本发明提供一种复合果蔬粉,主要由20‑30份香芋、20‑30份核桃、20‑25份小麦胚芽、13‑20份猕猴桃、13‑20份柚子、8‑15份凤梨、8‑15份柑橘、8‑15份蔓越莓、8‑12份樱桃、8‑12份石榴、8‑12份葡萄、2‑4份柠檬、2‑5份果蔬酵素粉和1‑3份圆苞车前子壳粉制备而成。本发明提供的复合果蔬粉优选多种蔬果按照一定比例制备而成,营养丰富合理,利于吸收,安全可靠,可长期服用,能够改善人体亚健康体质,达到从根本上治疗脱发的目的。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合果蔬粉。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的日益加快以及人们工作和精神压力越来越大,导致很多人因内分泌紊乱、机体营养不良、新陈代谢紊乱等出现脱发症状,既影响患者外表美观,也给患者心理带来极大的压抑。目前市场上用于防治脱发、生发的药物众多,中西药治疗手段均有,西药生发制剂一般含有大量激素成分,并且大都具有潜在的肝脏毒性,不良反应比较严重,安全性问题比较突出;中药制剂虽然相对安全,但作用缓慢,效果不明显;而且中、西药治疗均存在停药后脱发容易反复的问题,因此患者往往需要进行反复地治疗,而治疗效果往往越来越不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合果蔬粉,以解决目前脱发治疗中存在的安全性差、效果不够理想以及不能持久的技术问题。
一种复合果蔬粉,主要由如下重量份数的各组分制备而成:
本发明提供的复合果蔬粉由多种果蔬制备而成,成分安全,营养丰富均衡,可调节内分泌,有效改善体质,起到防脱发的效果。其中:
香芋:为泽泻目天南星科植物香芋的块茎,含有粗蛋白、淀粉、多种维生素和无机盐等多种成份,具有补气养肾、健脾胃的功效;
核桃:为胡桃科植物胡桃的干燥成熟种子,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、铜、镁、钾、维生素B6、叶酸和维生素B1,具有补肾、温肺、润肠的功效;
小麦胚芽:为禾本科植物小麦的胚芽,可用于补充B族维生素、蛋白质、必须脂肪酸和矿物质,增加人体免疫力;
猕猴桃:为猕猴桃科猕猴桃属植物猕猴桃的果实,含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素和多种维生素,具有调中理气、生津润燥、解热除烦的功效;
柚子:为芸香科柑橘属植物柚子的果实,含有糖类、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、维生素P、胡萝卜素、钾、磷、枸橼酸等营养成分,具有健胃化食、下气消痰、轻身悦色等功效;
凤梨:为凤梨科植物凤梨的果实,含有丰富的维生素C以及糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、蛋白质分解酵素、钙、磷、铁、有机酸类、尼克酸等,具有清热解暑、生津止渴、利小便、减肥等功效;

蔓越莓:为杜鹃花科越橘属植物蔓越莓的果实,能抑制多种致病细菌生长和繁殖,并有抗氧化的功效;
樱桃:为蔷薇科梅属植物樱桃的果实,富含糖、蛋白质、维生素及钙、铁、磷、钾等多种元素,具有益脾胃、滋养肝肾、涩精、止泻的功效;

