Abstract
本发明公开了一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法和用途。复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料枸杞子6‑12、黄芪9‑30、桂圆肉9‑15、红枣6‑15、菊花5‑10和与中药原料等重量份的环糊精制成,首先将中药材烘干,粉碎,先将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花粉混合;加入重量比为1:3的75%酒精,浸泡15天后,滤取酒精浸泡液,然后将黄芪和红枣粉混合,加入重量比为1:10的水,水煎提取,滤渣再加入药材重量1:3的水,同时加入前述滤取酒精浸泡液后的滤渣,加热煮提,合并二次水煎煮提液,经浓缩至比重为5.0时,与前述酒精浸泡液合并,加入环糊精,经研磨、干燥、碾碎、过筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。本发明产品作为制备功能性食品或酒品的用途。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药加工领域,同时涉及功能性食品领域,具体涉及一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法和用途。
背景技术
随着我国经济社会发展水平的迅速提高,人民群众已经开始注意改变过去一些不太合理的饮食习惯,“吃的科学,活的健康,活的长久”已经成为人们的普遍追求。国民收入的增加和消费水平的提高,又使得人们有更强的消费能力,足以支付有益健康的功能性食品相对较高的开支。所有这些都构成了当今功能性食品行业快速发展的强大动力。随着社会人口流动,社交频繁,工作压力大给身体带来的危害和不适也成为了影响人们身体健康的不利因素。因而,因为一些健康食品生产企业针对这类人群开发了一些药食兼用的原料组合,以茶或袋泡茶作为产品推销,如将枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花等中药组合。由于这些产品给人们饮用带来其泡饮方法不能统一,饮用时间不确定等因素,导致其用量的不合理和不确定而无法实现理想的应用效果,最终使消费者对功能性食品类产品产生了信任危机,功能性食品生产加工行业受到了伤害。为此,对传统药食兼用资源利用现代科学工艺进行深加工,使其有效成分得到合理充分提取,能对其产品对其用法、用量准确定位变得尤其重要。
本发明是将枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花中药复方组合制备提取物的方法和用途,经检索,尚未见有相关报道和有关专利申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种复方枸杞子组合提取物作为制备成功能食品或酒品的用途。
本发明提供的一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的中药原料枸杞子6-12、黄芪9-30、桂圆肉9-15、红枣6-15、菊花 5-10和与中药原料等重量份的环糊精制成,具体制备方法如下:
(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入药材总重量比例为1:3浓度为75%v/v的酒精,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入原药材总重量比例为1:10的水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣按黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:5的水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:3的水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,按药材等总重量份加入环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,经干燥至含水量<6%w/w,碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
本发明上述所述的环糊精(CYD),可以是β-环糊精(β-CYD),也可以是2,6-二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β--CYD)、羟乙基-β-环糊精(HE-β-CYD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CYD)和磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CYD)中的任意一种。
CYD安全无毒,根据世界卫生组织对食品添加剂的有关规定(FAQ营养学会议NO46WHO/FOOD ADD/70.36),酶化学特征的淀粉无需再做毒性研究;许多试验研究也证明β-CYD具有很高的安全性,急性毒性试验显示小鼠口服其LD50>300 mg/kg,急性毒性和慢性毒性试验,致畸致癌、致突变试验等证明了本品使用安全无毒。美国、日本的药典己将β-CYD收载为口服辅料:HP-B-CYD(羟丙基-B-环糊精)已被美国药典和Wade A编著的《Handboofk ofPharrnaceutical Excipients》收载为注射用辅料(赵浩如等主编,现代中药制剂新技术,江苏科学技术出版社,2007年2月第1版,151页)。
本发明中所述的酒精,在没有作出特定说明时,均指是食用级酒精。
本发明中所述的水,在没有作出特定说明时,均为纯净水。
本发明上述所述的干燥为采用真空干燥,其真空干燥的条件为温度50℃、真空度为0.2kPa。
本发明所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。
本发明中所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物作为制备酒品的用途。
本发明优选的一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法,其特征是由以下重量份的中药原料枸杞子8-10、黄芪15-25、桂圆肉11-13、红枣7-13、菊花7-9和与中药原料等重量份的环糊精制成,具体制备方法如下:

枸杞子性味甘,平。归肝、肾经。具滋补肝肾,益精明目功能。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳痿遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
