Abstract

本发明提供了一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,将酸性染料染色后的织物用冷水洗后,置于无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡,取出经热水洗1道、冷水洗2道后,再置于中和整理液中浸轧,汽蒸,冷水洗2道,烘干出布;无甲醛固色整理液是20‑30wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;中和整理液是15‑25wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。采用本发明的固色工艺固色后织物的皂洗牢度可达到4级,干摩擦牢度达到4级,湿摩擦牢度可达到3‑4级,酸碱汗渍牢度也可以达到4级左右,且织物手感较好。

一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于织物固色处理技术领域,具体涉及一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对纺织品的需求量也越来越大,对纺织品的要求也越来越高。锦纶、丝、毛及混纺纺织品的酸性染料染色产品色牢固普遍较差,工厂大量使用酸性染料固色剂来提高其色牢度,但是使用的酸性染料固色剂大多含有甲醛,进口的酸性染料固色剂大多也含有一定量的甲醛。国内在对环保型高效的酸性染料用固色剂的研究还较少,进展缓慢,仍然存在很多问题,仍须增加对提高湿处理牢度尤其是湿摩擦牢度的研究。因此,酸性染料湿摩擦牢度等色牢度指标还需要开发新的酸性染料固色剂来进一步提高。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺。
技术方案: 一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,将酸性染料染色后的织物用冷水洗后,置于无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡,取出经热水洗1道、冷水洗2道后,再置于中和整理液中浸轧,汽蒸,冷水洗2道,烘干出布;
无甲醛固色整理液是20-30wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;
中和整理液是15-25wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
进一步地,织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为70-85℃、20-30min。
进一步地,热水洗是60-80℃热水洗。
进一步地,无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为4-6:4-7:5-9,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的15-30%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的2-4%;加热温度为70-80℃、反应时间为1-2h。
进一步地,无甲醛固色整理液的pH为3.5-4.5。
进一步地,所述中和剂中以重量份计包括:月桂酸单甘油酯2-5份,海藻酸钠0.8-1.2份,焦磷酸钠1-4份,大豆卵磷脂0.5-1.5份和小苏打0.2-0.6份。
有益效果:采用本发明的固色工艺固色后织物的皂洗牢度可达到4级,干摩擦牢度达到4级,湿摩擦牢度可达到3-4级,酸碱汗渍牢度也可以达到4级左右,且织物手感较好。

实施例1
一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,将酸性染料染色后的织物用冷水洗后,置于无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡,取出经热水洗1道、冷水洗2道后,再置于中和整理液中浸轧,汽蒸,冷水洗2道,烘干出布;
无甲醛固色整理液是20wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;
中和整理液是15wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
其中,织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为70℃、30min;热水洗是60℃热水洗;无甲醛固色整理液的pH为3.5。
无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为4:4:5,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的15%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的2%;加热温度为70℃、反应时间为2h。
中和剂中以重量份计包括:月桂酸单甘油酯2份,海藻酸钠0.8份,焦磷酸钠1份,大豆卵磷脂0.5份和小苏打0.2份。

中和整理液是17wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
其中,织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为80℃、20min;热水洗是70℃热水洗;无甲醛固色整理液的pH为4。
无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为5:6:7,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的18%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的2.5%;加热温度为75℃、反应时间为1.5h。
中和剂中以重量份计包括:月桂酸单甘油酯4份,海藻酸钠1.1份,焦磷酸钠3份,大豆卵磷脂0.8份和小苏打0.4份。
实施例3
一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,将酸性染料染色后的织物用冷水洗后,置于无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡,取出经热水洗1道、冷水洗2道后,再置于中和整理液中浸轧,汽蒸,冷水洗2道,烘干出布;
无甲醛固色整理液是26wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;
中和整理液是21wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
其中,织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为85℃、30min;热水洗是80℃热水洗;无甲醛固色整理液的pH为4.5。
无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为6:7:9,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的30%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的4%;加热温度为80℃、反应时间为1h。
中和剂中以重量份计包括:月桂酸单甘油酯5份,海藻酸钠1.2份,焦磷酸钠4份,大豆卵磷脂1.5份和小苏打0.6份。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:中和剂中不添加小苏打。

无甲醛固色整理液是25wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;
中和整理液是17wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
其中,织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为80℃、20min;热水洗是70℃热水洗;无甲醛固色整理液的pH为4。
无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为5:6:7,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的18%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的2.5%;加热温度为75℃、反应时间为1.5h。
中和剂中以重量份计包括:月桂酸单甘油酯4份,海藻酸钠1.1份,焦磷酸钠3份,大豆卵磷脂0.8份。
将实施例1至4所得织物进行固色效果测试,结果如下:

手感
由上表可知,采用本发明的固色工艺固色后织物的皂洗牢度可达到4级,干摩擦牢度达到4级,湿摩擦牢度可达到3-4级,酸碱汗渍牢度也可以达到4级左右,且织物手感较好。实施例4中,由于未在中和剂中加入小苏打,导致织物固色效果下降,这可能是因为小苏打可以促进固色剂和纤维的吸附,是纤维表面的染料向纤维内部进一步扩散,不易在水中溶出,从而提高固色效果。

1.一种无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,其特征在于:将酸性染料染色后的织物用冷水洗后,置于无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡,取出经热水洗1道、冷水洗2道后,再置于中和整理液中浸轧,汽蒸,冷水洗2道,烘干出布;
无甲醛固色整理液是20-30wt%无甲醛固色剂的水溶液,无甲醛固色剂是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制成;
中和整理液是15-25wt%中和剂的水溶液,中和剂是月桂酸单甘油酯、海藻酸钠、焦磷酸钠、大豆卵磷脂和小苏打的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,其特征在于:织物在无甲醛固色整理液中浸泡条件为70-85℃、20-30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,其特征在于:热水洗是60-80℃热水洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛固色剂的固色工艺,其特征在于:无甲醛固色剂的制备方法是先将水和乳化剂混合,再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,分散后加入引发剂,加热进行聚合反应;其中,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为4-6:4-7:5-9,乳化剂的重量是丙烯酸重量的15-30%,引发剂是丙烯酸重量的2-4%;加热温度为70-80℃、反应时间为1-2h。
