本发明涉及一种环保涂料的制备方法,由以下重量份数比配置而成,包括:聚氨树脂5~15份、柠檬油5~10、乙醇5~10份、脂胶改性醇酸树脂3~8份、正丁醇5~15份、粉煤灰1~5份、乙酸丁酯3~10份、橘子油1~2份、磷酸锌1~3份、硅藻土10~20份、二氧化锰2~10份、硅酸盐水泥20~30和减水剂3~5份。本发明制备得到的环保涂料选用无毒无害的物质为原料,使用该涂料处理墙壁后能立即入住,不需要等待有害物质散发,能满足消费者的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
由于人口增长和经济发展,对资源的过量开采和不合理开发利用而产生的影响资源质量的一系列问题,这些问题已经直接威胁到我们和子孙后代的生存。
目前市场上涂料的品种繁多,但是很多涂料使用后会散发出甲醛等对人体有害的物质,不能满足人们对环保的要求。现有的装潢涂料种类很多,随着现代人认知水平和生活水平的提高,对家装环保要求越来越高,为适应市场需求,涂料生产厂家对环保涂料的研究也在不断提高,但是现有的环保涂料会带来很多问题,比如只是对挥发物的指数降低了使其符合标准,但是化学挥发物还是有的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种低毒低害,高效低成本,适用范围广的环保涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)将聚氨树脂5~15份、柠檬油5~10、乙醇5~10份、脂胶改性醇酸树脂3~8份、正丁醇5~15份、粉煤灰1~5份、乙酸丁酯3~10份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(2)将橘子油1~2份、磷酸锌1~3份、硅藻土10~20份、二氧化锰2~10份、硅酸盐水泥20~30和减水剂3~5份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得出的产品按比例倒入搅拌桶中,加入溶剂,慢慢搅拌,逐渐从0℃升到20℃即可制得所述的环保涂料。
进一步,所述的步骤(2)中加入滑石粉2~4份、钛白粉1~3份、云母氧化铁1~3份、红丹1~2份混合搅拌均匀。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备得到的环保涂料选用无毒无害的物质为原料,使用该涂料处理墙壁后能立即入住,不需要等待有害物质散发,能满足消费者的需求。本发明环保涂料使用了柠檬油和橘子油这两种纯天然的原料,配制的涂料更加绿色环保,且逐渐加温制得使其稳定性高。

进一步,还包括滑石粉2~4份、钛白粉1~3份、云母氧化铁1~3份、红丹1~2份。
进一步,所述的聚氨树脂10份、柠檬油8、乙醇6份、脂胶改性醇酸树脂5份、正丁醇10份、粉煤灰2份、乙酸丁酯5份、橘子油1.5份、磷酸锌2份、硅藻土15份、二氧化锰6份、硅酸盐水泥25和减水剂4份。
进一步,所述的滑石粉3份、钛白2份、云母氧化铁2份、红丹1.5份。
一种环保涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)将聚氨树脂5~15份、柠檬油5~10、乙醇5~10份、脂胶改性醇酸树脂3~8份、正丁醇5~15份、粉煤灰1~5份、乙酸丁酯3~10份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(2)将橘子油1~2份、磷酸锌1~3份、硅藻土10~20份、二氧化锰2~10份、硅酸盐水泥20~30和减水剂3~5份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得出的产品按比例倒入搅拌桶中,加入溶剂,慢慢搅拌,逐渐从0℃升到20℃即可制得所述的环保涂料。
进一步,所述的步骤(2)中加入滑石粉2~4份、钛白粉1~3份、云母氧化铁1~3份、红丹1~2份混合搅拌均匀。

1.一种环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤如下:
(1)将聚氨树脂5~15份、柠檬油5~10、乙醇5~10份、脂胶改性醇酸树脂3~8份、正丁醇5~15份、粉煤灰1~5份、乙酸丁酯3~10份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(2)将橘子油1~2份、磷酸锌1~3份、硅藻土10~20份、二氧化锰2~10份、硅酸盐水泥20~30和减水剂3~5份在常温下混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得出的产品按比例倒入搅拌桶中,加入溶剂,慢慢搅拌,逐渐从0℃升到20℃即可制得所述的环保涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中加入滑石粉2~4份、钛白粉1~3份、云母氧化铁1~3份、红丹1~2份混合搅拌均匀。