效用分析:枸杞子味甘性平,入肝肾经,长于滋肾精,补肝血,《本草经疏》言其:“为肝肾真阴不足,劳乏内热补益之要药”,对肝肾精血亏虚所致腰膝酸软、眩晕耳鸣、遗精滑精、不孕不育、目昏不明等均可应用。枸杞子能益精血、“安神”(《药性论》),可用于血虚面色萎黄,心悸乏力;产后风虚劳损,四肢疼痛,心神虚烦,不欲饮食;血虚咳嗽,盗汗自汗,骨蒸潮热,五心烦热;劳伤虚损,四肢羸瘦乏力;妇人产后气血虚弱,乳汁过少等。本品具有增强免疫、延缓衰老、性激素样、抗肝损伤、降血糖、改善视网膜病变、调血脂、抗疲劳等药理作用(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》·临床用药须知·中药饮片卷,2015年版,1230页)。
《本草经集注》“补益精气,强盛阴道。”《药性论》“能补益精诸不足,易颜色,变白,明目,安神,令人长寿。”
黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao 或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根。
黄芪性味甘,微温。归肺、脾经。具补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,半身不遂,痹痛麻木,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛。
效用分析:黄芪味甘微温,入脾经,善于补益脾气,升举中阳,“中气不振,脾土虚弱,清气下陷者最宜”(《本草正义》)。黄芪又能补气生血、摄血、温中、除热,用于气血两虚证、气不摄血证、中焦虚寒证、气虚发热证,尤善治疗脾虚中气下陷所致的久泻脱肛,子宫脱垂以及便血崩漏等。黄芪“甘温补气,禀升发之性,专走表分而固皮毛”(《本草正义》),“补肺健脾,实卫敛汗”(《本草汇言》),凡脾肺气虚,自汗,盗汗,黄汗,均可用本品补脾肺,温分肉,固表止汗。黄芪既能补气,又能利水消肿,对于气虚无力推动水液的正常运行而致的水肿有标本兼治之效,故为治气虚水肿尿少的要药。黄芪甘微温,益气升阳,盖阳生阴长,气旺血生,故有补气生血之功,常用于劳倦内伤,气亏血虚,血虚阳浮,肌热面赤,脉大无力之血虚发热证,及思虑过度,劳伤心脾,气血双亏,面色萎黄,心悸失眠。气行则血行,气滞则血凝,黄芪又有补气行滞之效,故可用治气虚血滞,风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛,及中风气虚血滞,半身不遂者。黄芪能温养脾胃而生肌,补益气血而托毒,故有补气生肌,托毒排脓之效,可用治疮疡脓成不溃,证属气血不足者尤为适宜。本品有调节免疫功能、抗疲劳、抗应激、调节胃肠运动、抗肺损伤、利尿与抗肾损伤、促进造血、延缓衰老、抗肝损伤、调血脂、降血糖等作用(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》·临床用药须知·中药饮片卷,2015年版,1093-1095页)。
桂圆肉又称龙眼肉,始载《神农本草经》,列为上品。桂圆肉为无患子科常绿乔木植物龙眼Euphoria longan(Lour)Steud.的成熟干燥或半干燥的假种皮。性味甘、平。归经:入心、脾经。具补心脾,养血安神,益智功能。用于惊悸、健忘,失眠等症。临床主要用于治疗与心血虚有关的神经衰弱,表现有失眠、健忘、惊悸等症状(崔树德主编《中药大全》,黑龙江科学技术出版社出版,1989年8月第1版,第555-556页)。
红枣亦称大枣为鼠李科植物枣Ziziphus jujuba Mill.的干燥成熟果实。其药材炮制为除去杂质,洗净,晒干。用时去核。
大枣性味甘,温。归脾、胃、心经。具补中益气,养血安神功能。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。
效用分析:大枣甘温,人脾胃经,具补中益气之功,但药力平和,多为调补脾胃的常用辅药,故常用于治疗脾胃虚弱,气虚不足,倦怠乏力,食少便溏等。大枣甘温,既能通过补气以生血,又具养血安神之效,既可治脾虚不能生血,气虚血少,面色萎黄,心悸失眠,又可治妇女阴血亏虚,情志抑郁,心神不安之脏躁证。此外,大枣甘缓,有类似甘草的缓和药性作用。
本品具有增强免疫功能、延缓衰老、促进造血、抗肝损伤等作用(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》·临床用药须知·中药饮片卷,2015年版,1110页)。
《吴普本草》“主调中益脾气,令人好颜色,美志气。”《名医别录》“补中益气,强力,除烦闷,疗心下悬。”《长沙药解》“其味浓而质厚,则长于补血。”
菊花为菊科植物菊Chrysanthemum morifoliumRamat.的干燥头状花序。
菊花性味甘、苦,微寒。归肺、肝经。具散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒功能。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花,疮痈肿毒。
效用分析:菊花体轻达表,气清上浮,微寒清热,入肺经,能疏散肺经风热,但发散表邪之力不强。常用治风热感冒,或温病初起,温邪犯肺,发热、头痛、咳嗽等症。
本品有抗炎、调节免疫、抗菌、抗心肌缺血及抗氧化、抗病毒、保肝等作用(国家药典委员会编《中华人民共和国药典》·临床用药须知·中药饮片卷,2015年版,129-130页)。
本发明所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备,不仅有效地使药材组合间起到协调和调理机体的作用,且枸杞子组合提取物是由具有滋补肝肾、益精明目作用的枸杞子,具有利水消肿,生精养血之功的黄芪、养血安神之功的桂圆肉、补中益气、养血安神之功的红枣和具有散风清热,平肝明目的菊花诸药组成,对于肝肾阴虚、心肝血虚、心神不安、视物模糊等症状具有辅助保健作用。利用现代工艺提取其药材精华,可有利于药材用量减少,且服用方便,本发明产品不仅可以定量直接服用,还可以从应用的方便性将中药组合提取物与药学或食品上可以接受的辅料混合配制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、口服液或酒制品。其中片剂还可以优选泡腾片、咀嚼片、口含片,因泡腾片、咀嚼片、口含片与普通片剂相比有以下几点明显优势:(1)服用方便,可嚼服、含服,可化水,由于配制这些片剂都要加入一定量的糖粉作为赋形剂,因而口感好,人们乐意服用,泡腾片加水自溶后犹如一杯饮料,使人们乐于饮用;(2)吸收快,生物利用度高;(3)便于携带,方便运输;(4)易于量化,用量相应准确;其中胶囊剂可制备成软胶囊剂和硬胶囊剂,其中丸剂可制备成水泛丸、滴丸、微丸和蜜丸。其中所述的酒制品可选择现有的白酒、葡萄酒、黄酒和啤酒,经勾兑、陈化常规工艺制备成白酒、葡萄酒、黄酒和啤酒制品。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施例是对本发明作进一步的说明,但对本发明的范围不构成任何限制。
实施例1
复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备:
(一)中药组合:枸杞子1.2kg、黄芪3.0kg、桂圆肉1.5kg、红枣1.5kg、菊花1.0kg和8.2kg的β-环糊精,
