Abstract
Description
このような制御装置では、ハウジングと基体の固定部位や、ハウジングとカバーの取付部位から水等が内部に侵入しないように、前記固定部位や取付部位に防滴処理を施す。
例えば、特許第4892527号公報(以下、特許文献1と記す。)では、防滴処理としてハウジングに環状溝を設け、接着剤を塗布している。
しかし、樹脂製のハウジングには精密部品である制御基板や電気部品が収容されており、これらに影響を及ぼさないように、ハウジング内部への接着剤の侵入を防ぐ必要がある。
基体とハウジングの間に接着剤を塗布した場合、ハウジングと接着剤との間で界面剥離が発生することがであり、シール効果が十分に発揮できない可能性がある。
前記樹脂製製品は、少なくとも一方に開口部を備えた箱状のハウジングであり、
前記ハウジングは、前記基体に接するフランジを備え、
前記フランジは、前記ハウジングの周壁部から外側へ張り出しており、
前記フランジは、接着剤を介在させる下部溝を備え、

なお、前輪ブレーキと後輪ブレーキの液圧を制御するものを2系統対応の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置と呼び、前輪ブレーキ及び後輪ブレーキの何れか一方の液圧を制御するものを1系統対応の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置と呼ぶことにする。
前記第1リザーバ13は、前輪ブレーキキャリパ14側から逃がされた作動液を一時的に貯留する。
前記第1入口弁15及び前記第1出口制御弁16は、第1マスタシリンダ12と前輪ブレーキキャリパ14の間に設けられる組付部品である。

また、基体40は、第1マスタシリンダ12から延びる液路(ブレーキ配管)が接続される入口ポート12Pと、第2マスタシリンダ22から延びる液路(ブレーキ配管)が接続される入口ポート22Pと、前輪ブレーキキャリパ14へ延びる液路(ブレーキ配管)が接続される出口ポート14Pと、後輪ブレーキキャリパ24へ延びる液路(ブレーキ配管)が接続される出口ポート24Pとを備えている。
前記ブレーキ液路C1は、ブレーキ液路B1から第1リザーバ13に至る液路であり、前記ブレーキ液路D1は、第1リザーバ13から第1ポンプ17に至る液路である。
前記ブレーキ液路E1は、第1ポンプ17からブレーキ液路A1に至る液路である。
前記ブレーキ液路A2、B2、C2、D2、E2については、説明が重複するため、説明を省略する。
ハウジング36内に制御基板99が配置されており、この制御基板99と電磁コイル33が端子91で電気的に接続されている。
図3(a)に示されるように、ハウジング36にはカバー38を取付ける取付部36aが形成され、取付部36aには接着剤36bが充填される環状の上部溝36cが形成されている。
また、カバー38は、箱状を呈し、カバー38の外周に、一方に突出する凸部(以下、挿入凸部と言う。)38aを備えている。また、カバー38は、挿入凸部38aより外側にハウジング36側の取付部36aに当たる当接面38gを備えている。
図3(c)に示されるように、カバー38をハウジング36に組付けた際に、カバー38は、挿入凸部38aより外側にある当接部39で、取付部36aに当接する。
さらには、内側隙間C2は、外側隙間C1より大きく設定した。
その上、外側隙間C1よりも内側隙間C2が大きいため、接着剤36bが、内側隙間C2に留まり、周壁部(挿入凸部38a)の内側、すなわちハウジング36の内部へ侵入する心配がない。
第2溜まり溝36dと溜まり溝38bとにより、接着剤36bの余剰分を貯える容積が増加し、接着剤36bがハウジング36の外側へはみ出ることを、より好ましく防ぐことができる。
挿入凸部38aの下端部にテーパー面38fを設けることにより、挿入凸部38aの下端を先尖り形状にする。この形状であれば、挿入凸部38aが、円滑に上部溝36cに収容されると共に、接着剤36bを円滑に押し分ける。
図3(c)に示されるように、接着剤36bは、溜まり溝38bに流れるため、ハウジング36の外面に溢れることがなくなる。
図4に示されるように、ハウジング36の取付部36aにおいて、上部溝36cに溜まり溝38bを形成しても良い。その他の構成は、図3と同じであるため、図3の符号を流用し、詳細な説明は省略する。
図5に示されるように、カバー38側に溜まり溝38bを形成しても良い。その他の構成は、図3と同じであるため、図3の符号を流用し、詳細な説明は省略する。
すなわち、溜まり溝38bは、ハウジング36の取付部36aに備える上部溝36cに設けることや、カバー38の挿入凸部38aと当接部39の間に設けることができる。
この固定部36eは、取付部36aからカバー38側へ延びる門型部材である。固定部36eの角穴36fに、カバー38に設けた突起38eが掛かるため固定(仮固定)される。
尚、実施例では、突起38cはカバー38の外面に設けたが、突起38cをカバー38の内面に設けてもよい。この場合は、突起38cは上部溝36cの内側壁面36jに接する。
図7(a)に示されるように、ハウジング36の周壁部84は、基体40に当接するフランジ92を備え、このフランジ92は、周壁部84より外側に張り出しており、基体40側の面に接着剤92aを溜める下部溝92bを有している。そして、下部溝92bの底面92cが粗面92dとされている。
すると、図7(b)に示されるように、接着剤92aは、アンカー効果により粗面92dに接着され、基体40にハウジング36が強固に接着され、界面剥離を防止できる。
接着剤92aの余剰分が、微小な隙間92gに流入するため、接着剤92aがハウジング36内部へ侵入する心配が無くなる。
Claims (6)
- 基体に取付けられる樹脂製部品であって、
前記樹脂製製品は、少なくとも一方に開口部を備えた箱状のハウジングであり、
前記ハウジングは、前記基体に接するフランジを備え、
前記フランジは、前記ハウジングの周壁部から外側へ張り出しており、
前記フランジは、接着剤を介在させる下部溝を備え、
前記フランジの前記基体側の面は、前記下部溝により前記下部溝より外側の外側面と内側の内側面に区分され、
前記外側面が前記基体に接したときに、前記内側面と前記基体の間に微小の隙間が確保されており、
前記接着剤の余剰分が前記微小の隙間に流れ込むようにした
樹脂製部品。 - 前記下部溝を形成する面が、粗面である
請求項1記載の樹脂製部品。 - 開口部を備える箱状のハウジングと、前記ハウジングの前記開口部に取付けるカバーとを備える樹脂製部品であって、
前記ハウジングの前記開口部には、接着剤が充填される上部溝を備え、
この上部溝は、底面と、前記底面の一端から立ち上がる外側壁面と、前記底面の他端から立ち上がる内側壁面とを有し、
前記カバーは、前記上部溝に挿入される挿入凸部を備え、
前記挿入凸部と前記底面の間に底側隙間が確保され、前記挿入凸部と前記外側壁面の間に外側隙間が確保され、前記挿入凸部と前記内側壁面の間に内側隙間が確保されており、
前記内側隙間は、前記外側隙間より大きく設定されている
樹脂製部品。 - 前記挿入凸部は、前記外側壁面に接する突起を更に備えている
