本发明涉及一种制备光热转换织物的方法,该光热转换织物以织物为基体将光热纳米材料附着到织物基体的表面,包括以下步骤:将光热纳米材料分散到溶剂中,得到光热纳米材料分散液;将所述光热纳米材料分散液均匀分布到织物基体上;烘干得到光热转换织物。本发明将光热纳米材料从溶液中拓展到织物的表面,具有升温迅速、升温温度高的特点,极大地提高了应用范围,操作简单,条件温和,成本低,所得光热转换织物光热效率高,机械性能好,有望在冬季取暖、新一代太阳能自产热保温服装、新型太阳能取暖设备和新型太阳能海水淡化等领域中拥有巨大应用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于光热转换织物制备的技术领域,特别是涉及一种制备光热转换织物的方法。
背景技术
光热纳米材料能够在光照下高效产生热能,是一种新型功能性纳米材料,主要包含四大类,分别是有机纳米材料、金属基纳米材料、碳基纳米材料、半导体纳米材料。光热纳米材料目前主要被用作一种癌症诊疗试剂,并在这一领域中得到广泛研究(Adv.Mater.2011,23,3542-3547;Adv.Mater.2013,25:2095-2100;Adv.Mater.2016,28:245-253.)。作为一种癌症诊疗试剂,光热纳米材料常常需要被分散在水或生物质溶液中,所产生的热量也仅仅局限于溶液中,另一方面,作为介质,水的热导率较高,使得光热纳米材料在溶液中所能达到的温度有限、升温速度缓慢,这两点使得光热纳米材料很难在其他领域中得到应用,成为了限制光热纳米材料应用领域的最主要因素。
当光热纳米材料与固体基体材料相结合时(例如:制备光热转换织物),光热纳米材料所产生的热量将集中于光热转换织物的受光面,由于织物的热导率较水而言相对较低,光热转换织物的升温速度更快、所能达到的最高温度更高。而且,传统的织物已经在生活中的方方面面得到非常广泛的应用,光热转换织物所产生的热量能够在现实生活中直接用于取暖,这对新一代太阳能取暖设备和新型太阳能资产热保温服等领域具有巨大的潜在价值。此外,将光热转换织物放于海水表面,光热转换织物能够将太阳能高效转换为热量并集中在水的表面,大大加速水的蒸发,这对于太阳能海水淡化等领域拥有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备光热转换织物的方法,操作简单,条件温和,成本低,所得光热转换织物光热效率高、机械性能好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种制备光热转换织物的方法,该光热转换织物以织物为基体将光热纳米材料附着到织物基体的表面,包括以下步骤:
(1)将光热纳米材料分散到溶剂中,得到光热纳米材料分散液;
(2)将所述光热纳米材料分散液均匀分布到织物基体上;
(3)烘干得到光热转换织物。
所述步骤(1)中所制备光热纳米材料分散液的浓度为0.01~20mg/mL。
所述步骤(3)中烘干温度为40~200℃,烘干时间为0.1~6h。
所述步骤(1)中的光热纳米材料通过溶液法或者固相法合成获得。
所述光热纳米材料为金属纳米颗粒、碳纳米材料、有机光热材料和半导体光热纳米材料中的一种或者多种。
所述金属纳米颗粒为金纳米颗粒、钯纳米颗粒、铂纳米颗粒或者铝纳米颗粒,所述碳纳米材料为碳黑、碳粉、多孔碳、碳纳米管、石墨烯或者富勒烯,所述有机光热材料包括聚吡咯、聚噻吩、聚苯胺、聚多巴胺、吲哚菁绿或者普鲁士蓝,所述半导体光热纳米材料包括硫化铜、硒化铜、硫化铋、硒化铋、硫化钨、氧化钨、二氧化钛、三氧化二钛、硫化铁或者硫化钼。
所述步骤(1)中的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、四氯化碳、N-甲基吗啉氧化物、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。
所述织物基体为天然纤维、再生纤维素纤维和化学纤维中的一种或者多种制成的针织织物、机织织物或者非织物。
所述天然纤维为棉、麻、丝、毛或者纸浆,所述再生纤维素纤维为Lyocell纤维、Modal纤维、竹纤维、甲壳素纤维或者铜氨纤维,所述化学纤维为涤纶、氨纶、腈纶、锦纶、维纶或者丙纶。
所述非织物为无纺布。
有益效果
第一,本发明具有操作简单、条件温和、成本低的特点,所得光热转换织物光热效率高、机械性能好;
第二,本发明将光热纳米材料从溶液中拓展到织物的表面,光热转换织物能将所产生的热量集中在受光面,具有升温迅速、升温温度高的特点,极大地提高了应用范围,使得光热纳米材料所产生的热量能够直接用于取暖,拓展了光热纳米材料的应用领域,有望节约冬季取暖产生的能源消耗,在新一代太阳能自产热保温服装、新型太阳能取暖设备和新型太阳能海水淡化等领域中拥有巨大应用价值。

