112~122份、甲基丙烯酸10~14份、丙烯酸铵8~11份、丙烯腈13~17份、水390~450份、热分解引发剂1.2~2.2份、氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4~2.2份、pH调节剂3~4份、杀菌剂1~2份与乳化剂0.5~1份,其中,所述氧化-还原引发剂体系由无机还原剂0.6~1份和0.8~1.2份氧化剂组成。
进一步,所述热分解引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠或者过氧化氢,氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢,无机还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、丙酮合亚硫酸氢钠、硫酸亚铁或甲醛次合硫酸氢钠。
进一步,所述复合阻燃剂由60~65份三氧化二锑与35~40份氢氧化铝组成。
进一步,所述增塑性丙烯酸乳液制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取330~350份水加入反应釜中,加入3~4份pH调节剂升温至78~82℃,用10~15份水将1~1.6份热分解引发剂溶解得到A溶液,将A溶液加入反应釜中,保持反应釜中液体温度在78~82℃;
2)称取丙烯酸丁酯150~170份、苯乙烯90~110份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~45份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112~122份、甲基丙烯酸10~14份、丙烯酸铵8~11份与丙烯腈13~17份进行混合得到单体混合物,称取15~25份水、乳化剂0.5~1份与0.2~0.6份热分解引发剂混合得到B溶液,将单体混合物滴加至步骤1)中的反应釜中,滴加持续时间为3.8~4.2h,当单体混合物滴加28~32min中后,滴加B溶液,单体混合物与B溶液滴加完毕后,保持反应釜中的温度为80℃~84℃,时间为0.8~1.2h;
3)先将步骤2)中保温完毕后的反应釜降温至63~67℃,称取氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4~2.2份,其中0.8~1.2份氧化剂加入5~15份水中分散得到分散溶液,无机还原剂0.6~1份与25~35份水混合得到C溶液,然后将分散液与C溶液同时加入反应釜中,用时为28~32min;
4)将杀菌剂1~2份用5~10份水溶解得到D溶液,将步骤3)反应完毕的反应釜降温至35~42℃,然后将D溶液用8~12min加入到反应釜中,搅拌,搅拌时间为8~12min,搅拌完毕后过120目滤网过滤杂质即可。
进一步,所述功能填料选自粗海泡石、云母粉与硅石粉中的一种或者多种。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,所述功能填料的组分为:粗海泡石45~55份、云母粉95~105份与硅石粉445~455份。
进一步,还包括防腐剂23~27份与色素4~6份。
进一步,所述色素为黑色浆。
进一步,所述纯丙乳液的固含量为35±2%,玻璃化温度-5℃。
进一步,所述粘接剂为碱性硅溶胶。
本发明的公路车辆用阻尼涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取防水乳液145~155份、防锈乳液45~55份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液45~55份与纯丙乳液95~105份混合搅拌,转速为80r/min,时间10min左右,然后加入成膜助剂13~17份与粘接剂8~12份,搅拌5min左右,然后加入功能性填料,搅拌60min左右即可。
在本发明的一个实施例中,增塑性丙烯酸乳液采用上述重量份原料制成具有以下优点:
该增塑性丙烯酸乳液pH值为7~8,固含量为52~54%,粘度(25℃3号转子60转)小于500厘泊,粒径180~200nm。先将单体混合物与热分解引发剂进行反应,然后再与热分解引发剂、乳化剂反应,这样有利于稳定粒径大小,制备出粒径180~200nm的乳液。
该增塑性丙烯酸乳液可以替代增塑剂使用。替代增塑剂可以解决因加入大量增塑剂导致制备阻尼涂料或一般水性涂料后期增稠的现象,是产品储存更稳定,同时解决了由于加入增塑剂后导致产品相关性能指标下降的技术难题、阻尼涂料喷涂过程中流挂的技术难题以及阻尼涂料由于加入增塑剂后喷涂、雾化性能下降的技术难题,增加了阻尼涂料的保水性。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的公路车辆用阻尼涂料的固含量≧63%,具有良好的抗石击性能,ENISO20567抗石击为2,保护漆膜;冲击强度≥50kg*cm,无裂纹、脱落等现象。具有较宽的温域,-60℃~100℃,耐酸、耐盐雾能力好。储存稳定性:易重新搅匀,稠度15~17mm。
本发明实施例中制备的公路车辆用阻尼涂料的主要性能指标如表1所示:

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
防水乳液150份、防锈乳液50份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液50份、纯丙乳液100份、成膜助剂15份、黑色浆5份、碱性硅溶胶10份、防腐剂25份、粗海泡石50份、云母粉100份与硅石粉450份。
其中,防锈乳液为北京东联化工有限公司生产的DL-1065防锈乳液,其固含量为41±1%,pH为7~7.5,玻璃化温度20℃,最低成膜温度30℃,粘度小于20cps,具有高光泽、高硬度、流平好和耐溶剂性特点,对基材有优异的附着力,光泽高、耐候性好以及耐腐蚀性好。
