背景技术
虾蛄学名叫管虾,也叫琴虾或赖尿虾。虾目蟹足,状如蜈蚣,触角两对,第一对较长,呈镰刀状,体苍灰色,尾节红色。大者长及尺,小者两三寸。虾蛄味道鲜美,价格低廉,或油炸、或清蒸,或生煮,多种吃法,各具风味。唯有吃法,内陆人望而生畏,不敢问津,饶平人却无论男女老少,都吃得津津有味。那就是把刚从海中捕到的活生生的虾蛄,用盐腌一两天,取来便吃。饶平人喜欢用这种咸虾蛄来送番薯粥,其味无穷,恰到好处。若將之配以酒食,實乃人間之美味,为沿海群众喜爱的水产品。现在也成为沿海城市宾馆饭店餐桌上受欢迎的佳肴。
因为虾蛄的食性是以动物性为主的杂食性,因此,通常的水产品种也都能食。常用的饵料品种为小杂鱼、虾、贝等,但以鲜活的鸭嘴蛤为佳,可减少底质污染。投饵需均匀,并在每天黄昏投饵较适宜。若投喂大型的鱼虾或厚壳的贝类时,需预先把食品切小或破壳。
投饵量以其摄食率为依据,并随其个体大小及其生理情况、水温高低、气象情况、饵料品种及新鲜程度、水质好坏等恰当调整。体长在7厘米以前,投饵量为虾蛄总重量的21%—40%;体长为8—11厘米,投饵量为其总重量的11%—20%;体长在12厘米以上,投饵量为其总重量的10%左右。
水温变革对虾蛄生长的影响,主要是经过水温对其摄食量的影响而实现的。水温低于15℃或高于32℃,摄食量显然减少,生长也显然减速,需减少投饵量。若在春夏季的滋生季节,因生殖活动虾蛄摄食量也大大减少,也需下降投饵量。另外,虾蛄不喜欢摄食不新鲜的饵料,同时也极易污染水质与底质,应尽量少投。

提高琵琶虾免疫的免疫增强剂,另优选由以下原料及其重量份数组成:大青叶12份、夏枯草10份、党参15份、栀子14份、芳樟醇2份、野菊花17份、氮酮8份、黄芪14份、决明子15份、板蓝根7份、黄连16份、蒲公英1份。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述提高琵琶虾免疫的免疫增强剂的制备方法,具体过程如下所述:
(1)按照配比称取大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花,将大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花洗净,沥干水,捣碎,加入重量份数为大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花重量份数的10倍的纯化水,70-80℃浸泡4-6h,过滤得水浸液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浸泡液加热至沸腾后煮沸20-30min,分离取出煎出液,继续向药材内加入5份的纯化水,加热至沸腾后继续煮沸20-30min,合并两次煎出液即为提取液;
(3)按照配比分别称取黄芪、决明子,装入球磨机研磨2h,过50目筛,得研磨粉;
(4)将步骤(2)得到的提取液及步骤(3)得到的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;
(5)将板蓝根、黄连、蒲公英分别粉碎,并过50目筛;
(6)按照配比分别称取芳樟醇、氮酮、板蓝根、黄连、蒲公英,并与步骤(4)所得的萃取液混合均匀,即得目标物。
用法用量:将本发明的提高琵琶虾免疫的免疫增强剂与市售基础饲料以1:30-1:10的重量比混合均匀后投喂,优选地,本发明的提高琵琶虾免疫的免疫增强剂与市售基础饲料的重量比为1:20。
制备方法中,将大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花捣碎后在70-80℃浸泡4-6h的目的是有利于将大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花的有效成分充分煎出,提高各原料组分的利用率;煎煮可以改变药物的刺激性作用,较温和的作用于琵琶虾,促进琵琶虾对药物的吸收;将黄芪、决明子、板蓝根、黄连、蒲公英研磨的目的是可以使药材中的有效成分在后续萃取步骤更充分的析出;超临界萃取的作用是可以最大限度的保留本发明中各组分的有效成分,并有利于发挥各组分之间的协同作用。

制备方法,具体过程如下所述:
(1)按照配比称取大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花,将大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花洗净,沥干水,捣碎,加入重量份数为大青叶、夏枯草、党参、栀子、野菊花重量份数的10倍的纯化水,70-80℃浸泡4-6h,过滤得水浸液;
