技术领域
本发明涉及新能源领域,具体是一种锅炉用高性能醇基燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石油作为一种不可再生资源,由于过度的开发和利用,在不久的将来石油资源将消耗殆尽。为缓解石油供应紧张的局面和污染问题,2007年国家能源部、环保总局于2007年联合下文,未来儿年将全面禁止柴油进入厨房,目前已有部分城市开始禁止在厨房用品中使用柴油。
为了解决石油能源日益枯竭的问题,醇基燃料作为是天然气及燃料油替代燃料而成为最具潜力的新型代替再生能源,具有清洁卫生、安全环保、使用方便、廉价等优点,既深受各国企业组织的青睐,又属于国家“十一五”期间鼓励发展的生物清洁新能源。
现有的醇基燃料种类繁多,鱼龙混杂,普遍热值低,不利于醇基燃料的大范围应用。在锅炉领域,还普遍采用石化燃料,不利于环境保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锅炉用高性能醇基燃料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种锅炉用高性能醇基燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇70-85份、松焦油8-12份、乙酸乙酯0.3-0.5份、甲基叔丁基醚0.6-0.9份、苯并三唑0.8-1.0份、纳米铝粉0.6-0.8份、环戊二烯基铁1.5-2.0份、甘油1.2-1.4份、氯酸钾0.4-0.6份、二氧化锰0.08-0.10份、樟脑0.05-0.09份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇72-83份、松焦油9-11份、乙酸乙酯0.35-0.45份、甲基叔丁基醚0.7-0.8份、苯并三唑0.85-0.95份、纳米铝粉0.65-0.75份、环戊二烯基铁1.6-1.9份、甘油1.25-1.35份、氯酸钾0.45-0.55份、二氧化锰0.08-0.09份、樟脑0.06-0.08份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇76份、松焦油10份、乙酸乙酯0.4份、甲基叔丁基醚0.75份、苯并三唑0.9份、纳米铝粉0.7份、环戊二烯基铁1.8份、甘油1.3份、氯酸钾0.5份、二氧化锰0.09份、樟脑0.07份。
所述锅炉用高性能醇基燃料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌6-8h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌2-3h,获得第二混合液;
3)将第二混合液加入至第一混合液内,混合搅拌2-3h,静置1-2h,获得第三混合液;
4)将樟脑加入至第三混合液中,混合搅拌1-2h,即得锅炉用高性能醇基燃料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明锅炉用高性能醇基燃料热值高,燃烧充分,燃烧后有害气体排放量低,有利于环境保护,是理想的清洁能源。本发明添加纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,有利于提高燃料的燃烧效果,使燃料燃烧的更加充分,提高能源利用率。

实施例1
一种锅炉用高性能醇基燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇70份、松焦油8份、乙酸乙酯0.3份、甲基叔丁基醚0.6份、苯并三唑0.8份、纳米铝粉0.6份、环戊二烯基铁1.5份、甘油1.2份、氯酸钾0.4份、二氧化锰0.08份、樟脑0.05份。
本实施例中所述锅炉用高性能醇基燃料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌6h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌2h,获得第二混合液;
3)将第二混合液加入至第一混合液内,混合搅拌2h,静置1h,获得第三混合液;
4)将樟脑加入至第三混合液中,混合搅拌1h,即得锅炉用高性能醇基燃料。

1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌8h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌3h,获得第二混合液;

1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌7h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌2h,获得第二混合液;
3)将第二混合液加入至第一混合液内,混合搅拌2.5h,静置1h,获得第三混合液;

一种锅炉用高性能醇基燃料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇85份、松焦油8.6份、乙酸乙酯0.4份、甲基叔丁基醚0.9份、苯并三唑1.0份、纳米铝粉0.6份、环戊二烯基铁1.5份、甘油1.3份、氯酸钾0.6份、二氧化锰0.09份、樟脑0.06份。
本实施例中所述锅炉用高性能醇基燃料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌8h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌2h,获得第二混合液;
3)将第二混合液加入至第一混合液内,混合搅拌2h,静置2h,获得第三混合液;
4)将樟脑加入至第三混合液中,混合搅拌1.5h,即得锅炉用高性能醇基燃料。

性能试验
对实施例1-5及对比例1-2进行性能测试,试验结果如表1所示。

从上表可以看出,本发明锅炉用高性能醇基燃料热值高,燃烧充分,燃烧后有害气体排放量低,有利于环境保护,是理想的清洁能源。
从实施例3与对比例1-2的数据对比中可以看出,本发明添加纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,有利于提高燃料的燃烧效果,使燃料燃烧的更加充分,提高能源利用率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉用高性能醇基燃料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇72-83份、松焦油9-11份、乙酸乙酯0.35-0.45份、甲基叔丁基醚0.7-0.8份、苯并三唑0.85-0.95份、纳米铝粉0.65-0.75份、环戊二烯基铁1.6-1.9份、甘油1.25-1.35份、氯酸钾0.45-0.55份、二氧化锰0.08-0.09份、樟脑0.06-0.08份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锅炉用高性能醇基燃料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:甲醇76份、松焦油10份、乙酸乙酯0.4份、甲基叔丁基醚0.75份、苯并三唑0.9份、纳米铝粉0.7份、环戊二烯基铁1.8份、甘油1.3份、氯酸钾0.5份、二氧化锰0.09份、樟脑0.07份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的锅炉用高性能醇基燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)称取甲醇、松焦油、纳米铝粉、氯酸钾和二氧化锰,混合搅拌6-8h,获得第一混合液;
2)称取乙酸乙酯、甲基叔丁基醚、苯并三唑、环戊二烯基铁和甘油,混合搅拌2-3h,获得第二混合液;
3)将第二混合液加入至第一混合液内,混合搅拌2-3h,静置1-2h,获得第三混合液;
4)将樟脑加入至第三混合液中,混合搅拌1-2h,即得锅炉用高性能醇基燃料。
