本发明的目的是提供一种纱线丝光处理的方法,首先对纱线进行进厂检验,然后取小样进行丝光性能测试,之后烧毛,再进行丝光处理前的煮漂工艺,煮漂工艺为20℃时以每隔5min分别依次加入NaOH、双氧水、氧漂稳定剂和高效渗透剂,之后以2℃/min升温至95℃保温煮漂30min,这样可以增强纱线的毛效、白度、强力等性能,之后进行丝光,丝光之后采用复合生物酶处理,最后进行硅油后整理处理,这样得到的纱线柔软度、滑爽度和手感得到改善,适用于生产中。

本发明涉及纱线丝光处理领域,尤其涉及一种纱线丝光处理的方法。
背景技术
纯棉丝光棉纱的市场需求越来越旺盛,高品质的丝光棉纱在市场上供不应求。要提升纯棉丝光棉纱的品质,需控制好烧毛、丝光、漂染、织造、整理等生产过程,其中棉纱丝光的处理工艺是否重要,直接影响染色的质量。目前对于棉纱丝光的处理方法效果差,得到的丝光纱线质量差,无法满足需要,因此解决上述问题就显得十分重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种纱线丝光处理的方法,首先对纱线进行进厂检验,然后取小样进行丝光性能测试,之后烧毛,再进行丝光处理前的煮漂工艺,煮漂工艺为20℃时以每隔5min分别依次加入NaOH、双氧水、氧漂稳定剂和高效渗透剂,之后以2℃/min升温至95℃保温煮漂30min,这样可以增强纱线的毛效、白度、强力等性能,之后进行丝光,丝光之后采用复合生物酶处理,最后进行硅油后整理处理,这样得到的纱线柔软度、滑爽度和手感得到改善,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。

步骤五:将步骤四的纱线进行丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度为200g/L,温度为20℃;
步骤六:丝光处理后排出碱液,进行酸洗中和,之后冷水洗,烘干;
步骤七:将步骤六处理过的纱线进行复合生物酶处理;
步骤八:将步骤七处理过的纱线进行硅油后整理处理,得到成品。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤七处理温度为55℃,时间为60min,pH值为5.5。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤七和八处理后均需要进行烘干处理。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤步骤六排出的碱液进回收再利用。

步骤二:将原纱拆包取小样进行丝光性能测试,合格方可使用;
步骤三:将步骤二的原纱进行烧毛处理;
步骤四:将步骤三处理的纱线,20℃时以每隔5min分别依次加入NaOH、双氧水、氧漂稳定剂和高效渗透剂,之后以2℃/min升温至95℃保温煮漂30min,之后进行热水洗和冷水洗;
步骤五:将步骤四的纱线进行丝光处理,丝光碱液浓度为200g/L,温度为20℃;
