Abstract
本发明公开了一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺纱原料的选取;(2)等离子处理;(3)漂白;(4)定型;(5)莫代尔纤维染色;(6)拉幅;(7)预缩;(8)成纱预处理;(9)牵伸;(10)定型。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用的染液对莫代尔纤维染色后,使得纱线具有高温下的超耐光牢度和不发生色变的性能、优异的洗涤牢度,且上色容易,色彩稳定。经等离子处理后的羊毛纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺后得到的混纺纱可机洗、能滚筒烘干、起毛起球性能好、亲水性高;本发明的纺纱工艺不仅改善了混纺纱的上染性能,还使得混纺纱具备了羊毛纤维的特性,提高了产品的质量及满足人们多功能使用的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺。
背景技术
传统的全毛纱线工艺已经无法满足消费者的功能需求,但一些化学纤维如涤纶,就能很好的增加现有产品的附加值。例如纤维改性后,利用其表面微细沟槽所产生的毛细现象使汗水经吸收、扩散、传输等作用,迅速迁移至织物的表面并发散,从而达到导湿快干的目的和作用,但改性后的纤维只有吸湿排汗的功能,而不具有天然羊毛的保暖、毛质柔软、弹性好、隔热性强、舒适性好、不易打皱、手感柔软等优点,使用的范围受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够提高纱线对染料的上染性能,并且增加更多的附加性能。
本发明提供了一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺构成;
(2)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(3)漂白:将莫代尔纤维加入浴液中,浴比为1:10-15,接着在浴液中加入过醋酸5-10g/L,焦磷酸钠2-5 g/L,用碱调节PH值=7,然后升温至50-70℃,最后保温60-100分钟;
(4)定型:采用180-220℃对漂白后的莫代尔纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;
(5)莫代尔纤维染色:采用高温高压染色法,将莫代尔纤维置于盛有染液的密闭容器中,并在150-280℃,2-3kgf/cm2压力条件下进行染色,第一预烘房控制温度70-80℃,第二预烘房80-90℃,烘干机烘干,焙烘箱温度190-200℃,再经固色液一浸一轧、冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗、落布,得到染色的莫代尔纤维,所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:50-80份活性染料、6-15份羧酸类化合物、5-10份多元醇、5-10份四硼酸钠、3-6份季铵盐类化合物、1-4份分散剂、2-8份渗透剂、3-10份表面活性剂和30-200份水;
(6)拉幅:整理拉幅机清水拉幅落布,车速50-60m/min;
(7)预缩:整理预缩车落干布,车速50-60m/min;
(8)成纱预处理:将羊毛纤维和染色的莫代尔纤维混合,车间温度为25±3℃,湿度为60-70%,进行开清棉和梳棉处理,开清棉时棉纱定量380-450g/m,定长为30.6m,棉卷罗拉转速为11r/min,梳棉过程中生条定量18.5g/5m;
(9)牵伸:采用细纱机后驱牵伸纱线,牵伸倍数为1.25-1.3;
(10)定型:在纱线定型机中进行定型,采用100-105℃的温度进行时间为65-80min的汽蒸。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述过醋酸的加入量为8g/L。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述碱为NaOH。
优选的是,步骤(5)中所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:66份活性染料、10份羧酸类化合物、7.5份多元醇、7份四硼酸钠、5份季铵盐类化合物、2份分散剂、6.8份渗透剂、7份表面活性剂和120份水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用的染液对莫代尔纤维染色后,使得纱线具有高温下的超耐光牢度和不发生色变的性能、优异的洗涤牢度,且上色容易,色彩稳定。经等离子处理后的羊毛纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺后得到的混纺纱可机洗、能滚筒烘干、起毛起球性能好、亲水性高;本发明的纺纱工艺不仅改善了混纺纱的上染性能,还使得混纺纱具备了羊毛纤维的特性,提高了产品的质量及满足人们多功能使用的需求。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺构成;
(2)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(3)漂白:将莫代尔纤维加入浴液中,浴比为1:10-15,接着在浴液中加入过醋酸5-10g/L,焦磷酸钠2-5 g/L,用碱调节PH值=7,然后升温至50-70℃,最后保温60-100分钟;
(4)定型:采用180-220℃对漂白后的莫代尔纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;

Claims (4)
1.一种染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)混纺纱原料的选取:所述混纺纱由羊毛纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺构成;
(2)等离子处理:对羊毛纤维的正反面分别进行等离子表面处理;
(3)漂白:将莫代尔纤维加入浴液中,浴比为1:10-15,接着在浴液中加入过醋酸5-10g/L,焦磷酸钠2-5 g/L,用碱调节PH值=7,然后升温至50-70℃,最后保温60-100分钟;
(4)定型:采用180-220℃对漂白后的莫代尔纤维进行低温定型,车速为50-60m/min;
(5)莫代尔纤维染色:采用高温高压染色法,将莫代尔纤维置于盛有染液的密闭容器中,并在150-280℃,2-3kgf/cm2压力条件下进行染色,第一预烘房控制温度70-80℃,第二预烘房80-90℃,烘干机烘干,焙烘箱温度190-200℃,再经固色液一浸一轧、冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗、落布,得到染色的莫代尔纤维,所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:50-80份活性染料、6-15份羧酸类化合物、5-10份多元醇、5-10份四硼酸钠、3-6份季铵盐类化合物、1-4份分散剂、2-8份渗透剂、3-10份表面活性剂和30-200份水;
(6)拉幅:整理拉幅机清水拉幅落布,车速50-60m/min;
(7)预缩:整理预缩车落干布,车速50-60m/min;
(8)成纱预处理:将羊毛纤维和染色的莫代尔纤维混合,车间温度为25±3℃,湿度为60-70%,进行开清棉和梳棉处理,开清棉时棉纱定量380-450g/m,定长为30.6m,棉卷罗拉转速为11r/min,梳棉过程中生条定量18.5g/5m;
(9)牵伸:采用细纱机后驱牵伸纱线,牵伸倍数为1.25-1.3;
(10)定型:在纱线定型机中进行定型,采用100-105℃的温度进行时间为65-80min的汽蒸。

4.根据权利要求1所述的染色性能好的混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:66份活性染料、10份羧酸类化合物、7.5份多元醇、7份四硼酸钠、5份季铵盐类化合物、2份分散剂、6.8份渗透剂、7份表面活性剂和120份水。
