本发明公开了一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺纱原料的选取;(2)吸湿性锦纶纤维的制备;(3)等离子处理;(4)漂白;(5)定型;(6)染色;(7)拉幅;(8)预缩;(9)成纱预处理;(10)牵伸;(11)定型。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用的吸湿性锦纶纤维能够使混纺纱的吸湿性大大提高,经等离子处理后的羊毛纤维与锦纶纤维混纺后得到的混纺纱可机洗、能滚筒烘干、起毛起球性能好、亲水性高;本发明的纺纱工艺不仅实现了混纺纱的吸湿排汗功能,还使得混纺纱具备了羊毛纤维的特性,提高了产品的质量及满足人们多功能使用的需求。

一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的全毛纱线工艺已经无法满足消费者的功能需求,但一些化学纤维如涤纶,就能很好的增加现有产品的附加值。例如纤维改性后,利用其表面微细沟槽所产生的毛细现象使汗水经吸收、扩散、传输等作用,迅速迁移至织物的表面并发散,从而达到导湿快干的目的和作用,但改性后的纤维只有吸湿排汗的功能,而不具有天然羊毛的保暖、毛质柔软、弹性好、隔热性强、舒适性好、不易打皱、手感柔软等优点,使用的范围受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够改善纱线的吸湿性,同时具有更多附加功能。
本发明提供了一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混纺构成,所述吸湿性锦纶纤维包括以下重量份数的组分: 55-65份锦纶切片、3-8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、6-9份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-3份分散剂、3-7份抗氧剂;
(2)吸湿性锦纶纤维的制备:将锦纶切片干燥,与聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂、抗氧剂共混后,熔融纺丝制备成锦纶纤维,将锦纶纤维浸泡于亲水溶剂中,干燥后制备得到易吸湿性锦纶纤维;
(3)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(4)漂白:将吸湿性锦纶纤维置于漂液中进行加热,所述漂液中各组分的浓度为:双氧水4-6ml/L,渗透剂1-1.5g/L,硅酸钠2-2.5g/L,所述漂白温度为90-95℃,漂白时间为40-60min,漂液pH 值为10-10.5;
(5)定型:采用180-220℃对吸湿性聚丙烯腈纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;
(6)染色:对吸湿性锦纶纤维进行前处理,然后浸到阳离子水溶液中,升温至55-65℃,保温100-115min,然后水洗至中性,50-60℃烘干,再浸到染液中,升温至135-140℃,保温30-50min,降温至80-90℃,水洗,皂洗,再水洗烘干;
(7)拉幅:整理拉幅机清水拉幅落布,车速50-60m/min;
(8)预缩:整理预缩车落干布,车速50-60m/min;
(9)成纱预处理:将羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混合,车间温度为25±3℃,湿度为60-70%,进行开清棉和梳棉处理,开清棉时棉纱定量380-450g/m,定长为30.6m,棉卷罗拉转速为11r/min,梳棉过程中生条定量18.5g/5m;
(10)牵伸:采用细纱机后驱牵伸纱线,牵伸倍数为1.25-1.3;
(11)定型:在纱线定型机中进行定型,采用100-105℃的温度进行时间为65-80min的汽蒸。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述吸湿性锦纶纤维包括以下重量份数的组分: 60份锦纶切片、5.8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、7.5份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2份分散剂、5份抗氧剂。
优选的是,所述分散剂为聚己内酯。
优选的是,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1098、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂SEED 中的一种或几种。
优选的是,步骤(4)中所述渗透剂为非离子表面活性剂。
优选的是,步骤(6)中所述染液包括:活性染料3-5%(owf),氯化钠15-25g/L,pH缓冲剂3-4g/L。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混纺构成,所述吸湿性锦纶纤维包括以下重量份数的组分: 55-65份锦纶切片、3-8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、6-9份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-3份分散剂、3-7份抗氧剂;
(2)吸湿性锦纶纤维的制备:将锦纶切片干燥,与聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂、抗氧剂共混后,熔融纺丝制备成锦纶纤维,将锦纶纤维浸泡于亲水溶剂中,干燥后制备得到易吸湿性锦纶纤维;
(3)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(4)漂白:将吸湿性锦纶纤维置于漂液中进行加热,所述漂液中各组分的浓度为:双氧水4-6ml/L,渗透剂1-1.5g/L,硅酸钠2-2.5g/L,所述漂白温度为90-95℃,漂白时间为40-60min,漂液pH 值为10-10.5;
(5)定型:采用180-220℃对吸湿性聚丙烯腈纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;
(6)染色:对吸湿性锦纶纤维进行前处理,然后浸到阳离子水溶液中,升温至55-65℃,保温100-115min,然后水洗至中性,50-60℃烘干,再浸到染液中,升温至135-140℃,保温30-50min,降温至80-90℃,水洗,皂洗,再水洗烘干;
(7)拉幅:整理拉幅机清水拉幅落布,车速50-60m/min;
(8)预缩:整理预缩车落干布,车速50-60m/min;
(9)成纱预处理:将羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混合,车间温度为25±3℃,湿度为60-70%,进行开清棉和梳棉处理,开清棉时棉纱定量380-450g/m,定长为30.6m,棉卷罗拉转速为11r/min,梳棉过程中生条定量18.5g/5m;
(10)牵伸:采用细纱机后驱牵伸纱线,牵伸倍数为1.25-1.3;
(11)定型:在纱线定型机中进行定型,采用100-105℃的温度进行时间为65-80min的汽蒸。

Claims (6)

1.一种吸湿性纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混纺构成,所述吸湿性锦纶纤维包括以下重量份数的组分: 55-65份锦纶切片、3-8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、6-9份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1-3份分散剂、3-7份抗氧剂;
(2)吸湿性锦纶纤维的制备:将锦纶切片干燥,与聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、分散剂、抗氧剂共混后,熔融纺丝制备成锦纶纤维,将锦纶纤维浸泡于亲水溶剂中,干燥后制备得到易吸湿性锦纶纤维;
(3)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(4)漂白:将吸湿性锦纶纤维置于漂液中进行加热,所述漂液中各组分的浓度为:双氧水4-6ml/L,渗透剂1-1.5g/L,硅酸钠2-2.5g/L,所述漂白温度为90-95℃,漂白时间为40-60min,漂液pH 值为10-10.5;
(5)定型:采用180-220℃对吸湿性聚丙烯腈纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;
(6)染色:对吸湿性锦纶纤维进行前处理,然后浸到阳离子水溶液中,升温至55-65℃,保温100-115min,然后水洗至中性,50-60℃烘干,再浸到染液中,升温至135-140℃,保温30-50min,降温至80-90℃,水洗,皂洗,再水洗烘干;
(7)拉幅:整理拉幅机清水拉幅落布,车速50-60m/min;
(8)预缩:整理预缩车落干布,车速50-60m/min;
(9)成纱预处理:将羊毛纤维和吸湿性锦纶纤维混合,车间温度为25±3℃,湿度为60-70%,进行开清棉和梳棉处理,开清棉时棉纱定量380-450g/m,定长为30.6m,棉卷罗拉转速为11r/min,梳棉过程中生条定量18.5g/5m;
(10)牵伸:采用细纱机后驱牵伸纱线,牵伸倍数为1.25-1.3;
(11)定型:在纱线定型机中进行定型,采用100-105℃的温度进行时间为65-80min的汽蒸。
