聚乙二醇(PEG)

在另一个实施方案中,所述组合物可包含香料微胶囊,但是不含或基本上不含其它香料载体和/或游离(纯)香料。在另一个实施方案中,所述组合物还可包含甲醛清除剂。在另一个实施方案中,本发明组合物的香味还与其它织物护理产品(例如衣物洗涤剂、织物软化剂)的一种或多种香味相搭配。如此,喜爱四月清新(APRIL FRESH)香味的消费者可使用具有四月清新香味的锭剂,从而将洗涤他们衣物的香味体验与他们使用APRIL FRESH的香味体验相搭配。本发明的锭剂可以具有搭配香味的产品组合(具有衣物洗涤剂和/或织物软化剂)形式出售。
染料
所述组合物可包含染料。染料可包括通常用于衣物洗涤剂或织物软化剂中的那些。所述组合物可包含按所述组合物的重量计约0.001%至约0.1%,或者约0.01%至约0.02%,或者它们组合的染料。染料的实例包括得自Millikin Chemical的LIQUITINT BLUEBL。
不含衣物洗涤活性物质和软化剂
所述组合物可不含衣物洗涤活性物质和/或织物软化活性物质。为降低成本并且避免制剂性能问题,本发明的一个方面可包括不含或基本上不含衣物洗涤活性物质和/或织物软化活性物质的组合物。在一个实施方案中,所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计小于约3%,或者小于约2%,或者小于约1%,或者小于约0.1%,或者大致为零的衣物洗涤活性物质和/或织物软化活性物质(或它们的组合)。衣物洗涤活性物质包括:洗涤剂表面活性剂、洗涤剂助剂、漂白剂、酶、它们的混合物等。意识到,可使用非去污水平的表面活性剂以有助于增溶包含于所述组合物中的香料。
锭剂
本发明的组合物可经由本领域已知的那些方法形成锭剂,所述方法包括美国专利5,013,498和5,770,235中公开的方法。本发明的组合物可以成批或连续模式制得。在成批模式中,将熔融PEG加入到具有温度控制的混合容器中。然后加入PMC,并且与PEG混合直至均匀。然后将香料加入到容器中,并且将组分进一步混合一段时间,直至全部混合物混合均匀。在连续模式中,使熔融PEG与香料和PMC于在线搅拌器如静态搅拌器或高剪切搅拌器中混合,并且然后将所得均匀混合物用于制锭。PMC和香料可以任何顺序或同时加入到PEG中,并且染料可在制锭之前的步骤中加入。
锭剂可形成不同的形状,包括片剂、粒丸、球体等。锭剂可具有选自由下列组成的组的形状:球形、半球形、压缩的半球形、兵豆形和长方形。兵豆形是指兵豆的形状。压缩的半球形是指与至少部分扁平使得曲面曲率平均起来小于具有相同半径的半球曲率的半球相对应的形状。压缩的半球形锭剂可具有约0.01至约0.4,或者约0.1至约0.4,或者约0.2至约0.3的高度与直径的比率。长方形是指具有最大尺寸和与最大尺寸正交的第二最大尺寸的形状,其中最大尺寸与第二最大尺寸的比率大于约1.2。长方形可具有最大尺寸与第二最大尺寸大于约1.5的比率。长方形可具有最大尺寸与第二最大尺寸大于约2的比率。长方形颗粒可具有约2mm至约6mm的最大尺寸,约2mm至约4mm的第二最大尺寸。
在本文公开的任何制剂的可供选择实施方案中,每个单独锭剂可具有约0.95mg至约2g,或约10mg至约1g,或约10mg至约500mg,或约10mg至约250mg,或约0.95mg至约125mg、或它们组合的质量。在多个锭剂中,单独的锭剂可具有选自由下列组成的组的形状:球形、半球形、压缩的半球形、兵豆形和长方形。
单独的锭剂可具有约0.003cm3至约0.15cm3的体积。多个锭剂可合在一起构成单位剂量以定量加入至洗衣机或洗衣盆中。一份单位剂量的锭剂可具有约13g至约27g,或者约14g至约20g,或者约15g至约19g,或者约16g至约18g,或者它们的组合。单个锭剂组成多个锭剂,多个锭剂构成单位剂量,所述单个锭剂可各自具有约0.95mg至约2g的质量。多个锭剂可由具有不同尺寸、形状和/或质量的锭剂组成。单位剂量中的锭剂可具有小于约1厘米的最大尺寸。
所述组合物可由制锭方法制得。制锭设备100的示意图示于图1中。依照该方法生产的步骤可包括提供所期望的制剂作为粘稠材料50。粘稠材料50可包含本文公开的任何可行制剂或由本文公开的任何可行制剂组成。在一个实施方案中,粘稠材料50包含:(a)按所述组合物的重量计约80%至约91%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有约5,000至约11,000的分子量;(b)按所述组合物的重量计约2%至约12%的游离香料;和(c)按所述组合物的重量计约2%至约12%的易碎香料微胶囊,其中所述香料微胶囊包含包封的香料。由差示扫描量热法测得,在比开始凝固温度高小于约20摄氏度的加工温度下提供所述粘稠材料50。
在一个实施方案中,PMC可以浆液形式加入到聚乙二醇和游离香料中以形成粘稠材料50。PMC可以粉末形式加入到聚乙二醇和游离香料中以形成粘稠材料50。使所述粘稠材料50通过小开口10并且传送到移动的传送装置表面20上,此时将所述粘稠材料50冷却至低于所述玻璃化转变温度以形成多个锭剂30。如图1中所示,小开口10可在旋转制锭辊5上。粘稠材料50可经由粘稠材料分配器40分配至小开口10。锭剂可在得自Sandvik MaterialsTechnology的ROTOFORMER上形成。
包装
包装中可包含一份单位剂量或多份单位剂量。所述包装可为瓶、袋、或其它容器。在一个实施方案中,所述包装为瓶,优选地包含半透明部分以向察看的消费者展示锭剂的PET瓶。在一个实施方案中,所述包装包含一份单位剂量(例如试用装尺寸的小袋);或多份单位剂量(例如约15份单位剂量至约30份单位剂量)。
配量
上述包装可包含配量装置,以从包装中将锭剂分配至洗衣机(或手洗应用中的洗衣盆)中。使用者可使用配量装置来计量推荐的单位剂量,或根据使用者自身的香味偏爱,简单地使用配量装置来计量锭剂。配量装置的实例可为与包装功能性连接的分配顶盖、分配圆帽等。配量装置可与包装拆卸分离并且再连接至包装,例如可安装在包装上的顶盖。配量装置可绳系(例如经由铰链或绳线)于包装其余部分(或作为另外一种选择,不绳系)。配量装置可具有一个或多个界线(例如填装线)以指示推荐的单位剂量。包括可包括使用说明书,指导使用者打开包装的可移除开口,并且将包装中所含锭剂分配(例如倒)到配量装置中。之后,可指导使用者将包含于配量装置中的锭剂定量给料至洗衣机或洗衣盆中。本发明的锭剂可用于向洗涤衣物添加清新感。包括配量装置的包装可由塑料制得。
