发明效果
根据权利要求1,在将外壳组装于基体时,粘接剂会进入到微小的间隙中。能够使粘接剂的剩余部分停留于微小的间隙中,因此不必担心粘接剂向外壳内部侵入。
根据权利要求2,发挥出使粘接剂进入粗糙面的锚定效应。通过该锚定效应,能够防止粘接剂从下部槽的面剥离,从而能够提高粘接剂的粘接性能。
根据权利要求3,在将罩组装于外壳时,使粘接剂可靠地附着于罩的插入凸部。此外,由于设定成比插入凸部靠内侧的内侧间隙大于比插入凸部靠外侧的外侧间隙,因此能够使粘接剂停留于内侧间隙。其结果为,能够防止粘接剂向外壳内部侵入。
根据权利要求4,由于插入凸部所具有的凸部与上部槽的外侧壁面接触,因此能够防止将罩安装于外壳时产生松动。
根据权利要求5,发挥出了使粘接剂进入粗糙面的锚定效应。通过该锚定效应,能够防止粘接剂从下部槽的面剥离,从而能够提高粘接剂的粘接性能。
根据权利要求6,在将外壳组装于基体时,粘接剂会进入到微小的间隙中。粘接剂的剩余部分停留于微小的间隙,因此不必担心粘接剂向外壳内部侵入。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
另外,将对前轮制动和后轮制动的液压进行控制的装置称为双系统应对车辆用制动液压控制装置,将对前轮制动和后轮制动中的任意一方的液压进行控制的结构称为单系统应对车辆用制动液压控制装置。
如图1所示,双系统应对的车辆用制动液压控制装置10具有第1主缸12、第1储液器13、作为常开型电磁阀的第1入口控制阀15、作为常闭型电磁阀的第1出口控制阀16、第1泵17、第2主缸22、第2储液器23、作为常开型电磁阀的第2入口控制阀25、作为常闭型电磁阀的第2出口控制阀26、第2泵27、驱动第1/第2泵17、27的电机29、进行该电机29的驱动控制并且进行所述第1/第2入口控制阀15、25和所述第1/第2出口控制阀16、26的开闭控制的控制装置30、设置于基体40并供制动液流过的第1系统的制动液路A1、B1、C1、D1、E1以及第2系统的A2、B2、C2、D2、E2。
所述第1主缸12根据制动杆11的操作对工作液进行加压,从而产生液压。
所述第1储液器13临时贮留从前轮制动钳14侧释放的工作液。
所述第1入口阀15和所述第1出口控制阀16是设置于第1主缸12与前轮制动钳14之间的组装部件。
所述第1泵17是吸入贮留于第1储液器13的工作液并使该工作液返回到第1主缸12侧的组装部件。
所述第2主缸22根据制动踏板21的操作对工作液进行加压,从而产生液压。
所述第2储液器23临时贮留从后轮制动钳24侧释放的工作液。
所述第2入口控制阀25和所述第2出口控制阀26是设置于第2主缸22与后轮制动钳24之间的组装部件。
所述第2泵27是吸入贮留于第2储液器23的工作液并使该工作液返回到第2主缸22侧的组装部件。
在第1/第2泵17、27的吸入侧分别设置有吸入阀31,在它们的排出侧分别设置有排出阀32。
另外,基体40具有:入口端口12P,其与从第1主缸12起延伸的液路(制动配管)连接;入口端口22P,其与从第2主缸22起延伸的液路(制动配管)连接;出口端口14P,其与向前轮制动钳14延伸的液路(制动配管)连接;以及出口端口24P,其与向后轮制动钳24延伸的液路(制动配管)连接。
所述制动液路A1是从入口端口12P到第1入口控制阀15的液路,所述制动液路B1是从第1入口控制阀15到出口端口14P的液路。
所述制动液路C1是从制动液路B1到第1储液器13的液路,所述制动液路D1是从第1储液器13到第1泵17的液路。
所述制动液路E1是从第1泵17到制动液路A1的液路。
