Abstract
本发明涉及一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,具体步骤如下:(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡30-50分钟;(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热3-5分钟;(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡10-20分钟;(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟,以脱去碱液;(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理;(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟;(9)最后烘干60-90分钟。本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明处理后的亚麻纤维易于染色。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种亚麻纤维的改性方法。
背景技术
亚麻纤维是优质的纺织原料之一,具有凉爽、透气、抗菌等优点,但同时存在可染色性差的缺点,表现为:低上染率、低固色率和色牢度差等方面。目前此缺点还没有很好的解决,传统的处理工艺存在时间长、能耗大、纤维质量及可纺性差,同时对自然环境有一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高效、环保、能够提高亚麻纤维上染率和固色率的处理方法。
为解决上述问题本发明采用的技术方案是:通过以下步骤得以实现:(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;
(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡30-50分钟;
(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热3-5分钟;
(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟,以脱去碱液;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理。
(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;
(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟;
(9)最后烘干60-90分钟。
作为一种优选方案,步骤(2)所述的尿素溶液含量为50-150g/L。
作为一种优选方案,步骤(3)所述的微波炉的输出功率为600-800W。
作为一种优选方案,步骤(6)所述的硫酸溶液含量为15-20g/L。
作为一种优选方案,步骤(6)所述的硫酸钠溶液含量为75-90g/L。
作为一种优选方案,步骤(6)所述的硫酸锌溶液含量为35-50g/L。
采用了上述方案后,本发明的有益效果是:填补了现有技术的空白,是一种高效、环保、能够提高亚麻纤维上染率和固色率的处理方法。
具体实施方式
实施例一
(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;
(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡30分钟;
(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热3分钟;
(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡10分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水5分钟,以脱去碱液;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理。
(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;
(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水3分钟;
(9)最后烘干90分钟。
实施例二
(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;
(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡40分钟;
(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热4分钟;
(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡15分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水4分钟,以脱去碱液;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理。
(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;
(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水4分钟;
(9)最后烘干80分钟。
实施例三
(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;
(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡50分钟;
(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热5分钟;
(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水3分钟,以脱去碱液;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理。
(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;
(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水5分钟;
(9)最后烘干60分钟。

1.一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)对亚麻纤维进行开松处理,清除杂物;
(2)将亚麻纤维浸入尿素溶液中浸泡30-50分钟;
(3)将浸泡后的亚麻纤维放入微波炉中加热3-5分钟;
(4)将亚麻纤维浸入到NaOH中浸泡10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的亚麻纤维放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟,以脱去碱液;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的亚麻纤维浸入到硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌的混合溶液中进行酸浴处理;
(7)用清水洗涤所得的亚麻纤维至中性;
(8)将亚麻纤维再次放入离心脱水机中脱水3-5分钟;
(9)最后烘干60-90分钟。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的尿素溶液含量为50-150g/L。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的微波炉的输出功率为600-800W。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)所述的硫酸溶液含量为15-20g/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)所述的硫酸钠溶液含量为75-90g/L。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻纤维的改性方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)所述的硫酸锌溶液含量为35-50g/L。