(二)制法:(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子1.2kg、黄芪3.0kg、桂圆肉1.5kg、红枣1.5kg、菊花1.0kg分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入浓度为75%v/v的酒精11.1kg,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入45kg的纯净水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣加入22.5kg的纯净水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入13.5kg的纯净水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,加入8.2kg的β-环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,置入真空干燥机内,在温度为50℃、真空度为0.2kPa条件下真空干燥至含水量为5.5%w/w,经碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物作为制备酒制品的用途。
实施例2
复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备:
(一)中药组合:枸杞子0.6kg、黄芪0.9kg、桂圆肉0.9kg、红枣0.6kg、菊花0.5kg和3.5kg的羟丙基-β-环糊精,
(二)制法:(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子0.6kg、黄芪0.9kg、桂圆肉0.9kg、红枣0.6kg、菊花0.5kg分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入浓度为75%v/v的酒精2.0kg,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入15kg的纯净水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣加入7.5kg的纯净水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入4.5kg的纯净水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,加入3.5kg的羟丙基-β-环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,置入真空干燥机内,在温度为50℃、真空度为0.2kPa条件下真空干燥至含水量为5.8%w/w,经碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。

实施例3
复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备:
(一)中药组合:枸杞子0.9kg、黄芪2.0kg、桂圆肉1.2kg、红枣1.0kg、菊花0.8kg和5.9kg的羟乙基-β-环糊精,
(二)制法:(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子0.9kg、黄芪2.0kg、桂圆肉1.2kg、红枣1.0kg、菊花0.8kg分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入浓度为75%v/v的酒精8.7kg,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入30kg的纯净水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣加入15kg的纯净水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入9kg的纯净水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,加入5.9kg的羟乙基-β-环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,置入真空干燥机内,在温度为50℃、真空度为0.2kPa条件下真空干燥至含水量为5.6%w/w,经碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物作为制备酒制品的用途。
实施例4
复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备:
(一)中药组合:枸杞子1.0kg、黄芪2.5kg、桂圆肉1.3kg、红枣1.3kg、菊花0.9kg和7.0kg的2,6-二甲基-β-环糊精,
(二)制法:(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子1.0kg、黄芪2.5kg、桂圆肉1.3kg、红枣1.3kg、菊花0.9kg分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入浓度为75%v/v的酒精9.6kg,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入38kg的纯净水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣加入19kg的纯净水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入11.4kg的纯净水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,加入7.0kg的2,6-二甲基-β-环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,置入真空干燥机内,在温度为50℃、真空度为0.2kPa条件下真空干燥至含水量为5.5%w/w,经碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。

实施例5
复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备:
(一)中药组合:枸杞子0.8kg、黄芪1.5kg、桂圆肉1.1kg、红枣0.7kg、菊花0.7kg和4.8kg的磺丁基醚-β-环糊精,
