Abstract

本发明提供一种能缓解集中到连接部的应力的接地用端子零件。接地用端子零件具有用螺栓紧固到接地部位(40)的螺栓紧固部(11)和与电线(30)的末端部连接的电线连接部(12),所述螺栓紧固部(11)和所述电线连接部(12)的底板部(18)对齐地配置,在所述螺栓紧固部(11)中的供螺栓(41)插通的螺栓插通孔(14)的周围设有向所述接地部位(40)侧突出的突部(21)。根据此结构,由于不必将连接螺栓紧固部(11)和电线连接部(12)的连接部(13)形成为折弯的形状,所以能缓解应力集中到连接部(13)。

技术领域
本发明涉及接地用端子零件。
背景技术
以前,已知有一种接地用端子零件,与电线的末端部连接并通过螺栓紧固而连接到规定的接地部位。该接地用端子零件具有用螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部。
并且,在接地用端子零件上,为了防止水从被连接的电线的末端部浸入到电线内部,例如如下面专利文献1记载,已知有将电线与接地用端子零件的连接部位用热收缩管等防水部件覆盖。此时,为了使电线连接部从接地部位浮起而确保供防水部件进入的空间,需要形成为将连接螺栓紧固部和电线连接部的连接部折弯的形状。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,由于将螺栓紧固部和电线连接部连接的连接部相比于其他部位宽度尺寸小,所以因振动等而产生的力容易集中作用于连接部,因为上述的理由将这样的连接部形成为折弯的形状,使应力集中变得显著。由于这样的应力集中长期地持续,会使强度逐渐降低,甚至导致连接部破损,所以希望采取对策。
本发明是基于如上述的实情而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能缓解应力集中到连接部的接地用端子零件。
用于解决课题的单元
本发明的接地用端子零件具有用螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部,所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部的底板部对齐地配置,在所述螺栓紧固部中的供所述螺栓插通的螺栓插通孔的周围设有向所述接地部位侧突出的突部,所述突部的突出尺寸设定为比对所述电线的末端部进行防水的防水部件向所述接地部位侧突出的尺寸,所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线的连接部与所述螺栓紧固部的外缘部无台阶地连续,所述螺栓紧固部中位于所述接地部位相反侧的面形成有凹部,该凹部具有螺栓的宽度尺寸以上的宽度尺寸。
发明效果
根据本发明,通过设于螺栓插通孔周围的突部与接地部位抵接,使得电线连接部从接地部位浮起,在电线连接部的下侧空出防水部件用空间,因此不必将连接螺栓紧固部和电线连接部的连接部形成为折弯的形状,由此能缓解应力集中到连接部。