柠檬:为芸香科柑橘属植物柠檬的果实,富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷等,并且具有高钾低钠的特点,具有化痰止咳、生津健胃的功效;本发明中所用柠檬包括柠檬果肉和柠檬皮;
果蔬酵素粉:由一种或多种新鲜蔬果在特定条件下发酵制成,具有平衡内分泌、活化细胞、提高身体免疫、缓解便秘的功效;
圆苞车前子壳粉:为车前科车前属圆苞车前的干燥种子外壳经粉碎制粉而得,具有润肠通便、降血糖、减肥的功效。
本发明中所用各种蔬果除特殊说明的以外,均采用蔬果平常食用的部分。
进一步的,所述果蔬酵素粉主要由100份果蔬、0.8-1份酵母菌、0.8-1份食盐、35-40份蜂蜜、140-160份水制备而成。所述果蔬酵素粉的制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在23-25℃的条件下发酵8-10天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在38-40℃的条件下进行二次发酵30-40天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
优选的,所述果蔬包括重量份数比为4:4:1:1的木瓜、胡萝卜、大蒜和生姜。采用木瓜、胡萝卜、大蒜和生姜作为原料发酵制作果蔬酵素粉,可以提高复合果蔬粉的防脱发和生发的效果。
进一步的,制备所述复合果蔬粉还包括5-8份麦芽糊精、2-5份小麦纤维粉、0.5-1.5份魔芋葡甘聚糖、0.2-0.6份卵磷脂以及0.2-0.6份海藻酸钠。在复合果蔬粉中添加麦芽糊精、小麦纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、卵磷脂以及海藻酸钠可以改善复合果蔬粉的分散溶解效果和饮用口感。
本发明还提供一种复合果蔬粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将柚子、柑橘、柠檬一起榨汁获得第一混合果汁;
S2.将石榴和葡萄一起榨汁获得第二混合果汁和果渣;
S3.将果渣粉碎,加入2-4倍的水搅拌均匀后加热至45-50℃,保温20-30min;然后在真空度为30-50kPa、功率为300-500W的条件下进行20-30min的真空微波辐射处理;再进行过滤并收集滤液;
S4.将香芋、核桃、小麦胚芽、猕猴桃、凤梨、蔓越莓和樱桃在0.06-0.08mPa的条件下真空干燥15-20min,然后粉碎获得混合粉末;
S5.将第一混合果汁、第二混合果汁、滤液、混合粉末、果蔬酵素粉以及圆苞车前子壳粉混合均匀获得混合液,然后将混合液在130-140℃下高温杀菌5-8min;
S6.将杀菌后的混合液在60-70℃下真空浓缩到原液体体积的40-60%;然后将浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥获得复合果蔬粉。
进一步的,所述果蔬酵素粉的制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在23-25℃的条件下发酵8-10天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在38-40℃的条件下进行二次发酵30-40天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
进一步的,所述喷雾干燥的具体工艺为:进料温度为45-50℃,喷雾干燥器的进风温度为110-120℃,出风温度为50-60℃,高压蒸汽压力为0.9-1.0MPa。采用上述工艺条件可以提高喷雾干燥的效率,防止干燥过程中出现物料黏壁的现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种复合果蔬粉。

实施例1
一种复合果蔬粉,由如下重量的各组分制备而成:
所述果蔬酵素粉由苹果、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水按照100:0.8:0.8:35:140的比例制备而成;
所述果蔬酵素粉的具体制备工艺包括:将苹果、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在23℃的条件下发酵8天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在38℃的条件下进行二次发酵30天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
实施例2
一种复合果蔬粉,由如下重量的各组分制备而成:
所述果蔬酵素粉由果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水按照100:1:1:40:160的比例制备而成;所述果蔬包括重量份数比为4:1的胡萝卜和生姜;
所述果蔬酵素粉的具体制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在25℃的条件下发酵10天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在40℃的条件下进行二次发酵40天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
实施例3
一种复合果蔬粉,由如下重量的各组分制备而成:

所述果蔬酵素粉的具体制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在24℃的条件下发酵9天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在39℃的条件下进行二次发酵38天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
实施例4
一种复合果蔬粉,由如下重量的各组分制备而成:

实施例5
一种复合果蔬粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将柚子、柑橘、柠檬一起榨汁获得第一混合果汁;
S2.将石榴和葡萄一起榨汁获得第二混合果汁和果渣;
S3.将果渣粉碎,加入3倍的水搅拌均匀后加热至48℃,保温25min;然后在真空度为40kPa、功率为400W的条件下进行25min的真空微波辐射处理;再进行过滤并收集滤液;
S4.将香芋、核桃、小麦胚芽、猕猴桃、凤梨、蔓越莓和樱桃在0.07mPa的条件下真空干燥16min,然后粉碎获得混合粉末;
S5.将第一混合果汁、第二混合果汁、滤液、混合粉末、果蔬酵素粉以及圆苞车前子壳粉混合均匀获得混合液,然后将混合液在135℃下高温杀菌6min;
S6.将杀菌后的混合液在65℃下真空浓缩到原液体体积的50%;然后将浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥获得复合果蔬粉。
实施例6
一种复合果蔬粉的制备方法,与实施例5不同的是:
所述果蔬酵素粉的制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在24℃的条件下发酵9天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在39℃的条件下进行二次发酵35天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
实施例7
一种复合果蔬粉的制备方法,与实施例5不同的是:
所述喷雾干燥的具体工艺为:进料温度为48℃,喷雾干燥器的进风温度为115℃,出风温度为55℃,高压蒸汽压力为1.0MPa。
防脱发效果评价
Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄各半,体重为200±20g,全部大鼠精神佳、有活力、毛发浓密有光泽、饮食状况佳、活动正常,均选取背部8cm×8cm面积的毛发染色作为脱毛观察区。
将60只大鼠随机分为6组,每组雌雄各半,分别为试验1-4组和对比试验1-2组。试验1-4组每日分别灌胃给予实施例1-4提供的复合果蔬粉加入4倍的温水中冲调的液体2次,每次10g/kg,并于颈后皮下注射庚酸睾酮注射液1次,每次2mg/kg(有效成分);对比试验1组每日灌胃给予生理盐水2次,每次10g/kg,并于颈后皮下注射生理盐水1次,每次1g/kg;对比试验2组每日灌胃给予生理盐水2次,每次10g/kg,并于颈后皮下注射庚酸睾酮注射液1次,每次2mg/kg(有效成分)。每组大鼠均连续按上述要求喂养8周后开始检查每日大鼠染色毛发脱落数量并记录,连续观察记录4周,结果见表1。

