技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品。
背景技术
高血脂、高血压是现在的流行病,降血脂降血压因此成为一个热门话题,很多人选择了保健品,比如深海鱼油就很受欢迎,一些人(包括一些医生),都曾经很“崇拜”其降脂效果,但深海鱼油在我国很昂贵。血浆胆固醇和甘油三脂水平的升高(也就是高血脂症),可直接导致动脉粥样硬化、心绞痛、心肌梗死和脑血栓、脑动脉硬化等症。注意科学饮食,少食高脂肪和高糖食物是降血脂的有效措施。
能够降低血脂的食物应该具备以下条件:
一、食物中所含的脂类物质胆固醇、脂肪在其中所占的比例较小;
二、食物中所含的食用纤维素含量占的比例要比较大;
三、食物中总热量相对较少。根据以上条件,在保证总热量摄入不过量的前提下,可选择以下植物性食物:蔬菜、水果、豆类食物、燕麦麸(糠)、玉米外皮。
也可选择下列动物性食品:海蛰、牛乳(鲜)、酸奶、脱脂牛奶粉、海参(鲜)、牛蹄筋(熟)、猪蹄(熟)、蛤蜊、牛肉(瘦)、猪肉(瘦)、羊肉(瘦)、兔肉、带鱼、蛇肉、鸡肉松、盐水鸭、田鸡、鲤鱼、草鱼、大黄鱼、鲢鱼等。
高脂血症患者适宜的烹饪方法:炖、煨、蒸、煮、熬、凉拌。不宜采用的烹饪方法有:焖、炒、炸、烧。
如果身体仅是尿酸高,那么可以通过以下途径调理:
1.多喝水,每日保持1500~3000毫升,少量多次,以促进尿酸排出。
2.禁酒,酒精易使体内乳酸堆积,对尿酸排出有抑制作用,易诱发痛风;所以需要严格戒酒,而啤酒加海鲜绝对禁止。因为酒精在氧化过程中,会产生一些物质,使尿酸增高。海鲜含嘌呤和蛋白质,大量摄入蛋白质会使我们人体处于一种微酸的环境,这样会促进尿酸结晶的形成;另外,短期大量摄入海鲜,大量的嘌呤会使尿酸急剧升高。
3.避免大量进食高嘌呤食物,像花生,牛肉,猪肉,海鲜,如动物的内脏、沙丁鱼、金枪鱼,豆类及发酵食物等;鱼虾类、鲜肉、豌豆、菠菜、酒等!避免吃炖肉或卤肉。高尿酸患者一定要注意饮食,以下为比较合适高尿酸患者的食物。(1)主食类:米、麦、面类制品、淀粉、高粱、通心粉、马铃薯、甘薯、山芋等。(2)奶类:牛奶、乳酪、冰琪琳等。(3)荤食:蛋类以及猪血、鸡鸭血等。(4)蔬菜类:大部分蔬菜均属低嘌呤食物。
但是现有的保健食品中只能单独的降血压血脂或者降尿酸,不能同时对血压、血脂和尿酸进行降低,因此,需要开发一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品。

为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品,以质量份计,包括以下组份:圆苞车前子壳1-10份、红糙米1-5份、紫米1-5份、玉米1-5份、燕麦1-5份、大豆1-5份、糯米1-5份、苦荞1-5份、抗性糊精1-5份、木糖醇1-5份。
以质量份计,该食品包括以下组份:圆苞车前子壳5份、红糙米3份、紫米3份、玉米3份、燕麦3份、大豆3份、糯米3份、苦荞3份、抗性糊精3份、木糖醇3份。
该食品的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、粉糊冲饮茶中的一种。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品具有减压、降低糖尿病患者的血糖,减少并发症的辅助作用,属于高血压、糖尿病、高尿酸血症患者的健康食品。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
以质量份计,该食品包括以下组份:圆苞车前子壳5份、红糙米3份、紫米3份、玉米3份、燕麦3份、大豆3份、糯米3份、苦荞3份、抗性糊精3份、木糖醇3份。该食品的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、粉糊冲饮茶中的一种。
圆苞车前子壳原产地是伊朗和印度,经研究圆苞车前子壳中的膳食纤维质极为丰富。膳食纤维(Dietaryfiber)属多醣类,广泛存在于植物性食品中。就其分子结构来看,是高分子化合物,具有不能被消化酵素分解的特性,适量摄食,可以维持肠道蠕动、促进废物排出。
大量的数据显示,纤维不仅可以预防肠胃疾病,而且还可预防一些致命的疾病,研究报告指出,如膳食中缺少纤维质,将增长食物残渣停留在肠道的时间,而增加致癌因子的生成及其与肠壁粘膜的接触时间,易引致大肠癌或其他病变的罹患机会,反之,如有适量纤维质存在,可能改变肠内微生物的种类及数目,另因纤维之吸收保水性而降低致癌物或有害物质之浓度,及因促进肠道蠕动,加速其排出,减少与肠壁粘膜接触的时间,而可预防或降低大肠炎等肠道疾患之罹患率。
一项发表于美国临床营养期刊发现洋车前子也能够降低胆固醇,对于降低心脏病风险具有临床上的意义。
圆苞车前子壳的膳食纤维,已证实有下列功效:
一、使肠内细菌正常:促进肠蠕动、帮助排便、减少便秘的发生,促使腹压正常、改善静脉异常,还可减少有害菌生成、降低大肠癌的罹患率。
二、具吸水、保水及膨润效果:增加排便量,使肠管内压正常、减少憩室病、痔疮、瘜肉的发生。
三、调节养分吸收:服用洋车前种皮粉,除了可增加饱足感,减少食量,进而控制体重之外,亦可减少醣类吸收,调整血糖值、减少饥饿感、强化对糖尿病情的控制。甚至,还有减少中性脂肪的吸收、降低心脏病罹患率的功能。
四、促进唾液分泌:使口气清新,并减少龋齿的发生。