一个实施方案可为包含多个锭剂的单位剂量的织物处理组合物,其中每个锭剂包含:(a)按所述组合物的重量计约80%至约91%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有约5,000至约11,000的分子量;(b)按所述组合物的重量计约2%至约12%的游离香料;和(c)按所述组合物的重量计约2%至约12%的易碎香料微胶囊,其中所述香料微胶囊包含包封的香料;其中每个锭剂具有约0.95mg至约2g的质量;并且其中多个锭剂具有约13g至约27g的质量以构成单位剂量。
在一个实施方案中,可在洗衣机“洗涤循环”期间(但是也可使用“漂洗循环”),将本发明的锭剂施用到所用洗衣机中。在另一个实施方案中,在衣物洗涤和/或漂洗期间,将本发明的锭剂施用到洗衣盆中。在衣物洗涤手工漂洗应用中,所述锭剂还可包含“消泡剂”如得自Wacker的那些。消泡剂(抑泡体系)描述于美国专利公布20030060389,65-77中。
实施例
1 PMC为具有脲-甲醛外壳的易碎PMC,得自Appleton。假定具有按所述PMC(包括包封的香料)的重量计约50%的水。
2 假定包封的香料(PMC内)具有约32%活性物质。

Claims (13)
1.一种单位剂量的织物处理组合物,所述组合物包含多个锭剂,其中每个锭剂包含:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计80%至91%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有5,000至11,000的分子量;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的游离香料;和
(c)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的易碎香料微胶囊,其中所述易碎香料微胶囊包含包封的香料;
其中每个所述锭剂具有0.95mg至2g的质量;并且
其中所述多个锭剂具有13g至27g的质量以构成所述单位剂量。
2.如权利要求1所述的单位剂量的织物处理组合物,其中所述易碎微胶囊包含三聚氰胺/甲醛外壳,并且所述易碎香料微胶囊包封了按所述组合物的重量计0.6%至4%的香料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的单位剂量的织物处理组合物,其中所述多个锭剂包括单独锭剂,所述单独锭剂具有选自由下列组成的组的形状:球形、半球形、压缩的半球形、兵豆形和长方形。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的单位剂量的织物处理组合物,其中所述锭剂具有小于1厘米的最大尺寸。
5.如权利要求1所述的单位剂量的织物处理组合物,其中所述组合物基本上由以下组成:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计80%至91%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有5,000至11,000的分子量;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的游离香料;和
(c)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的易碎香料微胶囊,其中所述易碎香料微胶囊包含包封的香料。
6.如权利要求5所述的组合物,其中所述易碎香料微胶囊包含三聚氰胺/甲醛外壳,并且所述易碎香料微胶囊包封了按所述组合物的重量计0.6%至4%的香料。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的组合物,其中所述锭剂具有选自由下列组成的组的形状:球形、半球形、压缩的半球形、兵豆形和长方形。
8.如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述锭剂具有小于1厘米的最大尺寸。
9.一种制备组合物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供粘稠材料,所述材料包含:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计80%至91%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有5,000至11,000的分子量;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的游离香料;和
(c)按所述组合物的重量计2%至12%的香料微胶囊,其中所述香料微胶囊包含包封的香料;
使所述粘稠材料通过小开口并传送到移动的传送装置表面上,此时将所述粘稠材料冷却以形成多个锭剂。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述香料微胶囊为易碎香料微胶囊并且包含三聚氰胺/甲醛外壳,所述易碎香料微胶囊包封了按所述组合物的重量计0.6%至4%的香料。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中所述多个锭剂包括具有选自由下列组成的组的形状的锭剂:球形、半球形、压缩的半球形、兵豆形和长方形。
12.如权利要求9-11中任一项所述的方法,其中所述锭剂具有小于1厘米的最大尺寸。
13.如权利要求9-12中任一项所述的方法,其中所述锭剂具有0.95mg至2g的质量。