具体实施方式
下面示出本发明的优选方式。
本发明的接地用端子零件也可以是所述突部形成为在所述螺栓插通孔的整个周向连续设置的环状。根据这样的构成,因为突部的强度高,所以能良好地接地。
<实施例>
以下,参照图1-图6详细地说明将本发明具体化的一个实施例。
本实施例中的接地用端子零件10是与电线30的末端部连接并通过螺栓紧固而连接到例如汽车的车身中规定的接地部位40,从而接地的端子零件。以下,在各构成部件中,将图1的左跟前侧作为前侧,将右进深侧作为后侧,将上侧作为上方,将下侧作为下方而进行说明。
接地用端子零件10通过对金属板材进行冲压加工而形成,并具有螺栓紧固到接地部位40的螺栓紧固部11和连接到电线30的末端部的电线连接部12,螺栓紧固部11和电线连接部12借由连接部13而连接成一体。
螺栓紧固部11的整体呈大致圆形的平板状,在其中心部贯通形成有供螺栓41插通的大致圆形状的螺栓插通孔14。在螺栓紧固部11一体形成有止转部15,作为防止随转的单元。止转部15形成为在从螺栓紧固部11的外周缘向径向外侧水平(与螺栓紧固部11的板面大致平行)地延伸后,向下侧以及前侧折弯的形状。如图5所示,该止转部15的顶端插入到设于接地部位40的槽部42,使螺栓紧固部11止转。
电线连接部12具有芯线压接部16和包覆压接部17,芯线压接部16压接于电线30的芯线31,包覆压接部17压接于绝缘包覆32。芯线压接部16和包覆压接部17具备分别从底板部18的两侧缘向上方突出的一对芯线压接片16A以及包覆压接片17A。电线连接部12的底板部18以宽度方向上的大致中心最下降且两侧缘上升的方式弯曲。芯线压接片16A和包覆压接片17A以将载置于底板部18的电线30的芯线31和绝缘包覆32分别包覆的方式铆接。
螺栓紧固部11和电线连接部12的底板部18对齐地配置(参照图4)。在宽度方向上的连接部13的大致中心形成为从前端到后端大致水平(与螺栓紧固部11的板面大致平行),并形成为在上下方向上没有台阶的形状。连接部13的前端部与螺栓紧固部11无台阶地连接,连接部13的后端部与芯线压接部16无台阶地连接。
在连接部13的两个侧缘部设有加强部19,加强部19以向上方立起的方式折弯而形成。如图3所示,加强部19向上方的突出尺寸随着从前端到后端而逐渐地增加,其上端面形成为后端上升地倾斜。加强部19的后端与芯线压接部16上的底板部18的弯曲部分连接。另外,如图2所示,连接部13的宽度尺寸设定为在俯视时在前后方向上大致恒定。
并且,在螺栓紧固部11的中心部设有向下侧(接地部位40侧)突出的突部21。突部21在螺栓插通孔14的周围形成,并形成为在螺栓插通孔14的整个周向连续设置的环状。突部21通过使螺栓插通孔14的周缘部向下侧凹陷而形成,在突部21的上侧形成有凹部22。如图5所示,凹部22具有与垫片43的外径尺寸相等的宽度尺寸和与垫片43的厚度尺寸相等的凹陷尺寸,垫片43的整体被收纳于凹部22。
如图2所示,突部21在整个周向具有恒定的宽度尺寸(径向上的尺寸),在俯视时呈圆环状。如图5所示,突部21的突出尺寸设定为与防水部件33的厚度尺寸相等或者稍大的尺寸。突部21的突出尺寸形成为在整个周向大致恒定。突部21的突出面(下表面)形成为整体没有凹凸的平坦的面,成为其整体与接地部位40抵接的状态。
防水部件33以在将接地用端子零件10压接于电线30后,将接地用端子零件10和电线30的连接部位整体包围的方式形成。防水部件33将遍及从电线30的绝缘包覆32的端部到电线连接部12(包覆压接部17以及芯线压接部16)的整体、露出的芯线31的整体、连接部13的大致整体的部分进行覆盖,由此对电线30的端部进行防水。
如图5所示,作为防水部件33,也可以覆盖内周面涂布有粘合剂(未予图示)的热收缩管。热收缩管在覆盖了接地用端子零件10和电线30的连接部位后,以规定的温度进行加热而收缩,并通过粘合剂而紧贴在接地用端子零件10以及电线30。
另外,如图6所示,作为防水部件33,也可以采用被模塑树脂包围的部件。模塑树脂通过将接地用端子零件10和电线30的连接部位设于注塑成形用模具(未予图示),将已熔融树脂注入到该模具内而成形。模塑树脂与接地用端子零件10和电线30的连接部位的整体无间隙地紧贴。
接着,说明如上述构成的实施例的作用以及效果。
本实施例的接地用端子零件10具有用螺栓41紧固到接地部位40的螺栓紧固部11和与电线30的末端部连接的电线连接部12,螺栓紧固部11和电线连接部12的底板部18对齐地配置,在螺栓紧固部11中的供螺栓41插通的螺栓插通孔14的周围设有向接地部位40侧突出的突部21。
根据此结构,设于螺栓插通孔14的周围的突部21与接地部位40抵接,从而使电线连接部12从接地部位40浮起,电线连接部12的下侧空出防水部件33用空间,因此也可以不必将连接螺栓紧固部11和电线连接部12的连接部13形成为折弯的形状,以此能缓解应力集中到连接部13。
另外,突部21形成为在螺栓插通孔14的整个周向连续设置的环状。根据此结构,由于突部21的强度高,所以能良好地接地。
<其他实施例>
本发明不限定为根据上述描述以及附图进行说明的实施例,例如以下的实施例也被包括在本发明的技术范围内。
(1)在上述实施例中,突部21形成为在螺栓插通孔14的整个周向连续设置的环状,但不限于此,突部也可以形成为例如在螺栓插通孔的周围沿圆周方向隔着规定的间隔而设置多个。
(2)在上述实施例中,突部21在俯视时呈圆环状,但不限于此,突部也可以形成为例如在俯视时呈方形状。
(3)在上述实施例中,作为防水部件33举例示出了热收缩管以及模塑树脂,但不限于此,能采用各种防水部件。

Claims (2)

1.一种接地用端子零件,其中,
具有用螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部,
所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部的底板部对齐地配置,
在所述螺栓紧固部中的供螺栓插通的螺栓插通孔的周围设有向所述接地部位侧突出的突部,
所述突部的突出尺寸设定为与对所述电线的末端部进行防水的防水部件的厚度尺寸相等或者稍大的尺寸,
所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线的连接部与所述螺栓紧固部的外缘部无台阶地连续,
所述螺栓紧固部中位于所述接地部位相反侧的面形成有凹部,该凹部具有大于螺栓的宽度尺寸的宽度尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
所述突部形成为在所述螺栓插通孔的整个周向连续设置的环状。