一种具有降血压降血脂降尿酸的食品,以质量份计,包括以下组份:圆苞车前子壳10份、红糙米5份、紫米5份、玉米1份、燕麦1份、大豆1份、糯米1份、苦荞1份、抗性糊精1份、木糖醇1份。该食品的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、粉糊冲饮茶中的一种。
吃红糙米对于糖尿病患者和肥胖者特别有益。因为其中的碳水化合物被粗纤维组织所包裹,人体消化吸收速度较慢,因而能很好地控制血糖;同时,红糙米的微量元素有利于提高胰岛素的敏感性,对糖耐量受损的人很有帮助。日本研究证明,红糙米饭的血糖指数比白米饭低得多,在吃同样数量时具有更好的饱腹感,有利于控制食量,从而帮助肥胖者减肥。
紫米是水稻的一个品种,属于糯米类,仅湖南、四川、贵州、云南陕西等有少量栽培,是较珍贵的水稻品种,分紫粳、紫糯两种。紫米颗粒均匀,颜色紫黑,食味香甜,甜而不腻。紫米是水稻中的一种,因碾出的米粒细长呈紫色,故名。紫米富含纯天然营养色素和色氨酸,下水清洗或浸泡会出现掉色现象(营养流失),因此不宜用力搓洗,浸泡后的水请同紫米一起蒸煮食用,不要倒掉。紫米味甘、性温;有益气补血、暖胃健脾、滋补肝肾、缩小便、止咳喘等作用。
玉米虽然营养价值低于其他谷物,但是玉米里面可以提出异麦芽低聚糖,异麦芽低聚糖是益生元里最优异的,益生元是益生菌的粮食,对人体的益生菌繁殖有着密切的关系,从而对肠道菌群达到平衡状态,使得肠道健康。玉米的代谢能为14.06MJ/kg,高者可达15.06MJ/kg,是谷实类饲料中最高的。这主要由于玉米中粗纤维很少,仅2%;而无氮浸出物高达72%,且消化率可达90%;另一方面,玉米的粗脂肪含量高,在3.5%至4.5%之间。据研究测定,每100克玉米含热量106千卡,纤维素2.9克,蛋白质4.0克,脂肪1.2克,碳水化合物22.8克,另含矿物质元素和维生素等。玉米中含有的粗纤维,比精米、精面高4-10倍。玉米中还含有大量镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。玉米上述的成份与功能,对于减肥非常有利。玉米成熟时的花穗玉米须,有利尿作用,也对减肥有利。玉米可煮汤代茶饮,也可粉碎后制作成玉米粉、玉米糕饼等。膨化后的玉米花体积很大,食后可消除肥胖人的饥饿感,但食后含热量很低,也是减肥的代用品之一。
负责这项研究的德国著名营养学家拉赫曼教授指出,在当今被证实的最有效的50多种营养保健物质中,玉米含有7种———钙、谷胱甘肽、维生素、镁、硒、维生素E和脂肪酸。经测定,每100克玉米能提供近300毫克的钙,几乎与乳制品中所含的钙差不多。丰富的钙可起到降血压的功效。如果每天摄入1克钙,6周后血压能降低9%。此外,玉米中所含的胡萝卜素,被人体吸收后能转化为维生素A,它具有防癌作用;植物纤维素能加速致癌物质和其他毒物的排出;研究人员指出,玉米含有的黄体素、玉米黄质可以对抗眼睛老化。

木糖醇原产于芬兰,是从白桦树、橡树、玉米芯、甘蔗渣等植物原料中提取出来的一种天然甜味剂#在自然界中,木糖醇的分布范围很广,广泛存在于各种水果、蔬菜、谷类之中,但含量很低。商品木糖醇是将玉米芯、甘蔗渣等农业作物进行深加工而制得的,是一种天然、健康的甜味剂,对于人们的身体来说,木糖醇也不是一种“舶来品”,它本就是人们身体正常糖类代谢的中间体。木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂。
抗性糊精是由淀粉加工而成的一种低热量葡聚糖,属于低分子水溶性膳食纤维。作为一种低热量可溶性食品原料,在食品工业中具有的广阔的发展前景。抗性糊精除了可增加食物的纤维含量,由于它还具有提供热量持久的特点,所以也许它对体重控制有潜在的作用。
