本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料,色泽均匀、呈淡红色、有光泽,静置无沉淀、无絮状物,紫荆花香石榴香黑米香清新浓郁和谐,酸甜可口、无苦涩味,对皮肤干裂、青春痘、黄褐斑有显著的治疗效果;以石榴和黑米为主要成分,加入紫荆花、紫云英蜂蜜和纳豆激酶配合作用,能够有效调节内分泌系统,促进血液循环,促进新陈代谢,提高皮肤的锁水能力;加入多种中草药和丙氨酸配合作用,能够有效促进人体对营养成分的吸收利用和转化,调节人体的水油平衡,疏肝理气,温和养胃,增强人体抗疲劳的能力。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜紫荆花35份、石榴720份、纳豆激酶0.21份、丙氨酸1.9份、黑米90份、瓦松0.89份、一枝黄花1.24份、葶苈子2.14份、苘麻子1.42份、佛手1.78份、乳酸链球菌素0.12份、柠檬酸0.34份、紫云英蜂蜜5份。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将石榴剥皮取籽,清洗干净,投入榨汁机中,加入石榴重量1.4倍量、温度为49℃的的温水混合榨汁,得一次石榴汁;将新鲜紫荆花清洗干净,风干至表面无水分,投入到石榴汁中浸泡33h,捞出,得二次石榴汁和泡紫荆花;将泡紫荆花置入温度为152℃的旋转蒸锅蒸7.7min,投入转速为570r/min的打浆机打浆5min,-19℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为3.5%,得紫荆花粉,备用;
(2) 将黑米淘洗干净,自然风干至表面无水分,投入温度为87℃的炒锅文火炒制24min,取出,研磨至160目,得炒黑米粉,备用;
(3)将瓦松、一枝黄花、葶苈子、苘麻子和佛手混合粉碎至120目,得中药粉;将中药粉加入到其重量26倍量的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮77min,过180目滤布,取滤液,得中药提取液,备用;
(4)将紫荆花粉和黑米粉加入到二次石榴汁中混合搅拌均匀,用压力为66MPa的均质机均质44min,加入纳豆激酶、丙氨酸、乳酸链球菌素和柠檬酸混合搅拌均匀,置于温度为36℃的条件下密闭发酵120h,加入中药提取液和紫云英蜂蜜混合均匀,用压力为44MPa的均质机均质180min,得紫荆花石榴饮料;
(5)灌装,灭菌,贴标签,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料的制备方法制备的改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明所使用的瓦松、一枝黄花、葶苈子、苘麻子和佛手的含量均以干重重量计。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,与实施例1的区别在于原料重量份的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜紫荆花38份、石榴730份、纳豆激酶0.22份、丙氨酸2份、黑米95份、瓦松0.94份、一枝黄花1.3份、葶苈子2.21份、苘麻子1.47份、佛手1.86份、乳酸链球菌素0.13份、柠檬酸0.36份、紫云英蜂蜜5.5份。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,与实施例1的区别在于原料重量份的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜紫荆花40份、石榴740份、纳豆激酶0.23份、丙氨酸2.1份、黑米100份、瓦松0.99份、一枝黄花1.36份、葶苈子2.28份、苘麻子1.52份、佛手1.94份、乳酸链球菌素0.14份、柠檬酸0.38份、紫云英蜂蜜6份。
随机选择18~65岁的受试者100位,随机分为4组,每组25人,对实施例紫荆花石榴饮料和对比例市售普通石榴饮料进行感官评定,每项满分为100分,最后得分为平均分,实施例紫荆花石榴饮料和对比例市售普通石榴饮料的感官评定见表1:

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例紫荆花石榴饮料,色泽均匀、呈淡红色、有光泽,静置无沉淀、无絮状物,紫荆花香石榴香黑米香清新浓郁和谐,酸甜可口、无苦涩味,得到广大消费者的喜爱。
实施例紫荆花石榴饮料和对比例市售普通石榴饮料的改善皮肤效果:
有效:不适症状减轻或消失;无效:不适症状不变或更加严重。
随机选择皮肤干裂、青春痘、黄褐斑的患者各100名,随机分为2组,每组50人,所有患者受试前3天停用所有药物和护肤品,实施例和对比例组每人每天饮用该组石榴饮料100mL,受试时间为40天,实施例紫荆花石榴饮料和对比例市售普通石榴饮料的改善皮肤效果见表2:

从表2能够看出,实施例的紫荆花石榴饮料分别经多种有皮肤问题的患者饮用后,能够有效抑制多种皮肤问题,减轻症状,其有效率明显高于对比例,说明本发明提供的紫荆花石榴饮料具有良好的改善皮肤效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜紫荆花35~40份、石榴720~740份、纳豆激酶0.21~0.23份、丙氨酸1.9~2.1份、黑米90~100份、瓦松0.89~0.99份、一枝黄花1.24~1.36份、葶苈子2.14~2.28份、苘麻子1.42~1.52份、佛手1.78~1.94份、乳酸链球菌素0.12~0.14份、柠檬酸0.34~0.38份、紫云英蜂蜜5~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将石榴剥皮取籽,清洗干净,投入榨汁机中,加入石榴重量1.4~1.6倍量、温度为49~51℃的的温水混合榨汁,得一次石榴汁;将新鲜紫荆花清洗干净,风干至表面无水分,投入到石榴汁中浸泡33~35h,捞出,得二次石榴汁和泡紫荆花;将泡紫荆花置入温度为152~158℃的旋转蒸锅蒸7.7~8.5min,投入转速为570~590r/min的打浆机打浆5~6min,-19~-17℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为3.5%~3.7%,得紫荆花粉,备用;
(2) 将黑米淘洗干净,自然风干至表面无水分,投入温度为87~91℃的炒锅文火炒制24~26min,取出,研磨至160~170目,得炒黑米粉,备用;
(3)将瓦松、一枝黄花、葶苈子、苘麻子和佛手混合粉碎至120~130目,得中药粉;将中药粉加入到其重量26~28倍量的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮77~79min,过180~190目滤布,取滤液,得中药提取液,备用;
(4)将紫荆花粉和黑米粉加入到二次石榴汁中混合搅拌均匀,用压力为66~68MPa的均质机均质44~48min,加入纳豆激酶、丙氨酸、乳酸链球菌素和柠檬酸混合搅拌均匀,置于温度为36~38℃的条件下密闭发酵120~130h,加入中药提取液和紫云英蜂蜜混合均匀,用压力为44~46MPa的均质机均质180~200min,得紫荆花石榴饮料;
(5)灌装,灭菌,贴标签,得成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料的制备方法制备的改善皮肤的紫荆花石榴饮料。