对于所述制动液路A2、B2、C2、D2、E2,说明是重复的,因此省略说明。
接着,对车辆用制动液压控制装置10的动作进行说明。另外,从制动杆11至前轮制动钳14的第1系统与从制动踏板21至后轮制动钳24的第2系统动作相同,因此仅对第1系统进行说明。
·ABS(防抱死制动系统)非工作状态:在不担心前轮抱死时,利用控制装置30停止第1泵17,打开第1入口控制阀15,关闭第1出口控制阀16。当在该状态下将制动杆11向制动侧进行操作时,第1主缸12的液压变高,该液压经由第1入口控制阀15传递至前轮制动钳14。
·ABS(压力降低模式):在前轮似乎要抱死时,控制装置30关闭第1入口控制阀15,打开第1出口控制阀16。前轮制动钳14内的液压经由第1出口控制阀16向第1储液器13释放。由此,使前轮制动钳14的制动液压压力降低。
·ABS(保持模式):控制装置30同时关闭第1入口控制阀15和第1出口控制阀16。由此,将前轮制动钳14的制动液压保持为恒定。
·ABS(增压模式):在对制动液压进行增压时,控制装置30打开第1入口控制阀15,关闭第1出口控制阀16。由此,在主缸12产生的液压被传递至前轮制动钳14。由此,使前轮制动钳14的制动液压增压。
如图2所示,在基体40中,安装有作为第1入口控制阀的电磁阀15和作为第1出口控制阀的电磁阀16,并且内置有第1储液器13,设置有制动液路A1、C1等,在制动液路A1与制动液路C1之间设置有第1泵17。
在电磁阀15和电磁阀16中,轴向的长度中大约一半程度从基体40突出,这些突出部分被收纳于树脂制部件36。以下,将树脂制部件36另称作外壳36。电磁阀15和电磁阀16分别具有驱动用的电磁线圈33。
外壳36在正侧(罩38侧)和背侧(基体40侧)具有开口部,具有收纳控制基板99的周壁部84。
在外壳36内配置有控制基板99,该控制基板99与电磁线圈33通过端子91被电连接。
在图3的(c)中示出图2的3c部放大图。
如图3的(a)所示,在外壳36上形成有供罩38进行安装的安装部36a,在安装部36a形成有供粘接剂36b进行填充的环状的上部槽36c。
另外,罩38呈箱状,在罩38的外周具有向一方突出的凸部(以下,称为插入凸部。)38a。另外,罩38在比插入凸部38a靠外侧的位置具有与外壳36侧的安装部36a抵接的抵接面38g。
上部槽36c具有:底面36g;外侧壁面36h,其在插入凸部38a的外侧从底面36g的一端立起;以及内侧壁面36j,其在插入凸部38a的内侧从底面36g的另一端立起。
如图3的(c)所示,在将罩38组装于外壳36时,罩38通过位于比插入凸部38a靠外侧的抵接部39与安装部36a抵接。
而且,在将罩38组装于外壳36时,在插入凸部38a与上部槽36c的外侧壁面36h之间设置外侧间隙C1,在插入凸部38a与上部槽36c的内侧壁面36j之间设置内侧间隙C2,在插入凸部38a与上部槽36c的底面36g之间设置底侧间隙C3。
此外,内侧间隙C2被设定得比外侧间隙C1大。
在将罩38组装于外壳36的状态下,在内侧间隙C2、外侧间隙C1和底侧间隙C3中充满粘接剂36b,因此在插入凸部38a的周围附着有粘接剂36b。通过该附着,提高了插入凸部38a与粘接剂36b之间的粘接性能。
而且,由于内侧间隙C2比外侧间隙C1大,因此粘接剂36b会停留于内侧间隙C2,不必担心侵入周壁部(插入凸部38a)的内侧、即侵入到外壳36的内部。
优选为,如图3的(b)所示,在插入凸部38a的外侧形成与上部槽36c的外侧壁面36h接触的纵长的突起38c。突起38c只要在沿纸面的正反方向延伸的插入凸部38a上形成两处即可。其结果为,通过设置突起38c,不必担心罩38变重。
