Abstract

本发明提供一种亚麻原纱处理工艺,其特征在于采用以下步骤:1)蒸纱;2)回潮;3)原纱整经;4)前处理:将亚麻水浸10min后放入染缸,开染机时泵速采用递增方式,处理液与亚麻10:1;处理液中精炼剂浓度为1g/L,其余为水,90℃保持30min;或者,处理液中精炼剂浓度为3g/L,碱剂浓度为2g/L,双氧水浓度为3g/L,其余为水,100℃保持30min;5)采用活性染料染色,亚麻与活性染料的浴比为1:8~15;6)后处理:50℃染色后进行柔软处理1min,然后加入纱线保湿剂处理1min,其中纱线保湿剂与原纱的质量比为3:100;再加入醋酸处理30min;7)烘干。经本发明处理后的亚麻纱线可以直接在经轴使用,直接浆纱。

亚麻原纱处理工艺
技术领域
本发明提供一种亚麻原纱处理工艺,属于纺织技术领域。
技术背景
亚麻纤维是世界上最古老的纺织纤维,其具有吸湿散热,保健抑菌,防污抗静电的优良性能;然而亚麻纤维存在的刚性强、断裂伸长率低,纱线强力不均匀问题,造成亚麻品种在浆纱、织造过程中,断头、打绞现象严重,影响织造效率。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种适用于亚麻的经轴染色方法,能够在简化亚麻生产流程的同时,改善其在后续加工中的断头、打绞现象,提高织造效率。其技术方案为:
一种亚麻原纱处理工艺,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
1)蒸纱:对原纱进行饱和蒸汽蒸纱30min;
2)回潮:将蒸纱后的原纱进行25℃恒湿回潮24h,使筒纱含湿率6~9%;
3)原纱整经:通过蒸汽给湿装置使筒纱保持6~9%的恒定含湿率,整经后的经轴采用横放的方式;
4)前处理:在处理前将亚麻水浸10min后放入染缸中,开染机时泵速采用递增的方式,速度和时间分别为50%*3min;65%*3min,70%*30min,处理液与亚麻的质量比10:1,保证亚麻纤维充分浸润及膨胀;处理液中精炼剂的浓度为1g/L,其余为水,90℃保持30min;或者,处理液中精炼剂的浓度为3g/L,碱剂的浓度为2g/L,双氧水的浓度为3g/L,其余为水,100℃保持30min;
5)染色:采用活性染料,亚麻与活性染料的浴比为1:8~15,开始染色温度为30℃,加染料速度采用按染缸总体积5%的比例20分钟等量均匀加入;加染料完毕后,再以1.5℃/min升温速率升至65±1℃,保温时间30±1min,染缸泵速设定65%~70%,染液循环方向采用内外换向;皂洗两次,染液中皂洗剂浓度为1g/L,温度为80℃,时间为10min;
6)后处理:50℃染色后进行柔软处理1min,其中柔软剂与原纱的质量比为1:100,然后加入L-635纱线保湿剂处理1min,其中L-635纱线保湿剂与原纱的质量比为3:100;再以醋酸与原纱的质量比为0.5:100的比例加入醋酸,亚麻经轴保持6-9%的含湿率30min;
7)烘干:烘干使纱线含湿率为8~10%,烘干后经轴采取横放的方式。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于:1、缩短亚麻纤维再加工时的生产流程,节约生产成本,提高生产效率。2、解决亚麻类纤维在再加工的过程中只做色纱整经的单一生产模式,保证纱线强力,能够通过经轴染色后直接浆纱。
具体实施方案
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不局限于所列实施例。
实施例一,具体步骤为:
1)蒸纱:对原纱进行饱和蒸汽蒸纱30min;
2)回潮:将蒸纱后的原纱进行25℃恒湿回潮24h,使筒纱含湿率6%;
3)原纱整经:通过蒸汽给湿装置使筒纱保持6%的恒定含湿率,整经后的经轴采用横放的方式;
4)前处理:在处理前将亚麻水浸10min后放入染缸中,开染机时泵速采用递增的方式,速度和时间分别为50%*3min,65%*3min,70%*30min,处理液与亚麻的质量比为10:1,保证亚麻纤维充分浸润及膨胀;处理液中精炼剂的浓度为1g/L,其余为水,90℃保持30min;
5)染色:采用活性染料,亚麻与偶氮类活性染料的浴比为1:8,开始染色温度为30℃,加染料速度采用按染缸总体积5%的比例20分钟等量均匀加入;加染料完毕后,再以1.5℃/min升温速率升至65℃,保温时间30min,染缸泵速设定65%,染液循环方向采用内外换向;皂洗两次,染液中皂洗剂浓度为1g/L,温度为80℃,时间为10min;
6)后处理:50℃染色后进行柔软处理1min,其中柔软剂与原纱的质量比为1:100,然后加入L-635纱线保湿剂处理1min,其中L-635纱线保湿剂与原纱的质量比为3:100;再以醋酸与原纱的质量比为0.5:100的比例加入醋酸,亚麻经轴保持6-9%的含湿率30min;
7)烘干:烘干使纱线含湿率为8%,烘干后经轴采取横放的方式。
实施例二,具体步骤为:

5)染色:采用活性染料,亚麻与蒽醌类活性染料的浴比为1:15,开始染色温度为30℃,加染料速度采用按染缸总体积5%的比例20分钟等量均匀加入;加染料完毕后,再以1.5℃/min升温速率升至65℃,保温时间30min,染缸泵速设定70%,染液循环方向采用内外换向;皂洗两次,染液中皂洗剂浓度为1g/L,温度为80℃,时间为10min;
6)后处理:50℃染色后进行柔软处理1min,其中柔软剂与原纱的质量比为1:100,然后加入L-635纱线保湿剂处理1min,其中L-635纱线保湿剂与原纱的质量比为3:100;再以醋酸与原纱的质量比为0.5:100的比例加入醋酸,亚麻经轴保持6-9%的含湿率30min;
7)烘干:烘干使纱线含湿率为10%,烘干后经轴采取横放的方式。

1.一种亚麻原纱处理工艺,其特征在于采用以下步骤:

6)后处理:50℃染色后进行柔软处理1min,其中柔软剂与原纱的质量比为1:100,然后加入L-635纱线保湿剂处理1min,其中L-635纱线保湿剂与原纱的质量比为3:100;再以醋酸与原纱的质量比为0.5:100的比例加入醋酸,亚麻经轴保持6-9%的含湿率30min;
7)烘干:烘干使纱线含湿率为8~10%,烘干后经轴采取横放的方式。