将0.5mL苯胺单体加入0.5mL乙醇中得到混合溶液,再将该混合溶液滴入含有45mL水、5mL浓盐酸(HCl质量百分比:~36%)和1.141g过硫酸铵的烧杯中,搅拌30s后放入6℃冰箱中,静置24h后使用砂芯漏斗和0.45μm聚偏氟乙烯滤膜对样品进行减压抽滤和洗涤,得到产物聚苯胺。
将抽滤后的聚苯胺重新溶解到乙醇中,配成8mg/mL的乙醇分散液。将5mL分散液多次、均匀地滴到10×10cm的棉布上,在60℃的烘箱中烘干0.5h,干燥后即得聚苯胺/棉光热转换织物。在光强为0.6W/cm2的氙灯模拟器的照射下,聚苯胺/棉光热转换织物的升温曲线由图1所示。
实施例2
在50mL的聚四氟乙烯水热釜内胆中,分别加入40mL去离子水、1g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K-30)、0.08525g二水合氯化铜和0.6mL硫化铵水溶液(硫元素质量百分比:~8%),搅拌30min后,放入铁质水热釜外壳中,在180℃的烘箱中反应12h,之后在10000rpm下离心洗涤得到产物硫化铜纳米片。
将硫化铜纳米片重新分散到水溶液中,配成2mg/mL的水溶液。将10mL硫化铜水分散液多次、均匀地滴到5×5cm的无尘纸上,在80℃的烘箱中烘干1h,干燥后即得硫化铜/无尘纸光热转换织物。在光强为0.6W/cm2的氙灯模拟器的照射下,硫化铜/无尘纸光热转换织物的升温曲线由图2所示。
实施例3
将0.5g商品氧化石墨烯分散于50mL去离子水中得到10mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水分散液,将其转移至圆底烧瓶中,在油浴中加热至90℃,加入1mL水合肼水溶液(水合肼质量百分比:50%),加热回流1.5h后,在6000rpm下离心洗涤得到产物石墨烯。
将所得产物石墨烯重新分散至乙醇溶液中,并配成1mg/mL的乙醇分散液。将20mL石墨烯乙醇分散液分多次、均匀地滴在5×5cm的涤纶布上,在60℃的烘箱中烘干0.5h,干燥后得到石墨烯/涤纶光热转换织物。在光强为0.6W/cm2的氙灯模拟器的照射下,石墨烯/涤纶光热转换织物的升温曲线由图3所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种制备光热转换织物的方法,该光热转换织物以织物为基体将光热纳米材料附着到织物基体的表面,包括以下步骤:
(1)将光热纳米材料分散到溶剂中,得到光热纳米材料分散液;
(2)将所述光热纳米材料分散液均匀分布到织物基体上;
(3)烘干得到光热转换织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中所制备光热纳米材料分散液的浓度为0.01~20mg/mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中烘干温度为40~200℃,烘干时间为0.1~6h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的光热纳米材料通过溶液法或者固相法合成获得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述光热纳米材料为金属纳米颗粒、碳纳米材料、有机光热材料和半导体光热纳米材料中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述金属纳米颗粒为金纳米颗粒、钯纳米颗粒、铂纳米颗粒或者铝纳米颗粒,所述碳纳米材料为碳黑、碳粉、多孔碳、碳纳米管、石墨烯或者富勒烯,所述有机光热材料包括聚吡咯、聚噻吩、聚苯胺、聚多巴胺、吲哚菁绿或者普鲁士蓝,所述半导体光热纳米材料包括硫化铜、硒化铜、硫化铋、硒化铋、硫化钨、氧化钨、二氧化钛、三氧化二钛、硫化铁或者硫化钼。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、四氯化碳、N-甲基吗啉氧化物、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述织物基体为天然纤维、再生纤维素纤维和化学纤维中的一种或者多种制成的针织织物、机织织物或者非织物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述天然纤维为棉、麻、丝、毛或者纸浆,所述再生纤维素纤维为Lyocell纤维、Modal纤维、竹纤维、甲壳素纤维或者铜氨纤维,所述化学纤维为涤纶、氨纶、腈纶、锦纶、维纶或者丙纶。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种制备光热转换织物的方法,其特征在于:所述非织物为无纺布。
