但是,相关的混合动力车辆在利用由内燃机驱动发电机而发出的电力来驱动电动机的串联式混合动力模式下,由于电动机和发电机发热而需要大量的冷却油,而此时由于已对将内燃机的驱动力传递给车轮的液压离合器解除接合,因此仅需要少量的润滑油,相反地,在主要在内燃机通过驱动力而行驶的并联式混合动力模式下,由于电动机和发电机的工作量减小,因此仅需要少量的冷却油,而此时由于液压离合器接合而传递驱动力,因此在液压离合器及其周围部分需要大量的润滑油。
然而,上述现有的技术文献存在这样的问题:由于从油泵分配给电动机和发电机的冷却油与从油泵分配给液压离合器及其周围部分的润滑油的分配比率根据油的流路上所配置的节流的直径而被唯一地确定,因此,无法根据车辆的驾驶模式来以最优的比率分配冷却油和润滑油。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于在混合动力车辆中适当地控制对电动机和发电机分配冷却油的分配量以及对液压离合器分配润滑油的分配量。
为了实现上述目的,根据技术方案1所述的发明,提出一种混合动力车辆,其具有内燃机、电动机以及油泵,其中,所述内燃机驱动发电机并经由液压离合器驱动车轮,所述电动机利用所述发电机发出的电力进行动作而驱动所述车轮,所述油泵将从油箱吸取的油作为冷却油而供应至所述电动机和所述发电机,并且将从油箱吸取的油作为润滑油而供应至所述液压离合器的被润滑部,所述混合动力车辆的特征在于,所述混合动力车辆具有阀,该阀将所述油泵泵出的油分配给所述电动机、所述发电机和所述液压离合器的被润滑部,所述阀在所述液压离合器为接合状态时,减少对所述电动机和所述发电机供应的油的供应量而增加对所述液压离合器的被润滑部供应的油的供应量,在所述液压离合器为接合解除状态时,增加对所述电动机和所述发电机供应的油的供应量而减少对所述液压离合器的被润滑部供应的油的供应量。
此外,根据技术方案2所述的发明,在技术方案1的结构的基础上,提出一种混合动力车辆,其特征在于,所述阀利用对所述液压离合器进行接合以及接合解除的液压进行动作。
另外,实施方式的第2油泵P2与本发明的油泵对应,实施方式的流路切换阀V与本发明的阀对应。
发明的效果
根据技术方案1的结构,混合动力车辆具有内燃机、电动机以及油泵,其中,所述内燃机驱动发电机并经由液压离合器驱动车轮,所述电动机利用发电机发出的电力进行动作而驱动车轮,所述油泵将从油箱吸取的油作为冷却油而供应至电动机和发电机,并且将从油箱吸取的油作为润滑油而供应至液压离合器的被润滑部。
具有阀,该阀将油泵泵出的油分配给电动机、发电机和液压离合器的被润滑部,阀在液压离合器为接合状态时,减少对电动机和发电机供应的油的供应量而增加对液压离合器的被润滑部供应的油的供应量,在液压离合器为接合解除状态时,增加对电动机和发电机供应的油的供应量而减少对液压离合器的被润滑部供应的油的供应量,因此,无需特别的传感器就能够估计出根据混合动力车辆的驾驶模式进行变化的冷却油和润滑油的需要量,并能够按适当的比率进行分配。
此外,根据技术方案2的结构,阀利用对液压离合器进行接合和接合解除的液压进行动作,因此,无需特别的控制手段就能够使阀动作,简化了控制系统的结构。

具体实施方式
以下,根据图1~图5对本发明的第1实施方式进行说明。
图1是混合动力车辆的动力传递系统的概略图,变速器T具有平行地进行配置的输入轴11和输出轴12。内燃机E的曲轴13与输入轴11串联连接,输出轴12经由最终驱动齿轮14、最终从动齿轮15、差速齿轮D以及左右的驱动轴16而与左右的车轮W连接。经由液压离合器C被支承于输入轴11的第1驱动齿轮17与固定设置于输出轴12的第1从动齿轮18啮合。
电动机M与发电机G同轴地进行配置,发电机轴20相对旋转自如地嵌合于中空的电动机轴19的内部。固定设置于电动机轴19的第2驱动齿轮21与固定设置于输出轴12的第2从动齿轮22啮合,此外,固定设置于输入轴11的发电机驱动齿轮23与固定设置于发电机轴20的发电机从动齿轮24啮合。电动机M和发电机G与蓄电池B连接。
固定设置于第1油泵P1的第1泵轴25的第1泵轮26与所述最终从动齿轮15啮合,当车轮W、W旋转时,以其驱动力来驱动第1油泵P1。此外,固定设置于第2油泵P2的第2泵轴27的第2泵轮28与所述发电机驱动齿轮23啮合,当内燃机E旋转时,以其驱动力来驱动第2油泵P2。
如图2所示,液压离合器C的离合器外座圈51经由花键嵌合部52而与输入轴11的外周结合。第1驱动齿轮17经由球轴承53而被支承于输入轴11的外周,并且经由球轴承55而被支承于变速箱体54。液压离合器C的离合器内座圈56与第1驱动齿轮17形成为一体,在离合器外座圈51与离合器内座圈56之间配置有由多个离合器片57a(摩擦材料)和多个离合器板57b形成的摩擦接合部件。离合器板57b嵌合于离合器外座圈51,离合器片57a嵌合于离合器内座圈56。与离合器片57a和离合器板57b的轴向一端对置的离合器活塞58滑动自如地嵌合于离合器外座圈51的内部,在离合器外座圈51与离合器活塞58之间划分出离合器油室59。
外管60和内管61同轴地嵌合于输入轴11的轴端部内周,形成于变速箱体54内部的离合器动作用油路54a经由在径向上贯穿内管61内部的油路和输入轴11的油孔11a以及在径向上贯穿离合器外座圈51的油孔51a而与离合器油室59连通。此外,形成于变速箱体54内部的冷却用油路54b经由外管60与内管61之间的油路而与在径向上贯穿输入轴11的油孔11b连通,通过油孔11b而借助离心力飞散至径向外侧的油对花键嵌合部52、离合器片57a、离合器板57b、球轴承53和球轴承55进行润滑。
图3示出所述油圧离合器C、电动机M和发电机G等的冷却/润滑系统的液压回路,从油箱31延伸的油路L1与第1油泵P1的吸入口32i和第2油泵P2的吸入口33i连接。
从第2油泵P2的泵出口33o延伸的油路L2经由第1调节阀34而与油路L3连接,油路L3经由离合器控制回路35和油路L4而与液压离合器C的离合器油室59连通。此外,从第1调节阀34的溢流口延伸的油路L5与油路切换阀V连接。
油路切换阀V具有滑阀38,该滑阀38滑动自如地嵌合于形成在阀体36的阀孔36a中,并被弹簧37朝一个方向施力。阀孔36a具有第1输入口39a、第2输入口39b、第1输出口39c、第2输出口39d、第3输出口39e和第4输出口39f,滑阀38具有第1槽38a和第2槽38b,其中,第1槽38a将第1输入口39a与第1输出口39c和第2输出口39d中的一方连接,第2槽38b将第2输入口39b与第3输出口39e和第4输出口39f中的一方连接。
第1输出口39c和第2输出口39d经由油路L6而与电动机M和发电机G的由线圈和铁心构成的被冷却部连通。在第1输出口39c与油路L6之间配置有第1小径节流孔40a,在第2输出口39d与油路L6之间配置有第1大径节流孔40b。此外,第3输出口39e和第4输出口39f经由油路L7而与液压离合器C周围的被润滑部、即花键嵌合部52、离合器片57a、离合器板57b、球轴承55和球轴承53、以及电动机M的线圈连通。在第3输出口39e与油路L7之间配置有第2大径节流孔40c,在第4输出口39f与油路L7之间配置有第2小径节流孔40d。
在阀孔36a的一端部形成有引导口39g,该引导口39g与滑阀38的一端部对置,引导口39g经由油路L8而与离合器控制回路35的下游的油路L4连通。
从油箱31延伸的油路L1与第1油泵P1的吸入口32i连接,与第1油泵P1的泵出口32o连接的油路L9经由第2调节阀42和油路L10而与油路L7连通。
并且,在油路L10中配置有止回阀41,该止回阀41用于阻止油从油路切换阀V侧朝向第2调节阀42侧逆流,在隔着第1油泵P1的油路L1与油路L9之间配置有止回阀46,该止回阀46用于阻止油从油路L9侧朝向油路L1侧逆流。
接下来,对具有上述结构的本发明的实施方式的作用进行说明。
本实施方式的混合动力车辆的驾驶模式具有串联式混合动力模式和并联式混合动力模式。
如图5的(A)所示,串联式混合动力模式是利用由内燃机E驱动发电机G发出的电力来驱动电动机M而进行行驶的模式,当在对液压离合器C解除接合的状态下驱动内燃机E时,曲轴13的驱动力能够按照输入轴11→发电机驱动齿轮23→发电机从动齿轮24→发电机轴20的路径而被传递给发电机G,使发电机G发电。当驱动电动机M时,电动机轴19的驱动力按照第2驱动齿轮21→第2从动齿轮22→输出轴12→最终驱动齿轮14→最终从动齿轮15→差速器D→驱动轴16的路径而被传递给左右的车轮W。由于电动机M能够绕正反两个方向旋转,因此,能够根据其旋转方向来使车辆前进行驶和后退行驶。此外,在车辆减速时,如果利用从车轮W传递来的驱动力驱动电动机M使其作为发电机发挥功能,则能够将车辆的动能作为电能回收到蓄电池B中。
另外,由于内燃机E与发电机G直接联结,因此,在内燃机E的停止中,如果将发电机G作为电动机进行驱动,则能够利用发电机G的驱动力对内燃机E进行反冲起动。
如图5的(B)所示,并联式混合动力模式主要是利用内燃机E的驱动力进行行驶的模式,当在接合了液压离合器C的状态下驱动内燃机E时,曲轴13的驱动力能够按照输入轴11→液压离合器C→第1驱动齿轮17→第1从动齿轮18→输出轴12→最终驱动齿轮14→最终从动齿轮15→差速器D→驱动轴16的路径被传递给左右的车轮W,使车辆前进行驶。此时,如果一同驱动电动机M和内燃机E,则能够利用电动机M的驱动力来辅助内燃机E的驱动力。
由于在串联式混合动力模式下驱动电动机M和发电机G,因此需要对电动机M和发电机G充分地进行冷却,但是,由于对液压离合器C解除接合而不传递驱动力,因此,不太需要对作为液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的花键嵌合部52、与离合器片57a、离合器板57b的离合器内座圈58、离合器外座圈51之间的嵌合部、球轴承55和球轴承53等进行润滑。另一方面,在并联式混合动力模式下,由于接合液压离合器C而传递内燃机E的驱动力,因此需要对液压离合器C周围的被润滑部充分地进行润滑,但是,由于电动机M和发电机G的工作量小于串联式混合动力模式时的工作量,因此不太需要对电动机M和发电机G进行冷却。
由此,在串联式混合动力模式下,需要增加供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却用的油而减少供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑用的油,相反地,在并联式混合动力模式下,需要减少供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却用的油而增加供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑用的油。以下,对上述油的供应量的控制进行说明。
在图3中,在车辆前进行驶且内燃机E进行驱动时,利用第2油泵P2泵出的油进行冷却/润滑。即,在车辆前进行驶且内燃机E进行驱动时,与内燃机E连接的第2油泵P2将油箱31的油从油路L1吸入到吸入口33i中,并从泵出口33o泵出至油路L2。
被泵出至泵出油路L2的油由第1调节阀34进行调压之后从油路L3被供应至离合器控制回路35,在并联式混合动力模式时,离合器控制回路35经由油路L4而将高压的液压供应至液压离合器C的离合器油室59,由此来接合液压离合器C。
此外,从第1调节阀34排出的剩余的油被供应至流路切换阀V的第1输入口39a和第2输入口39b。此时,如果是利用电动机M的驱动力进行行驶的串联式混合动力模式,则对液压离合器C解除接合,因此,从离合器控制回路39供应至液压离合器C的离合器油室59的液压成为低压。其结果是,如图4的(A)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口39g的液压成为低压,在附图中,滑阀38借助弹簧37的反弹力而向右移动,第1输入口39a与第2输出口39d连通,第2输入口39b与第4输出口39f连通。
由于第2输出口39d经由第1大径节流孔40b和油路L6而与电动机M和发电机G连通,因此,被供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却油的流量增加,相反地,由于第4输出口39f经由第2小径节流孔40d和油路L7而与液压离合器C周围的被润滑部连通,因此,被供应至被润滑部的润滑油的流量减少。
另一方面,如果是主要利用内燃机E的驱动力进行行驶的并联式混合动力模式,则接合液压离合器C,因此,从离合器控制回路39供应至液压离合器C的离合器油室59的液压成为高压。其结果是,如图4的(B)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口39g的液压成为高压,在附图中,滑阀38克服弹簧37的反弹力而向左移动,第1输入口39a与第1输出口39c连通,第2输入口39b与第3输出口39e连通。
由于第1输出口39c经由第1小径节流孔40a而与电动机M和发电机G连通,因此,被供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却油的流量减少,相反地,由于第3输出口39e经由第2大径节流孔40c而与液压离合器C周围的被润滑部连通,因此,被供应至被润滑部的润滑油的流量增加。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,仅在并联式混合动力模式时利用接合的液压离合器C的工作液压来切换流路切换阀V,从而在串联式混合动力模式时对电动机M和发电机G供应足够量的冷却油,并在并联式混合动力模式时对液压离合器C周围的被润滑部供应足够量的润滑油,因此,一边将第2油泵P2的容量抑制在所需的最小限度,一边以不需要特别的传感器的方式按适当的比率来分配根据驾驶模式而变化的冷却油和润滑油的需要量,由此,能够以简单的结构来同时实现电动机M和发电机G的冷却和液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑。
而且,在高速前进行驶时,虽然电动机M和发电机G所需的冷却油的量和液压离合器C周围的被润滑部所需的润滑油的量都增加,但是,在高速前进行驶时,第2油泵P2的转速增加而油的泵出量也增加,因此,能够自动地确保与车辆的前进行驶速度对应地进行变化的需要油量。
另外,当车辆利用电动机M和内燃机E双方的驱动力进行前进行驶时,例如,在前进高速行驶时或前进上坡时,利用第1油泵P1和第2油泵P2双方泵出的足够量的油进行冷却/润滑。
接下来,根据图6对本发明的第2实施方式进行说明。
第2实施方式在流路切换阀V的结构上与第1实施方式不同,其流路切换阀V的阀体36具有与油路L5和油路L6连接的输入口43a、与油路L7连接的第1、第2输出口43b、43c以及与油路L8连接的引导口43d。在第1输出口43b与油路L7之间配置有大径节流孔44a,在第2输出口43c与油路L7之间配置有小径节流孔44b。滑阀38具有槽38c,该槽38c将输入口43a选择性地与第1、第2输出口43b、43c中的一方连接。并且,在油路L6上配置有节流孔44c。
根据本实施方式,第2油泵P2泵出的油经由油路L2、油路L5和油路L6而被稳定地供应至电动机M和发电机G,但是,在对液压离合器C解除接合而利用电动机M的驱动力进行行驶的串联式混合动力模式下,如图6的(A)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口43d的液压成为低压,在附图中,滑阀38借助弹簧37的反弹力而向右移动,输入口43a与第2输出口43c连通。由于第2输出口43c与油路L7经由小径节流孔44b连通,因此,被供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑油的流量减少,由此使得被供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却油的流量相对增加。
相反地,在主要利用内燃机E的驱动力进行行驶的并联式混合动力模式下,如图6的(B)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口43d的液压成为高压,在附图中,滑阀38克服弹簧37的反弹力而向左移动,输入口43a与第1输出口43b连通。由于第1输出口43b与油路L7经由大径节流孔44a连通,因此,被供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑油的流量增加,由此使得被供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却油的流量间接地减少。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,也能够起到与上述第1实施方式相同的作用效果。
接下来,根据图7对本发明的第3实施方式进行说明。
第3实施方式是上述第2实施方式的变形,流路切换阀V的结构与第2实施方式相同,但是,与油路的连接关系不同。即,来自第1调节阀34的油路L5经由具有节流孔45a的油路L11而与包含电动机M以及液压离合器C周围的被润滑部在内的各被润滑部连接,并且经由节流孔45b而与流路切换阀V的输入口43a连接,进而与油路L6连接。并且,第1输出口43b与具有节流孔45c的油路L7连接,第2输出口43c被封闭。
根据本实施方式,第2油泵P2泵出的油经由油路L2、油路L5和油路L11而被稳定地供应至包含电动机M以及液压离合器C周围的被润滑部在内的各被润滑部,并经由油路L6而被稳定地供应至电动机M和发电机G。在对液压离合器C解除接合而利用电动机M的驱动力进行行驶的串联式混合动力模式下,如图7的(A)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口43d的液压成为低压,在附图中,滑阀38克服弹簧37的反弹力而向右移动,输入口43a与被封闭的第2输出口43c连通。其结果是,根据节流孔45a和节流孔45b的直径来确定向电动机M以及液压离合器C周围的被润滑部分配的润滑油的分配比率以及向电动机M和发电机G分配的冷却油的分配比率。
在主要利用内燃机E的驱动力进行行驶的并联式混合动力模式下,如图7的(B)所示,被传递至流路切换阀V的引导口43d的液压成为高压,在附图中,滑阀38克服弹簧37的反弹力而向左移动,输入口43a与第1输出口43b连通。其结果是,第1输出口43b经由节流孔45c而与油路L7连通,被供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部的润滑油的流量增加,由此使得被供应至电动机M和发电机G的冷却油的流量相对减少。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,也能够起到与上述第1实施方式相同的作用效果。
以上,对本发明的实施例进行了说明,但本发明能够在不脱离其宗旨的范围内进行各种设计变更。
例如,第1、第2油泵P1、P2的形式可以为任意的,并且可以采用余摆线泵、叶片泵、齿轮泵、活塞泵等任意形式的泵。
此外,在实施方式中,虽然将润滑油供应至液压离合器C周围的被润滑部,但是,并不一定需要供应至液压离合器C外部的球轴承55和球轴承53,也可以仅供应至液压离合器C的被润滑部(例如,花键嵌合部52、离合器片57a、离合器板57b等)。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合动力车辆,其具有内燃机(E)、电动机(M)以及油泵(P2),其中,内燃机(E)驱动发电机(G)并经由液压离合器(C)驱动车轮(W),电动机(M)利用所述发电机(G)发出的电力进行动作而驱动所述车轮(W),油泵(P2)通过所述内燃机(E)进行动作,将从油箱(31)吸取的油作为冷却油而供应至所述电动机(M)和所述发电机(G),并且将从油箱(31)吸取的油作为润滑油而供应至所述液压离合器(C)的被润滑部,所述混合动力车辆的特征在于,
所述混合动力车辆具有阀(V),该阀(V)将所述油泵(P2)泵出的油分配给所述电动机(M)、所述发电机(G)和所述液压离合器(C)的被润滑部,所述阀(V)在所述液压离合器(C)为接合状态时,减少对所述电动机(M)和所述发电机(G)供应的油的供应量而增加对所述液压离合器(C)的被润滑部供应的油的供应量,在所述液压离合器(C)为接合解除状态时,增加对所述电动机(M)和所述发电机(G)供应的油的供应量而减少对所述液压离合器(C)的被润滑部供应的油的供应量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述阀(V)利用对所述液压离合器(C)进行接合以及接合解除的液压进行动作。
