本发明公开了一种环保有机混合燃料,其原料重量百分比组成为:(1)废弃木料40~70,(2)石灰1~10,(3)甲醇4~15,(4)煤泥5~30,(5)异丁醇0.5~5,(6)甲基叔丁基醚0.1~1,(7)乙醚0.1~1,(8)固氧化锌0~1。本发明热效率改造达到50~75%,相对于传统技术中的热效率改造,其热效率改造大大的提高了,并且该种混合燃料其污染小,低碳环保,可广泛应用在锅炉等行业。

本发明涉及燃料,特别是一种环保有机混合燃料。
背景技术
燃料对社会的进步和经济的发展起着不可替代的推动作用,燃料的短缺也成为人们亟待解决的问题。传统技术中对生物燃料特别是木屑采用直接燃烧的方式,一般主要是传统烧柴灶在使用,其热效率的该着仅为10%左右,热效率改造低,造成原原材料的极大浪费,因此,有必要对传统燃料进行改进和优化。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环保有机混合燃料,其具有热效率改造高,环保污染小等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保有机混合燃料,其原料重量百分比组成为:
(1)废弃木料40~70
(2)石灰1~10
(3)甲醇4~15
(4)煤泥5~30
(5)异丁醇0.5~5
(6)甲基叔丁基醚0.1~1
(7)乙醚0.1~1
(8)固氧化锌0~1。
作为上述技术方案的改进,原料重量百分比组成为:
(1)废弃木料60
(2)石灰6.5
(3)甲醇10
(4)煤泥19
(5)异丁醇3
(6)甲基叔丁基醚0.5
(7)乙醚0.5
(8)固氧化锌0.5。
本发明的有益效果是:由上述配比得到的混合燃料,其热效率改造达到50~75%,相对于传统技术中的热效率改造,其热效率改造大大的提高了,并且该种混合燃料其污染小,低碳环保,可广泛应用在锅炉等行业。
