本发明公开了一种当归的炮制方法,包括以下内容:取新鲜优质的当归,除去须根及泥沙,洗净,切成方块或丝条,晒干;然后依次通过维生素E、食醋、沙参和枇杷叶等滤液处理,最后通过传统的土炒法制得当归片;本发明与传统炮制工艺相比,方法简单,制得的当归质量稳定,同时添加维生素E并通过水浴加热浸泡,使维生素E深入当归片中,女性服用后可以延缓衰老,有效减少皱纹的产生,中老年人群服用可以改善脂质代谢,预防冠心病、动脉粥样硬化;本发明的沙参、枇杷叶等滤液,提高了当归的营养价值,能有效满足临床对中药当归饮片的需求。

一种当归的炮制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药材的炮制方法,具体涉及一种当归的炮制方法。
背景技术
当归为伞形科植物当归的干燥根,秋末采挖,除去须根及泥沙,待水分稍蒸发后,捆成小把,上棚,用烟火慢慢熏干;当归味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经,具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便的功能。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭,痛经,虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛,跌仆损伤,痈疽疮疡等。
当归的古代炮制方法有酒制、炒制、醋制、米炒、盐炒、姜汁制、制炭、泔制、土炒、黑豆汁制、吴萸制、芍药汁制等20余种,现代沿用酒制、土炒、制炭等法;生当归可分归头、归身、归尾、全归等不同商品规格;关于当归炮制的传统理论,一般认为,生当归甘温,取其润性,补血,调经,润肠通便。酒当归辛温,取其散性,又增强活血散瘀之功;炒当归苦温,取其涩性,补血而不滑肠,土炒当归,补血免致滑肠,当归炭则缓其辛烈之性,而功专于止血、和血。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种当归的炮制方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
当归的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜优质的当归,除去须根及泥沙,洗净,切成方块或丝条,晒干;
(2)将上述步骤(1)的当归放入适量的蒸馏水中,然后滴加维生素E,水浴升温至70-80℃,浸泡1-2小时后取出当归,75℃-80℃干燥半个小时,备用;
(3)将当归和适量的食醋混匀,在放入蒸箱里,一起用蒸汽蒸5-6小时,润制2-3小时,再次重复蒸、润一次,取出,冷却,然后烘干或晾干;
(4)称取沙参20-25份、枇杷叶30-40份、莲子心30-40份、砂仁6-9份,分别清洗干净放入,然后放入锅中煮沸,过滤取滤液,然后向其中加入上述步骤(2)的当归,继续煮制待汁液吸净后,微波干燥,即可;所述的滤液与当归的配比为4-6:1。
(5)将土粉置炒制容器内,用中火加热,炒至灵活状态,倒入上述步骤(5)处理后的当归片,炒至当归片上粘满细土粉时,取出,筛去土粉,摊凉。
所述的步骤(4)中的沙参22份、枇杷叶35份、莲子心35份、砂仁8份。
所述的步骤(4)中的滤液与当归的配比为5:1。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明与传统炮制工艺相比,方法简单,制得的当归质量稳定,同时添加维生素E并通过水浴加热浸泡,使维生素E深入当归片中,女性服用后可以延缓衰老,有效减少皱纹的产生,中老年人群服用可以改善脂质代谢,预防冠心病、动脉粥样硬化;本发明的沙参、枇杷叶等滤液,提高了当归的营养价值,能有效满足临床对中药当归饮片的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:当归的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜优质的当归,除去须根及泥沙,洗净,切成方块或丝条,晒干;
(2)将上述步骤(1)的当归放入适量的蒸馏水中,然后滴加维生素E,水浴升温至70-80℃,浸泡1-2小时后取出当归,75℃-80℃干燥半个小时,备用;
(3)将当归和适量的食醋混匀,在放入蒸箱里,一起用蒸汽蒸5-6小时,润制2-3小时,再次重复蒸、润一次,取出,冷却,然后烘干或晾干;

Claims (3)

1.一种当归的炮制方法,其特征在于,包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜优质的当归,除去须根及泥沙,洗净,切成方块或丝条,晒干;
(2)将上述步骤(1)的当归放入适量的蒸馏水中,然后滴加维生素E,水浴升温至70-80℃,浸泡1-2小时后取出当归,75℃-80℃干燥半个小时,备用;
(3)将当归和适量的食醋混匀,在放入蒸箱里,一起用蒸汽蒸5-6小时,润制2-3小时,再次重复蒸、润一次,取出,冷却,然后烘干或晾干;
(4)称取沙参20-25份、枇杷叶30-40份、莲子心30-40份、砂仁6-9份,分别清洗干净放入,然后放入锅中煮沸,过滤取滤液,然后向其中加入上述步骤(2)的当归,继续煮制待汁液吸净后,微波干燥,即可;所述的滤液与当归的配比为4-6:1;
(5)将土粉置炒制容器内,用中火加热,炒至灵活状态,倒入上述步骤(5)处理后的当归片,炒至当归片上粘满细土粉时,取出,筛去土粉,摊凉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的当归的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)中的沙参22份、枇杷叶35份、莲子心35份、砂仁8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的当归的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)中的滤液与当归的配比为5:1。
