本发明公开一种负氧水性涂料及其制备方法,各组分及重量百分数为:水10~20份;纯丙稀酸乳液20~40份;负离子粉1.5~2.5份;复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5~3份;金红石钛白粉10~20份;方解石10~15份;高岭土5~10份;防霉抗菌剂0.2~0.5份;润湿分散剂0.1~2份;消泡剂0.1~2份;纤维素增稠剂0.1~2份;助剂0.1~2份。本涂料体系水性环保,持续释放负离子,并可祛除室内甲醛、氨、苯等有害气体和各种异味抑制墙面与室内空气细菌及霉菌滋生,色彩丰富,造型多变,耐擦洗抗污,防霉抗藻,装饰效果好能满足各种室内装修要求的墙面材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特指一种负氧水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在房屋装修中,由于各种装修用材料所带来的甲醛、苯系物、TVOC等有害物质造成的家装污染和室内空气中有害物质的超标。已严重地干扰了人们的日常生活。人体长时间吸收这种含有甲醛的气体会引起各种疾病,严重的还会危机到人的生命安全。因此对装修后的房间和新购买的家具要进行室内空气污染的治理,及消除新家具所带来的有害气体的污染。以保证室内有害气体的含量在国家规定的范围以内,使人们生活在一个健康的环境中。人们70%的时间在室内度过。因此室内空气的清醒度将直接影响到人体的健康。室内空气污染对人类健康的危害已经成了目前最受社会关注的热点问题之一,因为68%的疾病起因与室内空气污染有关,80%的癌症与居住环境有关。
针对室内污染;健康大敌,因此高效持久地净化室内有害气体,保持清新健康环境成了人们追求的理想目标。目前市场上的负离子涂料主要是负离子释放量少,没有抗甲醛净化功能.室内环境质量的优劣与健康均有密切的关系,室内污染也被称为现代城市的特殊灾害;国际上已经把室内空气污染列为对公众健康危害最大的环境因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供负氧水性涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:负氧水性涂料,各组分及重量百分数为:水10~20份;纯丙稀酸乳液20~40份;负离子粉1.5~2.5份;复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5~3份;金红石钛白粉10~20份;方解石10~15份;高岭土5~10份;防霉抗菌剂0.2~0.5份;润湿分散剂0.1~2份;消泡剂0.1~2份;纤维素增稠剂0.1~2份;助剂0.1~2份。
优选地,各组分及重量百分数为:水20份;纯丙稀酸乳液40份;负离子粉1.5份;复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5份;金红石钛白粉20份;方解石10份;高岭土5份;防霉抗菌剂0.2份;润湿分散剂0.3份;消泡剂0.5份;纤维素增稠剂0.5份;助剂0.5份。
优选地,各组分及重量百分数为:水20份;纯丙稀酸乳液30份;负离子粉1.5份;复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5份;金红石钛白粉20份;方解石15份;高岭土10份;防霉抗菌剂0.3份;润湿分散剂0.2份;消泡剂0.2份;纤维素增稠剂0.8份;助剂0.5份。
上述负氧水性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、纯丙烯酸乳液、消泡剂、润湿分散剂加入容器中充分搅拌溶解;
(2)将金红石钛白粉、负离子粉、方解石、高岭土混合研磨,研磨至800目;
(3)将步骤(2)中研磨后的粉末加入步骤(1)得出的溶液中,进行充分混合;
(4)将复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂、防霉抗菌剂、纤维素增稠剂、助剂加入步骤(3)中得出的溶液中,充分混合;
(5)过滤装桶。
优选地,所述的步骤(1)中搅拌速度600-900r/min,搅拌时间为5~10min;
优选地,所述的步骤(3)中采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20~35KHz,搅拌速度2000~5000r/min,搅拌时间为5~10min;
优选地,所述的步骤(4)中采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20~35KHz,搅拌速度2000~5000r/min,搅拌时间为20~40min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本涂料体系水性环保,持续释放负离子,并可祛除室内甲醛、氨、苯等有害气体和各种异味抑制墙面与室内空气细菌及霉菌滋生,色彩丰富,造型多变,耐擦洗抗污,防霉抗藻,装饰效果好能满足各种室内装修要求的墙面材料。本涂料系列通过特殊的分子设计,通过化学反应的方式永久分解消除涂层吸附的甲醛和环境中的甲醛,从而达到净化空气质量的效果,并可释放负离子。
具体实施方式
下面将本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
首先,将水20份、纯丙烯酸乳液40份、消泡剂0.5份、润湿分散剂0.3份加入容器中充分搅拌溶解,搅拌速度600-900r/min,搅拌时间为5~10min;
接着,将金红石钛白粉20份、负离子粉1.5份、方解石10份、高岭土5份混合研磨,研磨至800目;将粉末加入溶液中进行搅拌,采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20KHz,搅拌速度2000r/min,搅拌时间为5min;
然后,将复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5份、防霉抗菌剂0.2份、纤维素增稠剂0.5份、助剂0.5份加入溶液中充分混合;采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20KHz,搅拌速度2000r/min,搅拌时间为20min;
最后,将溶液进行过滤,装桶。
实施例二:
首先,将水20份、纯丙烯酸乳液30份、消泡剂0.2份、润湿分散剂0.2份加入容器中充分搅拌溶解,搅拌速度600-900r/min,搅拌时间为5~10min;
接着,将金红石钛白粉20份、负离子粉1.5份、方解石15份、高岭土10份混合研磨,研磨至800目;将粉末加入溶液中进行搅拌,采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20KHz,搅拌速度2000r/min,搅拌时间为5min;
然后,将复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5份、防霉抗菌剂0.3份、纤维素增稠剂0.8份、助剂0.5份加入溶液中充分混合;采用超声高速搅拌,超声波频率为20KHz,搅拌速度2000r/min,搅拌时间为20min;
最后,将溶液进行过滤,装桶。

4.一种负氧水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将水、纯丙烯酸乳液、消泡剂、润湿分散剂加入容器中充分搅拌溶解;
(2)将金红石钛白粉、负离子粉、方解石、高岭土混合研磨,研磨至800目;
(3)将步骤(2)中研磨后的粉末加入步骤(1)得出的溶液中,进行充分混合;
(4)将复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂、防霉抗菌剂、纤维素增稠剂、助剂加入步骤(3)中得出的溶液中,充分混合;
(5)过滤装桶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种负氧水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤中各物质的组分为:水10~20份;纯丙稀酸乳液20~40份;负离子粉1.5~2.5份;复合型纳米二氧化钛除醛剂1.5~3份;金红石钛白粉10~20份;方解石10~15份;高岭土5~10份;防霉抗菌剂0.2~0.5份;润湿分散剂0.1~2份;消泡剂0.1~2份;纤维素增稠剂0.1~2份;助剂0.1~2份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种负氧水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:
