本发明提供一种强效速干纯棉针织面料及其制作工艺,该纯棉针织面料的制作工艺包括以下步骤:A、纱线处理:将纱线分为两部分,一部分纱线进行亲水处理,另一部分纱线进行防水处理;B、织造:将处理后的纱线采用一毛防水纱间一毛亲水纱进行织造,得到胚布;C、染整:将织造好的胚布通过胚布定型、染色、皂洗、干布和成品定型,制得强效速干纯棉针织面料。本发明的制作工艺通过对纱线分别进行亲水和防水处理,结合一毛防水纱间一毛亲水纱的织造工艺,形成孔吸效应,同时配合染整工艺和助剂,达到强效速干效果,洗水前60min残留水份10%,耐洗10次残留水份10%,洗水前和洗水10次后滴水扩散时间在3秒内。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种强效速干纯棉针织面料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
在户外活动时,大量的运动使衣服很容易被汗水浸湿,纯棉衣服被汗水浸湿后贴在身上非常难受。具有速干效果的衣服可以达到快速排汗效果可以将皮肤上出的汗水迅速吸收、扩散,并通过尽可能扩大面积来加快蒸发速度。现在市埸上的速干效果的衣服主要是全涤或者涤为主,涤纶不亲水,吸湿性差速干性好,一般是通过改变纤维截面改善亲水性,达到速干效果。但涤纶布类亲肤性差,透气性差,而纯棉衣服穿着舒适透气。具有强效速干效果的纯棉针织面料是人们的迫切需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种强效速干纯棉针织面料的制作工艺,该制作工艺步骤简单,操作控制方便,质量稳定,生产效率高,生产成本低,可大规模化工业生产。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种强效速干纯棉针织面料,该强效速干纯棉针织面料具有穿着舒适、透气性好,同时使面料达到超强的速干效果。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种强效速干纯棉针织面料的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、纱线处理:将纱线分为两部分,一部分纱线进行亲水处理,另一部分纱线进行防水处理;
B、织造:将处理后的纱线采用一毛防水纱间一毛亲水纱进行织造,得到胚布;
C、染整:将织造好的胚布通过胚布定型、染色、皂洗、干布和成品定型,制得强效速干纯棉针织面料。
亲水处理增加面料的吸水性,提升吸水性能,防水处理可以封闭部分亲水基团,降低纤维与水分结合的能力,减少面料的吸水能力,有利于速干效果。结合一毛防水纱间一毛亲水纱的织造工艺,形成孔吸效应,同时配合染整工艺和助剂,达到强效速干效果,洗水前60min残留水份10%,耐洗10次残留水份10%。洗水前和洗水10次后滴水扩散时间在3秒内。采用一毛防水纱间一毛亲水纱织法,两毛防水纱包裹一毛亲水纱形成孔吸效应,使用水分在亲水纤维中扩散到更大面积,有利于水分挥发。同时防水助剂封锁部份亲水基团,减少水分与纤维的结合,有利于速干。合理的染整加工可以保持纤维防水性能同时增强亲水性能,使得水分在面料中快速扩散。
进一步的,所述步骤A中,亲水处理和防水处理均是通过将筒子纱状态的纱线放入染缸内进行的。在筒子纱加工可以使纤维更充分吸收助剂,使得处理较果更好,同时避免亲水与防水一起处理的冲突,筒子纱状态下进行纱线的亲水和防水处理,工艺简单,且处理效果好。
进一步的,所述步骤A中,亲水处理的具体工艺为:首先在温度80-100℃下处理,向染浴中加入2-8g/L过氧化氢,用碱剂调节pH为11-14,煮纱40-60min,然后向染浴中加入酸剂洗水中和,再向染浴中加入5-30g/L亲水剂,调节pH为5.0-6.5,处理20-40min后,脱水,在温度100-120℃下干纱30-60min。
进一步的,所述步骤A中,防水处理的具体工艺为:首先在温度80-100℃下处理,向染浴中加入2-8g/L过氧化氢,用碱剂调节pH为11-14,煮纱40-60min,然后向染浴中加入酸剂洗水中和,再向染浴中加入80-150g/L防水剂,调节pH为5.0-6.5,处理20-60min后,脱水,在温度100-160℃下干纱30-60min。
进一步的,所述防水剂为不含氟素的防水剂。
防水剂为改性脂肪化合物和石蜡分散液,是不含氟素的防水助剂,不含PFOS、PFOA、APEO。
进一步的,所述步骤B中,调节织造针数为10G-40G,100针纱线长度为23-40cm。
