Abstract

本发明公布了一种环保涂料,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和溶剂;按重量份比为:10‑25︰12‑16︰14‑22︰5‑8︰5‑10︰3‑5︰10‑15︰25‑35︰5‑16。本发明的环保涂料及其制备方法,首先采用硅藻泥作为主要原材料之一,使得环保涂料具有消除甲醛、净化空气、调节湿度、释放负氧离子、防火阻燃、墙面自洁、杀菌除臭的功能;其次,粉煤灰漂珠作为煤炭发电厂中的废弃物,不仅能够变废为宝,减少粉煤灰的排放,而且粉煤灰漂珠具有耐磨、耐高温、保温绝缘和绝缘阻燃等优良的作用;然后,木蜡油、竹炭和树脂等均不含有三苯、甲醛以及重金属等有毒成分,没有刺鼻的气味,对环境友好。

技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,对于环保的标准要求也越来越高,现代生活中,大气污染、水体污染、噪音污染和土壤污染无一不困扰着我们,然而对于家装所用的粉刷的墙面漆、涂料而言,环保的要求也日益严苛。目前,我们常常遇见一些装修材料或涂料中使用还有苯、甲醛等有害物质,这样很大程度上会对我们自身造成危害,那么能否使得制作出更多的环保涂料,让消费者拥有更好的选择空间,进而促进环保事业的进一步发展。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种环保涂料及其制备方法。
(二)技术方案
本发明的环保涂料,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和溶剂;按重量份比为:硅藻泥10-25︰粉煤灰漂珠12-16︰木蜡油14-22︰竹炭5-8︰滑石粉5-10︰二氧化钛3-5︰树脂10-15︰合成脂肪酸树脂25-35︰溶剂5-16。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的树脂为醇酸树脂或丙烯酸树脂。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的溶剂为简单醇或乙酸乙酯或其混合溶液;所述的简单醇为乙醇或正丁醇或甲醇或乙二醇。
一种环保涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各组分按比例依次加入,在95-110℃调节下加热10-15min,按5-10m/s顺时针方向匀速搅拌,混合均匀,得到环保涂料。
(三)有益效果

实施例1
一种环保涂料,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和乙酸乙酯;按重量份比为:硅藻泥10︰粉煤灰漂珠14︰木蜡油18︰竹炭5︰滑石粉6︰二氧化钛3︰醇酸树脂12︰合成脂肪酸树脂25︰乙酸乙酯7。
其中,制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各组分按比例依次加入,在98℃调节下加热15min,按8m/s顺时针方向匀速搅拌,混合均匀,得到环保涂料。
实施例2
一种环保涂料,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、丙烯酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和乙醇;按重量份比为:硅藻泥20︰粉煤灰漂珠12︰木蜡油14︰竹炭8︰滑石粉5︰二氧化钛5︰丙烯酸树脂10︰合成脂肪酸树脂20︰乙醇6。
其中,制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各组分按比例依次加入,在105℃调节下加热12min,按6m/s顺时针方向匀速搅拌,混合均匀,得到环保涂料。
实施例3
一种环保涂料,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和乙醇和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液;按重量份比为:硅藻泥16︰粉煤灰漂珠16︰木蜡油16︰竹炭5︰滑石粉5︰二氧化钛3︰醇酸树脂10︰合成脂肪酸树脂22︰乙醇和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液7。
其中,制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各组分按比例依次加入,在110℃调节下加热11min,按10m/s顺时针方向匀速搅拌,混合均匀,得到环保涂料。

1.一种环保涂料,其特征在于,包括以下材料组成:硅藻泥、粉煤灰漂珠、木蜡油、竹炭、滑石粉、二氧化钛、树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂和溶剂;按重量份比为:硅藻泥10-25︰粉煤灰漂珠12-16︰木蜡油14-22︰竹炭5-8︰滑石粉5-10︰二氧化钛3-5︰树脂10-15︰合成脂肪酸树脂25-35︰溶剂5-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保涂料,其特征在于:所述的树脂为醇酸树脂或丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保涂料,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为简单醇或乙酸乙酯或其混合溶液;所述的简单醇为乙醇或正丁醇或甲醇或乙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1-4所述的环保涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将各组分按比例依次加入,在95-110℃调节下加热10-15min,按5-10m/s顺时针方向匀速搅拌,混合均匀,得到环保涂料。