防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。
纯丙乳液的固含量为30±2%,pH为7~7.5,玻璃化温度-5℃,最低成膜温度0℃,粘度小于20cps。低固含量低粘度,可以增加填料加入量,降低成本。
按照重量份数计算,增塑性丙烯酸乳液包括以下原料:
丙烯酸丁酯160份、苯乙烯100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯117份、甲基丙烯酸12份、丙烯酸铵9份、丙烯腈15份、水422份、过硫酸铵1.7份、氧化-还原引发剂体系1.8份、pH调节剂2.5份、乳化剂0.7份与氯甲基异噻唑啉酮1.5份。其中,氧化-还原引发剂体系由无机还原剂0.8份和1份氧化剂组成,氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢,无机还原剂为甲醛次合硫酸氢钠。
增塑性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法:
包括以下步骤:
1)取342份水加入反应釜中,加入2.5份pH调节剂升温至80℃,用12份水将1.3份过硫酸铵溶解得到A溶液,将A溶液加入反应釜中,保持反应釜中液体温度在80℃;
2)称取丙烯酸丁酯160份、苯乙烯100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯117份、甲基丙烯酸12份、丙烯酸铵9份与丙烯腈15份进行混合得到单体混合物,称取20份水、乳化剂0.7份与0.4份过硫酸铵混合得到B溶液,将单体混合物滴加至步骤1)中的反应釜中,滴加持续时间为4h,当单体混合物滴加30min中后,滴加B溶液,单体混合物与B溶液滴加完毕后,保持反应釜中的温度为82℃,时间为1h;
3)先将步骤2)中保温完毕后的反应釜降温至65℃,称取氧化-还原引发剂体系1.8份,其中1份氧化剂加入8份水中分散得到分散溶液,无机还原剂0.8份与30份水混合得到C溶液,然后将分散液与C溶液同时加入反应釜中,用时为30min;
4)将氯甲基异噻唑啉酮1.5份用10份水溶解得到D溶液,将步骤3)反应完毕的反应釜降温至40℃,然后将D溶液用10min加入到反应釜中,搅拌时间为8~12min,搅拌完毕后过120目滤网过滤杂质即可。
实施例2
一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:防水乳液145份、防锈乳液45份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液45份、纯丙乳液105份、成膜助剂17份、黑色浆4份、碱性硅溶胶8份、防腐剂23份、粗海泡石45份、云母粉95份与硅石粉445份。
其中,防锈乳液为北京东联化工有限公司生产的DL-1065防锈乳液,其固含量为41±1%,pH为7~7.5,玻璃化温度20℃,最低成膜温度30℃,粘度小于20cps,具有高光泽、高硬度、流平好和耐溶剂性特点,对基材有优异的附着力,光泽高、耐候性好以及耐腐蚀性好。

丙烯酸丁酯150份、苯乙烯90份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112份、甲基丙烯酸14份、丙烯酸铵11份、丙烯腈17份、水390份、过硫酸钾1.2份、氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4份、pH调节剂3份、乳化剂0.5份与氯甲基异噻唑啉酮2份,其中,氧化-还原引发剂体系由无机还原剂0.6份和0.8份氧化剂组成,氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢,无机还原剂为丙酮合亚硫酸氢钠。
增塑性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取330份水加入反应釜中,加入3份pH调节剂升温至78℃,用10份水将1份过硫酸钾溶解得到A溶液,将A溶液加入反应釜中,保持反应釜中液体温度在78~82℃;
2)称取丙烯酸丁酯150份、苯乙烯90份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112份、甲基丙烯酸14份、丙烯酸铵11份与丙烯腈17份进行混合得到单体混合物,称取15份水、乳化剂0.5份与0.2份过硫酸钾混合得到B溶液,将单体混合物滴加至步骤1)中的反应釜中,滴加持续时间为3.8h,当单体混合物滴加28min中后,滴加B溶液,单体混合物与B溶液滴加完毕后,保持反应釜中的温度为80℃,时间为0.8h;
3)先将步骤2)中保温完毕后的反应釜降温至67℃,称取氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4份,其中0.8份氧化剂加入5份水中分散得到分散溶液,无机还原剂0.6份与25份水混合得到C溶液,然后将分散液与C溶液同时加入反应釜中,用时为28min,即可。
4)将氯甲基异噻唑啉酮2份用5份水溶解得到D溶液,将步骤3)反应完毕的反应釜降温至42℃,然后将D溶液用8min加入到反应釜中,搅拌时间为8min,搅拌完毕后过120目滤网过滤杂质即可。
实施例3
一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:防水乳液155份、防锈乳液55份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液55份、纯丙乳液95份、成膜助剂13份、黑色浆6份、碱性硅溶胶12份、防腐剂27份、粗海泡石55份、云母粉105份与硅石粉455份。
