背景技术
目前,由于人们物质生活水平逐步提高,对自身衣着打扮的质量也逐步提高,追求适合自身着装的色调、布料以及款式已不再是一种奢望,而是人们日常生活的重要组成部分。染布作为一种具有数百年历史的传统印染行业,随着科技的不断进步以及工艺的不断更新换代,传统的亚麻染色、浆纱是两道不同的工艺、在不同的机械上实现的。
由于科技发展以及节能减排的需要,亟需一种将两道工序合并成一道工序完成,在染纱完成后在染缸内加入浆料给亚麻纱上浆,完成筒纱的染纱和浆纱的方法、装置及此面料工艺织造方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亚麻缸内上浆方法及装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种亚麻缸内上浆方法,包括如下步骤:
a、浆料配制;
b、前处理;
c、染色;
d、皂洗后处理;
e、固色;
f、浆纱;
g、脱水烘干。
优选地,所述步骤b前处理的具体包括如下工艺:
将卷绕在压浆辊上的亚麻纱线在常温水中进行预湿处理,加入螯合分散剂、乳化单体及稳定剂后搅拌均匀后静置5min,加入片碱搅拌均匀后静置5min,再加入双氧水升温至95-100℃保温40min后降至常温,加入染色酸后再升温至38℃保温20min后加入脱氧酶,测量PH值为6.5-7.0时降至常温,排水。
优选地,所述前处理的配方按重量比计,由以下原料组成:726铁离子螯合分散剂2g/L、双氧水3g/L、片碱2g/L、乳化单体SA—3E 1g/L、稳定剂2g/L、染色酸0.5mL/L、脱氧酶CDME 0.1mL/L。
优选地,所述步骤c染色的具体包括如下工艺:
将经前处理的亚麻纱线在常温环境下加入适量的清水,并分别加入活性染料、匀染剂、元明粉、螯合分散剂后,以一定的升温速度升温至60℃并保温10min后,以一定的升温速度升温至80℃时加入一定量纯碱,降温至60℃并保温15min后,以一定的升温速度升温至85℃时再加入一定量纯碱,降温至60℃并保温30-60min后,降温至常温,排液。
优选地,所述染料配方按重量比计,由以下原料组成:726铁离子螯合分散剂1g/L、活性染料100g/L、匀染剂30g/L、元明粉80g/L、及纯碱20g/L纯碱两次分别加入10g/L。
优选地,所述步骤d皂洗后处理的具体包括如下工艺:
冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)-热水冲洗亚麻纱线(80℃,10min)-皂洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(皂洗剂FX—6061mL/L,98℃,15min)-热水洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(80℃,10min)-冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)。
优选地,所述步骤e固色的具体包括如下工艺:
将亚麻纱线浸泡在固色剂中,固色液浓度1.5%,固色温度45℃,固色时间20min。
优选地,所述步骤f浆纱的具体包括如下工艺:
将浆料温度加热至65-68℃,亚麻纱线浸泡于浆料中10min,在浸泡时亚麻纱线缠绕在压浆辊上使之绷紧,并且对亚麻纱线进行碾压,以使浆料充分均匀地填充于亚麻纱线,压浆辊压力为15KN,车速控制在60-65m/min;
所述步骤g脱水烘干的具体包括如下工艺:
将上浆后的所述的亚麻纱经过压浆辊至烘筒中烘干,浆出回潮控制在12-15%,上浆率控制在3%左右。
一种用于上述亚麻上浆的装置,包括依次放置的放纱辊、亚麻缸、烘筒,所述亚麻缸包括下上分隔的调制缸与染色上浆缸,所述调制缸与染色上浆缸通过连通阀门连通,所述调制缸内固定设置搅拌装置,所述染色上浆缸内上下设置有定型模具,定型模具通过液压伸缩杆固定在染色上浆缸上,染色上浆缸下方设置有出液阀门。
优选地,定型模具由多组可旋转压浆辊构成的内表面呈W形型腔结构。

本发明经过反复实践和努力,亚麻缸内染色上浆一体化技术已经成熟,生产效率与分工染色、上浆工艺比较无差异,已经成功进行大货生产、质量和效率达到80%,此法明省略一道工序,减少能源消耗,同时降低生产成本,具有广泛的应用前景。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种亚麻缸内上浆方法,具体包括如下步骤:
a、浆料配制:
以1000立升浆液为单位,加入淀粉36kg、甘油2kg、乳化蜡2kg、平滑剂抗静电剂2Kg,柔软剂4Kg,搅拌均匀形成浆料;
b、前处理:
如图1所示的前处理工艺曲线示意图,前处理具体工艺为:将卷绕在压浆辊上的亚麻纱线在常温水中进行预湿处理,加入2g/L螯合分散剂、1g/L乳化单体SA—3E及2g/L稳定剂后搅拌5min,加入2g/L片碱搅拌5min,再加入3g/L双氧水升温至95-100℃时保温40min后降至常温,加入0.5mL/L染色酸后再升温至38℃保温20min后加入0.1mL/L脱氧酶CDME,测量PH值为6.5-7.0时降至常温,排水。