应用实例
本发明提供的复合果蔬粉的建议服用方法为:成年人每天服用60克,用200-250ml温水冲调后服用。
本发明提供的复合果蔬粉经多名有脱发症状的服用者服用后反映防脱发和生发的效果较佳,以下是本发明的典型应用实例:
1.李先生,37岁,脂溢性脱发,服用本发明提供的复合果蔬粉3个月,头发出油和脱发现象明显缓解;服用半年,脱发位置慢慢长出了绒毛。
2.黄女士,52岁,渐进性脱发、白发较多;服用本发明提供的复合果蔬粉2个月,脱发现象明显缓解;服用1年,头发明显变稠密、白发变少。

复合果蔬粉冲调效果评价
将实施例3和实施例4提供的复合果蔬粉分别用200ml温水冲调,实施例3提供的复合果蔬粉冲调后需充分搅拌才可均匀分散,并且存在少量结团现象,实施例4提供的复合果蔬粉在温水中搅拌数下即可均匀分散,无结团现象出现,服用口感细腻。由上述结论可知,在复合果蔬粉中添加麦芽糊精、小麦纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、卵磷脂以及海藻酸钠可以改善复合果蔬粉的分散溶解效果和饮用口感。

Claims (7)
1.一种复合果蔬粉,其特征在于,所述复合果蔬粉主要由如下重量份数的各组分制备而成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合果蔬粉,其特征在于,所述果蔬酵素粉主要由100份果蔬、0.8-1份酵母菌、0.8-1份食盐、35-40份蜂蜜、140-160份水制备而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合果蔬粉,其特征在于,所述果蔬包括重量份数比为4:4:1:1的木瓜、胡萝卜、大蒜和生姜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合果蔬粉,其特征在于,制备所述复合果蔬粉还包括5-8份麦芽糊精、2-5份小麦纤维粉、0.5-1.5份魔芋葡甘聚糖、0.2-0.6份卵磷脂以及0.2-0.6份海藻酸钠。
5.一种复合果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1.将柚子、柑橘、柠檬一起榨汁获得第一混合果汁;
S2.将石榴和葡萄一起榨汁获得第二混合果汁和果渣;
S3.将果渣粉碎,加入2-4倍的水搅拌均匀后加热至45-50℃,保温20-30min;然后在真空度为30-50kPa、功率为300-500W的条件下进行20-30min的真空微波辐射处理;再进行过滤并收集滤液;
S4.将香芋、核桃、小麦胚芽、猕猴桃、凤梨、蔓越莓和樱桃在0.06-0.08mPa的条件下真空干燥15-20min,然后粉碎获得混合粉末;
S5.将第一混合果汁、第二混合果汁、滤液、混合粉末、果蔬酵素粉以及圆苞车前子壳粉混合均匀获得混合液,然后将混合液在130-140℃下高温杀菌5-8min;
S6.将杀菌后的混合液在60-70℃下真空浓缩到原液体体积的40-60%;然后将浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥获得复合果蔬粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述果蔬酵素粉的制备工艺包括:将果蔬、酵母菌、食盐、蜂蜜和水混合后在23-25℃的条件下发酵8-10天,过滤得到酵素初液;将酵素初液在38-40℃的条件下进行二次发酵30-40天即可得到酵素原液;再将酵素原液进行真空浓缩干燥即可得到果蔬酵素粉。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥的具体工艺为:进料温度为45-50℃,喷雾干燥器的进风温度为110-120℃,出风温度为50-60℃,高压蒸汽压力为0.9-1.0MPa。
