本发明公开了一种养生酒的制备方法,按重量百分比计包括:刺梨酒90%、枣子酒10%,将上述刺梨酒、枣子酒按配比混合制得养生酒。通过上述方式,本发明制作工艺简单,具有增强免疫力、助消化、健脾益胃、补充胶原蛋白、美容养颜的功效。

背景技术
果酒是用水果本身的糖分被酵母菌发酵成为酒精的酒,含有水果的风味与酒精。
如今民间的家庭时常会自酿一些水果酒来饮用。如李子酒,葡萄酒等等。现有的果酒养生功效不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种养生酒,制作工艺简单,具有增强免疫力、助消化、健脾益胃、补充胶原蛋白、美容养颜的功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种养生酒,按重量百分比计包括:刺梨酒90%、红枣酒10%;
所述刺梨酒是在300克大约20度的白酒中加入下列重量份的材料而制成:鲜野生刺梨50克、枸杞5克、银杏5克、麦芽10克、浸泡20天,滤渣制得刺梨酒;
所述草莓酒是在300克大约20度的白酒中加入下列重量份的材料而制成:干红枣50克、山楂8克、乌梅5克、陈皮5克,浸泡20天,滤渣制得红枣酒;
将上述刺梨酒、红枣酒按配比混合制得果酒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明果酒,制作工艺简单,具有增强免疫力、助消化、健脾益胃、补充胶原蛋白、美容养颜的功效。

所述草莓酒是在300克大约20度的白酒中加入下列重量份的材料而制成:干红枣50克、山楂8克、乌梅5克、陈皮5克,浸泡20天,滤渣制得红枣滔;
将上述葡萄酒、草莓酒按配比混合制得果酒。

1.一种养生酒的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量百分比计包括:刺梨酒30%、柿子酒30%、草莓酒40%;
所述刺梨酒是在300克大约20度的白酒中加入下列重量份的材料而制成:鲜野生刺梨50克、枸杞5克、银杏5克、麦芽10克、浸泡20天,滤渣制得刺梨酒;
所述草莓酒是在300克大约20度的白酒中加入下列重量份的材料而制成:干红枣50克、山楂8克、乌梅5克、陈皮5克,浸泡20天,滤渣制得红枣酒;
将上述刺梨酒、枣子酒按配比混合制得养生酒。
