背景技术
目前对单体香原料的提取主要是提取香原料的致香成分,对提取工艺的研究也是围绕如何提取需要的致香成分。而在提取香原料的致香成分的同时提取香原料的天然花青素,使提取物同时含有特征颜色的花青素和特征香味的方法却没有相关的工艺研究。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于卷烟纸的桂花香精,将其添加到卷烟纸中使卷烟具有明显的桂花香韵,同时具有桂花的金黄色,鲜明的卷烟纸使卷烟产品具有新颖性,从而能够提高产品的市场竞争力。
一种用于卷烟纸的桂花香精,由如下原料组分按照重量份混合而成:桂花香精1-2份、桂花提取物8-9份,其中桂花香精由如下原料组分按照质量百分比混合而成:乙位紫罗兰酮20-25%、甲位紫罗兰酮10-15%、香叶醇3-5%、苯乙醇5-10%、芳樟醇1-5%、叶醇1-2%、水杨酸叶酯1-2%、甜橙油10-15%、乙酸苯乙酯8-10%、水杨酸戊酯1-2%、乙酸芳樟酯1-3%、戊酸戊酯1-2%、乙酸1-2%、95%乙醇2-37%,所述桂花提取物应用超临界提取工艺提取,具有桂花的香气成分和天然花青素。
进一步的,所述桂花提取物的提取方法为:将桂花用40%乙醇作夹带剂,在15Kpa、40℃超临界提取1小时,再用4倍的丙二醇稀释后,用300目滤布过滤后加入1‰山梨酸钾得到含有花青素的所述桂花提取物。
进一步的,所述桂花提取物的提取物密度为1.3-1.5。
本发明应用超临界提取工艺提取桂花的香气成分的同时,提取桂花中含有的天然花青素,使得到的桂花提取物不仅具有桂花的特征嗅香,而且具有桂花的特征黄色功能,并在提取物中添加稳定剂,然后对桂花提取物进行调配加入其他香原料使桂花的特征香气更加透发、舒适、持久并能够与烟草香气协调一致,特征色泽在生产过程中更加稳定,将调配的桂花提取物添加到卷烟纸中使卷烟具有明显的桂花香韵,同时具有桂花的金黄色,鲜明的卷烟纸使卷烟产品具有新颖性,从而能够提高产品的市场竞争力。

卷烟A和卷烟B都具有明显的黄色,色泽艳丽。卷烟A烟支具有明显的桂花嗅香,卷烟B有桂花嗅香但香气较淡且不够透发。卷烟A和卷烟B都能够细腻烟气,改善香气品质,增加桂花的特征香韵,烟气柔和、绵长,吃味舒适,烟气有甜感,对卷烟品质略有改善作用。卷烟A在抽吸时桂花的特征香韵较明显,而卷烟B桂花的特征香韵表现较弱。
通过鉴定桂花香精A与桂花提取物复配后添加到卷烟纸中制成卷烟,烟支具有桂花的特征黄色,并具有明显的桂花嗅香,抽吸时也透出桂花的特征香韵,整支卷烟从色、香、味上体现桂花特征,且抽吸时能够与烟香协调并略有改善卷烟品质的作用。因此桂花香精按照配方A进行复配更符合本发明的设计要求。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于卷烟纸的桂花香精,其特征在于由如下原料组分按照重量份混合而成:桂花香精1-2份、桂花提取物8-9份,其中桂花香精由如下原料组分按照质量百分比混合而成:乙位紫罗兰酮20-25%、甲位紫罗兰酮10-15%、香叶醇3-5%、苯乙醇5-10%、芳樟醇1-5%、叶醇1-2%、水杨酸叶酯1-2%、甜橙油10-15%、乙酸苯乙酯8-10%、水杨酸戊酯1-2%、乙酸芳樟酯1-3%、戊酸戊酯1-2%、乙酸1-2%、95%乙醇2-37%,所述桂花提取物应用超临界提取工艺提取,具有桂花的香气成分和天然花青素。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于卷烟纸的桂花香精,其特征在于:所述桂花提取物的提取方法为:将桂花用40%乙醇作夹带剂,在15Kpa、40℃超临界提取1小时,再用4倍的丙二醇稀释后,用300目滤布过滤后加入1‰山梨酸钾得到含有花青素的所述桂花提取物。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于卷烟纸的桂花香精,其特征在于:所述桂花提取物的提取物密度为1.3-1.5。
