Abstract
茯苓竹荪口服液,包括以下质量份的原料:茯苓:200~400份、竹荪:200~400份、红豆:200~400份、大枣:100~200份、枸杞:50~80份、白术:15~20份、白芷:15~20份,其制备时,先将竹荪洗净,切片、烘干,用胶体磨进行超微粉碎,然后加水焖煮,同时,将茯苓、大枣、枸杞、白术、白芷合并并进行两次煎煮,分别进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液并冷却,再将两种液体合并并减压浓缩后得到成品。本发明可有效提高人体免疫力、促进物质代谢,并具有抗疲劳及抗衰老等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及口服中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种茯苓竹荪口服液。
背景技术
茯苓,别名云苓、茯灵、松茯苓、松薯等,是寄生在松树根部的多孔菌科植物,是一种珍贵的药食两用菌,自古以来就是药食同源的保健食品,一直受到人们的关注,富含茯苓多糖等多种功效成分,具有健脾胃、利水消肿、降血脂、调节机体免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗突变等功能;古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。
竹荪为寄生竹子的腐生真菌,以分解死亡的竹根、竹竿和竹叶等为营养源,其菌丝能穿透许多微生物的拮抗线,能利用许多微生物不能利用的纤维素、木质素,其内部含多种蛋白质、脂肪、菌糖、粗纤维等。具有补气养阴,润肺止咳,清热利湿、益气补脑、宁神健体的功效;其对高血压、肿瘤、神经衰弱、肠胃疾病等具有保健作用。
目前,对于上述组分的茯苓和竹荪的保健应用主要是以简单的散剂为主,需要经过人体机体的消化后方能被吸收,使得其这些制剂生物利用率相对较低,使用不方便,起效慢,而若采用传统水提法制备口服液制剂,其提取率仅为25%~32%,根本达不到工业生产的需要,造成了物料的严重浪费。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种茯苓竹荪口服液,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
茯苓竹荪口服液,包括以下质量份的原料:
茯苓:200~400份、竹荪:200~400份、红豆:200~400份、大枣:100~200份、枸杞:50~80份、白术:15~20份、白芷:15~20份。
其优选质量份为:茯苓:300份、竹荪:300份、红豆:300份、大枣:160份、枸杞:60份、白术:18份、白芷:16份。
其具体制备方法如下:
1)先将竹荪洗净,切片、烘干,用胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过300~500目筛,然后将磨细粉体按每100g粉剂加入500~600ml的比例加水,然后加热至100~120℃焖煮20~40min,然后冷却至室温。
2)将茯苓、大枣、枸杞、白术、白芷合并,按每500g药物总质量加入5000~6000ml的比例加水,然后大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2~3h,进行固液分离,然后再加入2000~3000ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮1~2h,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液。
3)合并步骤1)与步骤2)中制备的药液,减压浓缩使药液在20℃下的相对密度为1.05~1.12,即得成品。
作为上述步骤的进一步改进:
所述步骤4)中合并液在进行减压浓缩之前,可添加苯甲酸钠作为防腐剂进行使用。
对步骤4)所得的成品须在高压灭菌后才能进行灌装。
有益效果:本发明茯苓竹荪口服液,通过在茯苓中添加竹荪进行调和补充,配合灵芝中的多种有效物质可有效提高人体免疫力、促进物质代谢,同时还具有抗疲劳及抗衰老等功效。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
在该实施例中包括以下组分的原料:
茯苓:240g、竹荪:240g、红豆:300g、大枣:120g、枸杞:60g、白术:16g、白芷:16g。
其具体制备方法如下:
先将竹荪洗净,切片、烘干,用胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过300目筛,然后将磨细粉体与1300ml水一并加入容器中,加热至110℃焖煮20min后冷却至室温。
将茯苓、大枣、红豆、枸杞、白术、白芷合并,与8500ml的水一并加入容器中,对容器进行大火加热,煮沸后转小火煎煮130min,然后进行第一次固液分离,将固液分离后的残渣加4200ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2h,然后进行第二次固液分离,合并两次固液分离的液体,过滤掉液体中的杂质,然后冷却至室温。
将上述两种液体合并,混合均匀后减压浓缩,使药液在20℃下的相对密度为1.1,然后高压灭菌后灌装即可。
实施例二:
在该实施例中包括以下组分的原料:
茯苓:300g、竹荪:300g、红豆:300g、大枣:160g、枸杞:60g、白术:18g、白芷:16g。
制备时先将竹荪洗净,切片、烘干,用胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过500目筛,然后通过将磨细的竹荪粉体以及1600ml水一同加入容器中,在120℃条件下焖煮30min,然后冷却至室温备用。
将茯苓、大枣、枸杞、红豆、白术、白芷合并,与10000ml水一同加入容器中,然后大火煮沸后转小火煎煮3h,进行固液分离,然后再加入4600ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2h,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液。
上述两种液体合并,搅拌均匀后加入5g苯甲酸钠作为防腐剂,然后减压浓缩使药液在20℃下的相对密度为1.08,然后高压灭菌后灌装即可。

3.一种茯苓竹荪口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1或2中所述的各组分的原料制备茯苓竹荪口服液,其具体制备方法如下:
1)先将竹荪洗净,切片、烘干,用胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过300~500目筛,然后将磨细粉体按每100g粉剂加入500~600ml的比例加水,然后加热至100~120℃焖煮20~40min,然后冷却至室温;
2)将茯苓、大枣、枸杞、白术、白芷合并,按每500g药物总质量加入5000~6000ml的比例加水,然后大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2~3h,进行固液分离,然后再加入2000~3000ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮1~2h,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液;