其中,防锈乳液为北京东联化工有限公司生产的DL-1065防锈乳液,其固含量为41±1%,pH为7-7.5,玻璃化温度20℃,最低成膜温度30℃,粘度小于20cps,具有高光泽、高硬度、流平好和耐溶剂性特点,对基材有优异的附着力,光泽高、耐候性好以及耐腐蚀性好。

丙烯酸丁酯170份、苯乙烯110份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯45份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯122份、甲基丙烯酸10份、丙烯酸铵8份、丙烯腈13份、水450份、过硫酸钠2.2份、氧化-还原引发剂体系2.2份、pH调节剂4份、乳化剂1份与氯甲基异噻唑啉酮1份,其中,氧化-还原引发剂体系由无机还原剂1份和1.2份氧化剂组成,氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢,无机还原剂为亚硫酸氢钠。
增塑性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法与实施例1中的增塑性丙烯酸乳液制备方法相同。

Claims (8)
1.一种公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:防水乳液145~155份、防锈乳液45~55份、增塑性丙烯酸乳液45~55份、纯丙乳液95~105份、成膜助剂13~17份、粘接剂8~12份与功能填料585~615份;按照重量份数计算,所述增塑性丙烯酸乳液包括以下原料:丙烯酸丁酯150~170份、苯乙烯90~110份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~45份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112~122份、甲基丙烯酸10~14份、丙烯酸铵8~11份、丙烯腈13~17份、水390~450份、热分解引发剂1.2~2.2份、氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4~2.2份、pH调节剂3~4份、杀菌剂1~2份与乳化剂0.5~1份,其中,所述氧化-还原引发剂体系由无机还原剂0.6~1份和0.8~1.2份氧化剂组成;增塑性丙烯酸乳液制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)取330~350份水加入反应釜中,加入3~4份pH调节剂升温至78~82℃,用10~15份水将1~1.6份热分解引发剂溶解得到A溶液,将A溶液加入反应釜中,保持反应釜中液体温度在78~82℃;2)称取丙烯酸丁酯150~170份、苯乙烯90~110份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~45份、丙烯酸α-乙基己酯112~122份、甲基丙烯酸10~14份、丙烯酸铵8~11份与丙烯腈13~17份进行混合得到单体混合物,称取15~25份水、乳化剂0.5~1份与0.2~0.6份热分解引发剂混合得到B溶液,将单体混合物滴加至步骤1)中的反应釜中,滴加持续时间为3.8~4.2h,当单体混合物滴加28~32min中后,滴加B溶液,单体混合物与B溶液滴加完毕后,保持反应釜中的温度为80℃~84℃,时间为0.8~1.2h;3)先将步骤2)中保温完毕后的反应釜降温至63~67℃,称取氧化-还原引发剂体系1.4~2.2份,其中0.8~1.2份氧化剂加入5~15份水中分散得到分散溶液,无机还原剂0.6~1份与25~35份水混合得到C溶液,然后将分散液与C溶液同时加入反应釜中,用时为28~32min;4)将杀菌剂1~2份用5~10份水溶解得到D溶液,将步骤3)反应完毕的反应釜降温至35~42℃,然后将D溶液用8~12min加入到反应釜中,搅拌,搅拌时间为8~12min,搅拌完毕后过120目滤网过滤杂质即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述热分解引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠或者过氧化氢,氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢,无机还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、丙酮合亚硫酸氢钠、硫酸亚铁或甲醛次合硫酸氢钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述功能填料选自粗海泡石、云母粉与硅石粉中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,所述功能填料的组分为:粗海泡石45~55份、云母粉95~105份与硅石粉445~455份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,还包括防腐剂23~27份与色素4~6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述色素为黑色浆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述纯丙乳液的固含量为30±2%,玻璃化温度-5℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的公路车辆用阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为碱性硅溶胶。