(二)制法:(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子0.8kg、黄芪1.5kg、桂圆肉1.1kg、红枣0.7kg、菊花0.7kg分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入浓度为75%v/v的酒精7.8kg,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入22kg的纯净水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣加入11kg的纯净水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入6.6kg的纯净水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,加入4.8kg的磺丁基醚β-环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,置入真空干燥机内,在温度为50℃、真空度为0.2kPa条件下真空干燥至含水量为5.3%w/w,经碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。
所述的复方枸杞子组合提取物作为制备酒制品的用途。
Claims (10)
1.一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的中药原料枸杞子6-12、黄芪9-30、桂圆肉9-15、红枣6-15、菊花 5-10和与中药原料等重量份的环糊精制成,具体制备方法如下:
(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入药材总重量比例为1:3浓度为75%v/v的酒精,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入原药材总重量比例为1:10的水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣按黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:5的水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:3的水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,按药材等总重量份加入环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,经干燥至含水量<6%w/w,碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
2.一种复方枸杞子组合提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的中药原料枸杞子8-10、黄芪15-25、桂圆肉11-13、红枣7-13、菊花7-9和与中药原料等重量份的环糊精制成,具体制备方法如下:
(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入药材总重量比例为1:3浓度为75%v/v的酒精,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入原药材总重量比例为1:10的水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣按黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:5的水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:3的水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,按药材等总重量份加入环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,经干燥至含水量<6%w/w,碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。

(1)首先分别将中药材枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花进行烘干,然后称取烘干后的枸杞子、黄芪、桂圆肉、红枣、菊花分别粉碎成10目粉备用;(2)将枸杞子、桂圆肉、菊花诸药材粉混合,加入药材总重量比例为1:3浓度为75%v/v的酒精,常温浸泡15天,浸泡期间每天充分搅拌1次,浸泡结束后进行压滤,收取酒精浸泡液,滤渣备用;(3)将黄芪粉、红枣粉混合,加入原药材总重量比例为1:10的水,浸泡6小时,然后加热煮沸,加热煮沸1小时后再将步骤(2)中的滤渣加入,继续加热煮沸1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣按黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:5的水,加热煮沸1小时,滤取煎煮液,滤渣再加入黄芪、红枣总重量比例为1:3的水,加热煮沸0.5小时,滤取煎煮液,弃去滤渣;(4)将步骤(3)中三次煎煮液合并,过150目筛,经浓缩至比重为5.0得浓缩液备用;(5)将步骤(4)的浓缩液与步骤(2)所得酒精浸泡液合并,按药材等总重量份加入环糊精,置于球磨机内进行充分研磨2.5小时,研磨结束后,取出物料,经干燥至含水量<6%w/w,碾碎,过80目筛,即得复方枸杞子组合提取物。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的环糊精(CYD)为β-环糊精(β-CYD)、2,6-二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β--CYD)、羟乙基-β-环糊精(HE-β-CYD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CYD)和磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CYD)中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1-3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的酒精为食用级酒精;所述的水为纯净水。
6.根据权利要求1-3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的干燥为真空干燥;所述真空干燥的条件为温度50℃、真空度0.2kPa。
7.根据权利要求1-3所述复方枸杞子组合提取物的用途,其特征在于,按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂或口服液作为制备功能性食品的用途。
8.根据权利要求1-3所述复方枸杞子组合提取物的用途,其特征在于,作为制备酒品的用途。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的片剂为泡腾片、咀嚼片和口含片;所述的胶囊剂为软胶囊剂和硬胶囊剂;所述的丸剂为水泛丸、滴丸、微丸和蜜丸。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的酒为白酒、葡萄酒、黄酒和啤酒。
