本发明公开了一种番石榴果酱粉,它包括番石榴果粉、山楂粉、柠檬汁、藕粉、白砂糖、蜂蜜、葛根粉、蓝莓粉、羧甲基纤维素钠,本发明的果酱以番石榴为主要原料,制备的果酱酸甜可口,无添加剂,果酱中融合了多种水果的营养成分,组分配伍合理,具有健胃助消化、调理脾胃之功效。本发明适用于食用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种番石榴果酱粉。
背景技术
番石榴,俗称芭乐、那拔仔或拔子。肉质非常柔软,肉汁丰富,味道甜美,几乎无籽,风味接近于梨和台湾大青枣之间。它的果实椭圆形,颜色乳青至乳白,极其漂亮,平均单果重380克以上,最大的可达550克,含糖量为11 .45%,含有大量的钾、铁、胡萝卜素等,营养极其丰富。但因为番石榴含水份高,不耐贮存,成熟后不能及时销售,就会腐烂,严重影响果农的收益。
水果果酱是以水果为原料加工而成,营养丰富、食用方便,基本保持了水果的营养,还具有开胃、增进食欲的特点,果酱可以长期保存而不会腐败。如果将番石榴加工成果酱,既可以保留番石榴的营养成分和口味,又可以保证消费者常年食用。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种番石榴果酱粉,该果酱粉以番石榴为主要原料,制备的果酱酸甜可口,无添加剂,果酱中融合了多种水果的营养成分,组分配伍合理,具有健胃助消化、调理脾胃之功效。
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种番石榴果酱粉,按照重量份数计它包含如下原料:
番石榴果粉50份、山楂粉20份、柠檬汁5份、藕粉10份、白砂糖5份、蜂蜜3份、葛根粉5份、蓝莓粉5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份。
作为本发明的限定,它还包括3重量份数的杏仁粉和5重量份数的核桃粉。
采用上述技术方案,本发明取得的有益效果是:本发明提供的果酱粉以番石榴为主要原料,制备的果酱酸甜可口,无添加剂,果酱中融合了多种水果的营养成分,组分配伍合理,具有健胃助消化、调理脾胃之功效。
本发明适用于食用。

本实施例提供了一种番石榴果酱粉,包含如下原料:
番石榴果粉50g、山楂粉20 g、柠檬汁5 g、藕粉10 g、白砂糖5 g、蜂蜜3 g、葛根粉5 g、蓝莓粉5 g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.2 g、杏仁粉3 g和核桃粉5 g。
上述果酱粉以番石榴为主要原料,制备的果酱酸甜可口,无添加剂,果酱中融合了多种水果的营养成分,组分配伍合理,具有健胃助消化、调理脾胃之功效。
本实施例的果酱粉可以单独食用,也可以作为佐餐调味品食用。

1.一种番石榴果酱粉,其特征在于按照重量份数计它包含如下原料:
番石榴果粉50份、山楂粉20份、柠檬汁5份、藕粉10份、白砂糖5份、蜂蜜3份、葛根粉5份、蓝莓粉5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种番石榴果酱粉,其特征在于它还包括3重量份数的杏仁粉和5重量份数的核桃粉。
