本发明涉及一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,由以下成分按照重量比组成:颜料紫23为11~19份、颜料紫19为8~16份、硬脂酸淀粉酯为12~16份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为5~8份、三偏磷酸钠2~6份、异丁醇为2~4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~12份、水13~18份。制备得到的紫色颜料具有良好的耐光耐热效果。

一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种颜料,特别是涉及一种具有良好耐光耐热效果的紫色颜料。
背景技术
把颜料添加到涂料当中,再将涂料涂布于外墙或其他一些装置的表面后,对涂料的性能有了一定要求。同样,由于颜料的存在,也对颜料的功能提出了一定的要求。例如,需要具备良好的耐光性,如果耐光性较差,光照过后就会降低色彩的鲜艳度,同时如果不具有良好的耐热性,也会制约着颜料的用途。因此我们对颜料的需求不仅需要其具有耐光性,同时还需要具有耐热性。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:普通颜料耐光和耐热效果较差的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,由以下成分按照重量比组成:颜料紫23为11~19份、颜料紫19为8~16份、硬脂酸淀粉酯为12~16份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为5~8份、三偏磷酸钠2~6份、异丁醇为2~4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~12份、水13~18份。制备过程:首先取颜料紫23为11~19kg、颜料紫19为8~16kg、硬脂酸淀粉酯为12~16kg、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为5~8kg、三偏磷酸钠2~6kg、异丁醇为2~4kg、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~12kg、水13~18kg。将上述各成分混合,再进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为200rpm,搅拌时间为1h。搅拌程序结束后,得到耐光耐热的紫色颜料。
有益效果:制备得到的紫色颜料具有良好的耐光耐热效果。耐光性测试方法为GB1710-79标准,本发明的紫色颜料等级均为7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度。另外在温度为50℃,时间为40天后,颜料的色差变化非常小,具有良好的耐高温效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取颜料紫23为11kg、颜料紫19为16kg、硬脂酸淀粉酯为12kg、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为8kg、三偏磷酸钠2kg、异丁醇为2kg、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5kg、水13kg。将上述各成分混合,再进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为200rpm,搅拌时间为1h。搅拌程序结束后,得到耐光耐热的紫色颜料。
实施例2
实施例2产品制备方法同实施例1,具体成分重量如下:颜料紫23为19kg、颜料紫19为8kg、硬脂酸淀粉酯为16kg、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为5kg、三偏磷酸钠6kg、异丁醇为3kg、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚12kg、水18kg。
实施例3
实施例3产品制备方法同实施例1,具体成分重量如下:颜料紫23为15kg、颜料紫19为12kg、硬脂酸淀粉酯为14kg、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为7kg、三偏磷酸钠4kg、异丁醇为4kg、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚9kg、水16kg。
耐光耐热性能测试
耐光性测试方法为GB1710-79标准,其中选择天然日光曝晒法,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3产品等级均为7级,具有良好的耐光色牢度。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的颜料涂抹在马口铁的表面,温度设定为50℃,时间为40天,观察颜料的耐热性。40天后,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中的颜料颜色的色差值分别为0.01、0.02、0.01。变化非常小,因此本紫色颜料具有良好的耐热性。

1.一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,其特征在于由以下成分按照重量比组成:颜料紫23为11~19份、颜料紫19为8~16份、硬脂酸淀粉酯为12~16份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为5~8份、三偏磷酸钠2~6份、异丁醇为2~4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~12份、水13~18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,其特征在于颜料组成中颜料紫23为11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,其特征在于颜料组成中硬脂酸淀粉酯为12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,其特征在于颜料组成中丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐光耐热的紫色颜料,其特征在于颜料组成中三偏磷酸钠为2份。
