Abstract
一结构,带有在与构件连结前要涂上从可移动的
喷嘴供出的粘结剂的表面。该结构包括一设置在要
涂上粘结剂的该表面上的一导槽,使得喷嘴可沿着该
导槽移动把粘结剂导入导槽中。
Description
本发明涉及到使用粘结剂的连结装置。更具体地,本发明涉及要涂复粘结剂的改进的表面结构。
在使用粘结剂的现有的连续机构中,从手动的喷嘴供出适当量的粘结剂涂复要粘的表面。在把一物件粘到涂上粘结剂的表面上时,如果从喷嘴中供出过量的粘结剂,该过量的粘结剂会从粘结表面之间挤出到元件的周围表面,导致要粘的物件外观不雅或降低它们的质量和功能。当要粘结的元件比较小时,上述问题更为严重。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种结构,粘结剂能容易涂上,而又能避免从该结构和粘结表面之间挤出的过剩的粘结剂的问题。
为了达到本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种在与物件连结前要涂上从可移动的喷嘴供出的粘结剂的结构。在要涂上粘结剂的表面上设置一导槽使得喷嘴可沿着该导槽移动以要求的方式把粘结剂导入导槽中。
按照本发明的另一方面,提供了一种结构,包括一带有要涂上粘结剂的表面的基础元件,一要粘到基础元件的涂粘结剂表面上的物件,和设置在基础元件的连续表面和要用粘结剂粘结的物件中至少一件上的一导槽。
采用这种结构,由于供出粘结剂的喷嘴的前端沿着导槽相对于表面移动,粘结剂可合适地涂在要涂粘结剂的表面上。这样提高了涂粘结过程的操作效率。
最好,沿着导槽一侧设置一粘结剂泄槽,因此如果过剩的粘结剂涂到表面上,挤出的粘结剂将溢入粘结剂泄槽。
因此,避免了邻近基础元件或被粘结物体的连结表面的表面或元件与粘结剂不希望有的接触。
按照本发明的另一方面,本发明提供了一种把粘结剂涂到连结表面上以连续两个元件的相对的表面的连结装置,其中在至少一个连结表面上设有一个导槽,使得预定量的粘结剂可导入所述的导槽中。
本发明与日本实用新型申请No.3-81893(1991、9.13提交的)的问题有关,该申请特别作为本申请的参考文件。
下面参照附图对本发明进行详细说明,附图中:
图1是本发明的基础元件的剖面图;
图2是基础元件和供出粘结剂的喷嘴的透视图;

图7是图6所示的现有技术的基础元件和粘到基础元件上的物体的剖面图;
图8是现有技术的基础元件的透视示意图,在该元件表面已涂上粘结剂。
图1到图4示出了本发明的第一实施例,其中基础元件10设有一凹口13,一物件23要粘到该凹口中。该凹口13的底部是成形用来粘结的表面12。该表面12设有导槽12a。平行于导槽12a设有粘结剂泄槽11。该泄槽11基本上被与表面12一起形成凹口13的垂直壁13a所限定,如图1所示。
粘结剂从喷嘴12的前端供出,该喷嘴N沿着导槽12a把粘结剂涂在表面12上,如图2所示。
图3示出沿着导槽12a涂在基础元件10的粘结表面12上的粘结剂13。
物件23被沿着导槽12a涂复的粘结剂B粘到表面12上,如图4所示。由于粘结剂B仅仅涂到表面12的导槽12a的限定的区域(也就是包括导槽12a和其附近区域,这与没有导槽的帮助涂粘结剂时会复盖不规则区域不同),从喷嘴B涂到导槽12a中的粘结剂B的量使得把物件贴上后没有或只有少量粘结剂溢出表面12a。
