(3)煮练
工艺流程为:针织面料→水浴锅(80℃,50min)→热水洗→酸中和→水洗→脱水→烘干;
其中,酸中和时,采用两次中和,第一次采用硫酸,条件为:硫酸2-3g/l,温度为24-27℃,堆置时间为10-15min;第二次采用草酸,条件为:草酸4-6g/l,温度为24-27℃,堆置时间为10-15min;
(4)精练酶精练
工艺流程为:煮练后的针织面料→浸轧精练酶→保温堆置→热水洗;
其中,所述的精练酶为复合精练酶,复合精练酶为5g/l,螯合分散剂为4g/l,温度为25-35℃,堆置时间为18-20h,轧余率为110%;
(5)漂白
在浴比为1:20,温度为60-80℃下漂白50min,漂白剂为过氧化氢、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠的等比例混合物;
(6)水洗
将漂白后的针织面料用水温为40℃的清水清洗3-5次;
(7)烘干
将水洗后的针织面料在温度为90℃条件下干燥烘干20-30min即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
将莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维、聚乳酸纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维进行混纺,减少了牛奶蛋白纤维纺纱过程中产生的静电现象,进而减少化学纤维牵伸过程中绕罗拉和绕皮辊的现象,能改善纱线的强度,提高纱线的织造性能,该针织面料在具有吸湿、透气、舒爽、易于染色的前提下还具有良好的保健、抗菌、消炎、护肤养肤的功效,生产工艺简单易行。
精练酶用于针织面料前处理主要有以下特点:对纤维的失重较小,只针对部分果胶、木质素等多糖类杂质具有去除作用,对纤维素没有损伤,强力损失较小,能有效地保持针织面料的风格,防止针织面料“棉纤化”,节约能源,减少废水污染治理的难度。