C、染色:
如图2所示的染色工艺曲线示意图,染色具体工艺为:将经前处理的亚麻纱线在常温环境下加入适量的清水,并分别加入100g/L活性染料、30g/L匀染剂、80g/L元明粉、1g/L726铁离子螯合分散剂后,以1℃/min的升温速度升温至60℃并保温10min后,以1℃/min的升温速度升温至80℃时加入10g/L纯碱,降温至60℃并保温15min后,以1℃/min的升温速度升温至85℃时再加入10g/L纯碱,降温至60℃并保温30-60min后,降温至常温,排液;
d、皂洗后处理:
冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)-热水冲洗亚麻纱线(80℃,10min)-皂洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(皂洗剂FX—6061mL/L,98℃,15min)-热水洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(80℃,10min)-冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min);
e、固色:
将亚麻纱线浸泡在固色剂中,固色液浓度1.5%,固色温度45℃,固色时间20min;
f、浆纱:
将浆料倒入浆槽,对浆槽内浆料温度加热至65-68℃,织物浸泡于浆槽内的浆料中10分钟,在浸泡时织物缠绕在框架上使之绷紧,并且对亚麻纱线进行碾压,以使浆料充分均匀地填充于亚麻纱线,压浆辊压力为12KN,车速控制在70-80m/min;
g、脱水烘干:
将上浆后的所述的亚麻纱经过压浆辊至烘筒中烘干,浆出回潮控制在12-15%,上浆率控制在3%左右。
实施例2
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种用于上述亚麻上浆的装置,包括依次放置的放纱辊9、亚麻缸、烘筒10,所述亚麻缸包括下上分隔的调制缸1与染色上浆缸2,所述调制缸1与染色上浆缸2通过连通阀门4连通,所述调制缸1内固定设置搅拌装置3,所述染色上浆缸2内上下设置有定型模具5,定型模具5通过液压伸缩杆6固定在染色上浆缸2上,定型模具5由多组可旋转压浆辊7构成的内表面呈W形型腔结构,染色上浆缸下方设置有出液阀门8。
上述亚麻上浆装置的工作原理:
将亚麻纱线经放纱辊9依次卷绕压浆辊5上,并通过烘筒10牵引;
调制缸1内加入适量清水,并将2g/L螯合分散剂、1g/L乳化单体SA—3E及2g/L稳定剂加入调制缸1后搅拌均匀,打开连通阀门4待液体流干后关闭,染色上浆缸2内液体静置5min;将染色上浆缸2内加入2g/L片碱搅拌5min,再加入3g/L双氧水升温至95-100℃时保温40min后降至常温,再加入0.5mL/L染色酸后再升温至38℃保温20min,最后加入0.1mL/L脱氧酶CDME,一段时间后测量染色上浆缸2内PH值为6.5-7.0时降至常温,打开出液阀门8排水;
将调制缸1内在常温环境下加入适量的清水,打开连通阀门4待液体流干后关闭,染色上浆缸2内经前处理的亚麻纱线经清水浸泡;将调制缸1内分别加入100g/L活性染料、30g/L匀染剂、80g/L元明粉、1g/L 726铁离子螯合分散剂,搅拌均匀后打开连通阀门4待液体流干后关闭,染色上浆缸内液体以1℃/min的升温速度升温至60℃并保温10min后,再以1℃/min的升温速度升温至80℃时加入10g/L纯碱,降温至60℃并保温15min后,以1℃/min的升温速度升温至85℃时再加入10g/L纯碱,降温至60℃并保温30-60min后,降温至常温,排液;
打开连通阀门4、出液阀门8,调制缸1内按顺序分别通入冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)-热水冲洗亚麻纱线(80℃,10min)-皂洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(皂洗剂FX—6061mL/L,98℃,15min)-热水洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(80℃,10min)-冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min),对亚麻纱线进行皂洗后处理;
关闭连通阀门4、出液阀门8,将固色液加入染色上浆缸2内,将亚麻纱线浸泡在固色剂中,固色液浓度1.5%,固色温度45℃,固色时间20min;
将淀粉36g/L、甘油2g/L、乳化蜡2g/L、平滑剂抗静电剂2g/L,柔软剂4g/L及清水按比例加入调制缸1内,搅拌均匀形成浆料,打开连通阀门4浆料进入染色上浆缸2内,将染色上浆缸2内浆料温度加热至65-68℃,亚麻纱线浸泡于浆料中10分钟,在浸泡时亚麻纱线缠绕在压浆辊5上并使之绷紧,启动液压伸缩杆6将上下定型模具5压紧并且对亚麻纱线进行碾压,以使浆料充分均匀地填充于亚麻纱线,压浆辊压力为12KN,车速控制在70-80m/min;