如果少量粘结剂B溢出表面12,该过剩量的粘结剂B会有效地导入泄槽11中,而避免过剩的粘结B与基础元件10或物件23的上表面相接触。具体地说,当粘结剂泄槽11形成在凹口13的底部,在垂直壁13a和表面12之间,粘结剂不会进入垂直壁13a和要粘的物件23的端面23a之间。
图6到图8示出现有技术,其中既没设置导槽12a也没设置粘结剂泄槽11。在图6所示的装置中,基础元件20有凹口B,物件23要粘到该凹口上。与本发明不同,图6所示的凹口13由平底面22限定(也就是没有图1到图4所示的导槽的平面,粘结剂要粘到其上)。
在图6所示的已知结构中,如果涂到平面22上有过剩量的粘结剂B,或者如图8所示,粘结剂B是不规则地涂到平面22上,当这些粘结表面相接触时,粘结剂B在基础元件20和物件23的粘结表面22和25之间挤出,如图7的B′所示。在这种情况下,过剩的粘结剂B′会造成不希望的与邻近零件(未示出)的接触。特别是通过凹口13的垂直壁13a和要粘上的物件23的端面23a之间的余隙溢出的粘结剂B′溢到基础元件20和物件23的上表面。该过剩量的粘结剂B′必须然后抹去或刮去。除上述麻烦外,还会破坏使用这种连结结构的装置质量和性能,或者在某些情况下,使装置的外观不雅。
虽然上面实施例中基础元件10的表面区为凹口13的底面所限定,而要粘上的物件23成形为可为凹口13所接纳,但凹口13和相配的物件22的形状并不限于上述实施例的形状。基础元件10可是照相机主体的一部分,而要粘上的物件23是封闭该主体10的开口10′的一个盖。
在表面12上的导槽12a可是呈V形或U形,如图5A或5B所示。类似地,粘结剂泄槽11也不限于上述实施例的形状。
可以在要粘接的物件23的表面25上设置类似导槽12a的导槽25a(图4),使粘结剂B可从沿导槽25a移动的喷嘴B供出。
从上述讨论可知,按照本发明,供粘结剂喷嘴沿着其移动的导槽设置在要涂粘结剂的表面上,粘结剂可以有规则地从喷嘴供到一局限的区域中(包括导槽及其邻近区域)。使涂粘结剂过程的工作效率提高。
另外,由于粘结剂泄槽设置在表面侧,即使高出最适宜量的粘结剂从供粘结剂喷嘴供出,从表面挤出的过剩的粘结剂后,有效地排入粘结剂泄槽中。因此,过剩的粘结剂不会是不希望地与要粘的表面外的元件表面接触。
Claims (9)
1、一结构,带有要涂上从可移动的喷嘴中供出的粘结剂的表面,该结构包括:
要粘到该表面的一物件;和
设置在该表面上的一导槽,其中所述的导槽导引沿着该表面移动的喷嘴把粘结剂涂入导槽中。
2、按照权利要求1的结构,其特征在于它还包括沿着导槽一侧设置的一粘结剂泄槽。
3、按照权利要求2的结构,其特征在于所述的粘结剂泄槽与所述的导槽平行。
4、按照权利要求3的结构,其特征在于它还包括一基础元件,它带有可接收要粘上的物件的凹口,所述的基础元件设置限定凹口的垂直壁和要涂粘结剂的表面。
5、按照权利要求4的结构,其特征在于所述的粘结剂泄槽设置在所述的凹口的底部,并由所述垂直壁的延伸部分和要涂上粘结剂的表面所限定。
6、一种结构,包括:
一带有要涂上粘结剂的表面的基础元件;
一要粘到基础元件上的物件;和
设置在基础元件和/或要用涂上的粘结剂粘结的物件中至少一个连结表面上的一导槽。
7、按照权利要求6的结构,其特征在于所述的粘结剂从沿着导槽移动的喷嘴供入所述的导槽中。
8、一种把粘结剂涂到连结表面中的一表面上的连结两个元件的相对的表面的连结装置,其中在至少一个连续表面上设有一个导槽,使得预定量的粘结到可导入所述的导槽中。
9、按照权利要求8的连结装置,其特征在于它还包括一邻近所述导槽设置的一粘结剂泄槽。
