Claims (8)
- 自動車液圧ユニットのポンプハウジング(56)であって、少なくとも1つの側面(18)と、前記1つの側面(18)の反対側の他の側面(22)と、少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)と、少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28,30)と、少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)を少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28,30)に接続する接続導管(58;60)とを有し、該接続導管がポンプハウジング(56)の内部に止まり穴として形成されたポンプハウジングにおいて、
接続導管(58;60)の止まり穴が、少なくとも1つの側面(18)を起点としてまず少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28;30)を貫通し、次いで少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)の内部にまで延在し、前記他の側面(22)まで到達しない止まり穴である、ポンプハウジング。 - 請求項1に記載のポンプハウジングにおいて、
前記止まり穴が段付き孔として構成されており、該段付き孔の段部(62;64)に、接続導管(58;60)を液密に閉鎖するボールかしめ締結部(66;68)が形成される、ポンプハウジング。 - 請求項2に記載のポンプハウジングにおいて、
少なくとも1つの側面(18)に、少なくとも1つのリザーバ開口(40;42)が形成されており、前記ボールかしめ締結部(66;68)が、前記接続導管(58;60)の長手方向でリザーバ開口(40;42)とポンプ素子開口(28;30)との間に形成される、ポンプハウジング。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のポンプハウジングにおいて、
前記ポンプ素子開口(28;30)が円筒状に形成されており、前記接続導管(58;60)が、前記ポンプ素子開口(28;30)を接線方向に貫通するように構成されており、前記接続導管(58;60)とポンプ素子開口(28;30)との交差部に、ポンプ素子開口(28;30)でアンダカット(70;72)が形成される、ポンプハウジング。 - 自動車液圧ユニットのポンプハウジング(56)を製造する方法において、次のステップ、すなわち、少なくとも1つの側面(18)を形成するステップと、少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)を形成するステップと、少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28;30)を形成するステップと、少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)を少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28;30)に接続する接続導管(58;60)を形成するステップとを有し、該接続導管(58;60)を、少なくとも1つの側面(18)を起点とした止まり穴として、少なくとも1つのポンプ素子開口(28;30)を貫通させ、少なくとも1つの主シリンダ接続開口(44;46)の内部に穿孔し、前記1つの側面(18)の反対側の他の側面(22)まで到達させない、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記接続導管(28;30)を段付き孔として構成し、該段付き孔の段部(62;64)に、前記接続導管(28;30)を液密に閉鎖するボールかしめ締結部(66;68)を形成する、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、
少なくとも1つの側面(26)に、少なくとも1つのリザーバ開口(40;42)を形成し、前記接続導管(58;60)の長手方向にリザーバ開口(40;42)とポンプ素子開口(28;30)との間にボールかしめ締結部(66;68)を形成する、方法。 - 請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記ポンプ素子開口(28;30)を円筒状に形成し、前記接続導管(58;60)を、前記ポンプ素子開口(28;30)を接線方向に貫通するように構成し、接続導管(58;60)とポンプ素子開口(28;30)との交差部に、ポンプ素子開口(28;30)でアンダカット(70;72)を形成する、方法。