虽然在将罩38安装于外壳36时,插入凸部38a进入上部槽36c,但此时突起38c与上部槽36c的外侧壁面36h接触。其结果为,能够防止将罩38安装于外壳36时发生松动。
另外,如果填充于上部槽36c的粘接剂36b的量是适量的,则通过图3的(a)的构造能够防止粘接剂36b向周壁部(插入凸部38a)的内侧侵入。
如图3的(c)所示,在外侧间隙C1的上方位置,在罩38上设置有U字截面的贮留槽38b。该贮留槽38b供粘接剂36b贮留,从而不必担心粘接剂36b向外壳36的外侧溢出。
优选为,以外侧间隙C1的上部向上方并且向外侧扩展的方式在安装部36a上设置了第2贮留槽36d。通过设置第2贮留槽36d,还能够使贮留槽38b的槽宽度变大。
通过第2贮留槽36d和贮留槽38b,供粘接剂36b的剩余部分贮留的容积增加,从而能够更好地防止粘接剂36b向外壳36的外侧溢出。
如图3的(a)所示,外壳36所具有的罩38在罩38的外周形成有向一侧(外壳36侧)突出的插入凸部38a,该插入凸部38a具有供树脂贮留的贮留槽38b并且具有上下延伸的突起38c。而且,在包围基板收纳部85的周壁部84上形成有供罩38进行安装的安装部36a,该安装部36a供插入凸部38a插入,并且形成有供粘接剂36b填充的上部槽36c。
在插入凸部38a上设置突起38c,在安装罩38时,突起38c在上部槽36c的内表面上滑动。在罩38欲沿水平方向移动时,由于突起38c与上部槽36c的内表面抵接,因此防止了水平方向上的移动。其结果为,能够防止将罩38安装于外壳36时产生松动。
通过在插入凸部38a的下端部设置锥面38f,而使插入凸部38a的下端为前端尖锐的形状。采用这样的形状,可使插入凸部38a顺畅地收纳于上部槽36c,并且顺畅地将粘接剂36b挤开。
在将粘接剂设置于上部槽36c中并使罩38下降时,插入凸部38a进入上部槽36c。如图3的(b)所示,粘接剂36b被插入凸部38a按压,一部分向周壁部84外或周壁部84内移动。
如图3的(c)所示,粘接剂36b在贮留槽38b中流动,因此不会向外壳36的外表面溢出。
另外,希望通过将第2贮留槽36d设置于外壳36侧、来放大贮留槽38b、36d的截面积。
接着,根据图4和图5对变形例进行说明。
如图4所示,在外壳36的安装部36a中,也可以在上部槽36c形成贮留槽38b。其他结构与图3相同,因此沿用图3的标号并省略详细的说明。
如图5所示,也可以在罩38侧形成贮留槽38b。其它的结构与图3相同,因此沿用图3的标号并省略详细的说明。
这样,能够将贮留槽38b设置于外壳36侧,或者设置于罩38侧,且能够遍及外壳36和罩38而设置贮留槽38b。
即,贮留槽38b能够设置于外壳36的安装部36a所具有的上部槽36c,还能够设置于罩38的插入凸部38a与抵接部39之间。
如图6所示,从外壳36向罩38侧突出形成有突出部36e。该突出部36e设置于安装部36a,该安装部36a形成有对罩38的插入凸部38a进行收纳的上部槽36c。该突出部36e对罩38进行固定(正确来说是在粘接固定时进行临时固定)。以下,将突出部36e称为固定部36e。
该固定部36e是从安装部36a向罩38侧延伸的门型部件。设置于罩38的突起38e钩挂于固定部36e的方孔36f而被固定(临时固定)。
罩38按照规定间距具有多个突起38c,这些突起38c与上部槽36c的外侧壁面36h接触,因此能够将罩38以不进行水平移动和旋转的方式安装于外壳36。