上浆结束后,启动液压伸缩杆6将上下定型模具5分离,将上浆后的所述的亚麻纱经过压浆辊牵引至烘筒10中烘干,浆出回潮控制在12-15%,上浆率控制在3%左右。
应当说明的是,本发明中的淀粉大分子中的羟基与甙键是氧化作用的主要内在因素。按氧化剂对淀粉作用形式,可分为:专一性氧化剂和随机性氧化剂两类。专一性氧化剂只能氧化淀粉大分子中的特定部位,例如高碘酸只能氧化C2及C3上的仲醇基,生成的产物叫双醛淀粉。随机性氧化剂可在淀粉大分子的有关部分随机发生氧化,例如次氨酸盐、过氧化氢等。而工业上常用的氧化方式是以次氯酸钠或次氯酸钙作氧化剂,纺织工业常用的主要是次氯酸钠。次氯酸钠是在冷的氢氧化钠水溶液中缓慢地通入氯气制得。若温度过高会使次氯酸盐转化成氯化盐,丧失氧化效能。

在氧化淀粉的化学结构中,不仅切断了某些甙键,使分子量降低;而且还引入了其他官能团,使它具有另一些独特性能。羧基含量常作为氧化淀粉变性深度的一个指标。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、浆料配制;
b、前处理;
c、染色;
d、皂洗后处理;
e、固色;
f、浆纱;
g、脱水烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b前处理的具体包括如下工艺:
将卷绕在压浆辊上的亚麻纱线在常温水中进行预湿处理,加入螯合分散剂、乳化单体及稳定剂后搅拌均匀后静置5min,加入片碱搅拌均匀后静置5min,再加入双氧水升温至95-100℃保温40min后降至常温,加入染色酸后再升温至38℃保温20min后加入脱氧酶,测量PH值为6.5-7.0时降至常温,排水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述前处理的配方按重量比计,由以下原料组成:726铁离子螯合分散剂2g/L、双氧水3g/L、片碱2g/L、乳化单体SA—3E1g/L、稳定剂2g/L、染色酸0.5mL/L、脱氧酶CDME0.1mL/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c染色的具体包括如下工艺:
将经前处理的亚麻纱线在常温环境下加入适量的清水,并分别加入活性染料、匀染剂、元明粉、螯合分散剂后,以一定的升温速度升温至60℃并保温10min后,以一定的升温速度升温至80℃时加入一定量纯碱,降温至60℃并保温15min后,以一定的升温速度升温至85℃时再加入一定量纯碱,降温至60℃并保温30-60min后,降温至常温,排液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述染料配方按重量比计,由以下原料组成:726铁离子螯合分散剂1g/L、活性染料100g/L、匀染剂30g/L、元明粉80g/L、及纯碱20g/L纯碱两次分别加入10g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d皂洗后处理的具体包括如下工艺:
冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)-热水冲洗亚麻纱线(80℃,10min)-皂洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(皂洗剂FX—6061mL/L,98℃,15min)-热水洗冲洗亚麻纱线2遍(80℃,10min)-冷水冲洗亚麻纱线(30℃,10min)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤e固色的具体包括如下工艺:
将亚麻纱线浸泡在固色剂中,固色液浓度1.5%,固色温度45℃,固色时间20min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻缸内上浆方法,其特征在于,所述步骤f浆纱的具体包括如下工艺:
将浆料温度加热至65-68℃,亚麻纱线浸泡于浆料中10min,在浸泡时亚麻纱线缠绕在压浆辊上使之绷紧,并且对亚麻纱线进行碾压,以使浆料充分均匀地填充于亚麻纱线,压浆辊压力为15KN,车速控制在60-65m/min;
所述步骤g脱水烘干的具体包括如下工艺:
将上浆后的所述的亚麻纱经过压浆辊至烘筒中烘干,浆出回潮控制在12-15%,上浆率控制在3%左右。
9.一种亚麻上浆装置,包括依次放置的放纱辊、亚麻缸、烘筒,其特征在于,所述亚麻缸包括下上分隔的调制缸与染色上浆缸,所述调制缸与染色上浆缸通过连通阀门连通,所述调制缸内固定设置搅拌装置,所述染色上浆缸内上下设置有定型模具,定型模具通过液压伸缩杆固定在染色上浆缸上,染色上浆缸下方设置有出液阀门。
10.根据权利要求9所述的亚麻上浆装置,其特征在于,所述定型模具由多组可旋转压浆辊构成的内表面呈W形型腔结构。
