本发明涉及一种祛痘营养包,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
食物除了提供能量外,还提供其它维持机体正常运营的物质,因此健康的食物结构非常重要,但是现代快节奏的工作、学习和生活往往让人们无法及时补充最需要的营养养分,常常吃些简单方便的食物充饥,很多简便的食物为满足口感风味,添加大量添加剂、油脂、辣椒等等,长期食用垃圾食品,营养缺失更严重、引起一系列的健康问题,例如内分泌失调,毒素累积,进而长出痘。痘长出后一般只能吃清淡食物,但习惯了重口味食物的人,坚持吃清淡的食物很难。
因此,提供一种口味重的祛痘食物,保持健康显得尤为迫切。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适合长痘的人食用的祛痘营养包,从食物结构上改善皮肤健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的祛痘营养包包括泡椒鸡爪,黄瓜,绿豆,绿茶,海藻,菊花,柠檬,面粉,白糖,盐,水,酵母等原料制作而成;
所述祛痘营养包的制作方法为:a.面皮制作:将水煮沸,菊花,柠檬用沸水浸泡15~40min,过滤得到浸出液,冷却备用;将绿豆、海藻分别磨粉,得到绿豆粉和海藻粉;将面粉、绿豆粉、海藻粉、浸出液、白糖和酵母混匀;室温发面2~3小时;
b.馅料制作:将绿茶磨粉,得到绿茶粉;将泡椒鸡爪去骨,将去骨后的泡椒鸡爪切丁得到鸡爪丁,将黄瓜切丁得到黄瓜丁,将绿茶粉、鸡爪丁、黄瓜丁和盐混匀得到馅料;
c.成型:将馅料包在面皮内,将面皮捏合成型得到包子;
d.常压下蒸15~30min既得祛痘营养包。
优选的,所述菊花:柠檬:水:4~9:2~5:100~140。

本发明的祛痘营养包包括泡椒鸡爪,黄瓜,绿豆,绿茶,海藻,菊花,柠檬,面粉,白糖,盐,水,酵母等原料制作而成;
所述祛痘营养包的制作方法为:a.面皮制作:将水煮沸,菊花,柠檬用沸水浸泡15~40min,过滤得到浸出液,冷却备用;将绿豆、海藻分别磨粉,得到绿豆粉和海藻粉;将面粉、绿豆粉、海藻粉、浸出液、白糖和酵母混匀;室温发面2~3小时;
b.馅料制作:将绿茶磨粉,得到绿茶粉;将泡椒鸡爪去骨,将去骨后的泡椒鸡爪切丁得到鸡爪丁,将黄瓜切丁得到黄瓜丁,将绿茶粉、鸡爪丁、黄瓜丁和盐混匀得到馅料;
c.成型:将馅料包在面皮内,将面皮捏合成型得到包子;
d.常压下蒸15~30min既得祛痘营养包。
蒸的工艺可采用常规的蒸煮方法,蒸的时间可根据蒸的压力、温度、以及营养包大小进行调整,为经济和保证美味优选在常压下蒸煮,蒸的15~30min,可根据营养包的大小适当调整蒸煮时间,营养包的大小为常规包子大小。

面皮制作,取绿豆25g,海藻20g,面粉700g,白糖24g,酵母11g将绿豆、海藻分别磨粉,得到绿豆粉和海藻粉;将面粉、绿豆粉、海藻粉、浸出液、白糖和酵母混匀;室温发面3小时。
馅料制作:泡椒鸡爪180g:绿茶30g:黄瓜30g:盐9g。将绿茶磨粉,得到绿茶粉;将泡椒鸡爪去骨,将去骨后的泡椒鸡爪切丁得到鸡爪丁,将黄瓜切丁得到黄瓜丁,将绿茶粉、鸡爪丁、黄瓜丁和盐混匀得到馅料;
成型:将馅料包在面皮内,将面皮捏合成型得到包子;
大火将水烧开,将成型的生营养包放置在蒸笼内,改小火蒸18min既得熟祛痘营养包。
实施例2
取菊花13g,柠檬6g,水300g;将水煮沸,菊花,柠檬用沸水浸泡30min,过滤得到浸出液,冷却备用。
面皮制作,取绿豆10g,海藻11g,面粉600g,白糖10g,酵母9g。将绿豆、海藻分别磨粉,得到绿豆粉和海藻粉;将面粉、绿豆粉、海藻粉、浸出液、白糖和酵母混匀;室温发面3小时。
馅料制作:泡椒鸡爪150g:绿茶27g:黄瓜20g:盐5g。将绿茶磨粉,得到绿茶粉;将泡椒鸡爪去骨,将去骨后的泡椒鸡爪切丁得到鸡爪丁,将黄瓜切丁得到黄瓜丁,将绿茶粉、鸡爪丁、黄瓜丁和盐混匀得到馅料;
成型:将馅料包在面皮内,将面皮捏合成型得到包子;
大火将水烧开,将成型的生营养包放置在蒸笼内,改小火蒸17min既得熟祛痘营养包。

1.祛痘营养包,其特征在于,所述祛痘营养包包括泡椒鸡爪,黄瓜,绿豆,绿茶,海藻,菊花,柠檬,面粉,白糖,盐,水,酵母等原料制作而成;