另外,在实施例中,突起38c设置于罩38的外表面,但也可以将突起38c设置于罩38的内表面。在该情况下,突起38c与上部槽36c的内侧壁面36j接触。
在图7的(b)中示出图2的7b部放大图,在图7的(a)中示出图7的(b)的分解图。
如图7的(a)所示,外壳36的周壁部84具有与基体40抵接的凸缘92,该凸缘92与周壁部84相比向外侧伸出,在该凸缘92的靠基体40侧的面上具有供粘接剂92a贮留的下部槽92b。而且,下部槽92b的底面92c被形成为粗糙面92d。
在将粘接剂92a收纳于下部槽92b的同时,使外壳36与基体40抵接。
这样,如图7的(b)所示,粘接剂92a通过锚定效应而粘接于粗糙面92d,使外壳36牢固地粘接于基体40,从而能够防止界面剥离。
另外,在图7的(b)中,凸缘92的靠基体40侧的面被下部槽92b划分为外侧面92e和内侧面92f,在内侧面92f与基体40之间设置有微小的间隙92g。
粘接剂92a的剩余部分流入微小的间隙92g,因此不必担心粘接剂92a向外壳36内部侵入。
另外,在实施例中,在外壳36的正侧和内侧具有开口部,但也可以使一侧关闭。即,外壳36只要在至少一侧具有开口部即可。
另外,本发明的树脂制部件36除了应用于车辆用制动液压控制装置10之外,也可以适用于任意的设备和装置,用途不受实施例限定。但是更适用于尤其需要防滴性能的车辆用制动液压控制装置10中。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的树脂制部件适用于车辆用制动液压控制装置。

Claims (6)
1.一种树脂制部件,其安装于基体,其中,
所述树脂制部件是在至少一侧具有开口部的箱状的外壳,
所述外壳具有与所述基体接触的凸缘,
所述凸缘从所述外壳的周壁部起向外侧伸出,
所述凸缘供粘接剂介入的下部槽,
所述凸缘的靠所述基体侧的面被所述下部槽划分为比所述下部槽靠外侧的外侧面和比所述下部槽靠内侧的内侧面,
在所述外侧面与所述基体接触时,在所述内侧面与所述基体之间确保有微小的间隙,
所述粘接剂的剩余部分流入所述微小的间隙中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂制部件,其中,
形成所述下部槽的面是粗糙面。
3.一种树脂制部件,其具有箱状的外壳和罩,该箱状的外壳具有开口部,该罩安装于所述外壳的所述开口部,
其中,
所述外壳的所述开口部具有供粘接剂填充的上部槽,
该上部槽具有:
底面;
外侧壁面,其从所述底面的一端立起;以及
内侧壁面,其从所述底面的另一端立起,
所述罩具有向所述上部槽插入的插入凸部,
在所述插入凸部与所述底面之间确保有底侧间隙,在所述插入凸部与所述外侧壁面之间确保有外侧间隙,在所述插入凸部与所述内侧壁面之间确保有内侧间隙,
所述内侧间隙被设定为比所述外侧间隙大。
4.根据权利要求3所述的树脂制部件,其中,
所述插入凸部还具有与所述外侧壁面接触的突起。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的树脂制部件,其中,
所述外壳具有周壁部和收纳控制基板的基板收纳部,
所述周壁部具有与所述基体抵接的凸缘,
所述凸缘与所述周壁部相比向外侧伸出,在所述凸缘的靠所述基体侧形成有供粘接剂介入的下部槽,
所述下部槽的内周面是粗糙面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的树脂制部件,其中,
所述凸缘的靠所述基体侧的面被划分为比所述下部槽靠外侧的外侧面和比所述下部槽靠内侧的内侧面,
在所述内侧面与所述基体之间设置有间隙。
