为克服现有产品技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于中草药原料及质量配比为:百合40~60份、梨花20~30份、黄芪10~15份、厚朴8~12份、麦冬10~15份、茯苓15~20份、熟地10~13份、当归8~12份、紫苑10~15份、枸杞10~16份、石斛10~18份、五味子5~10份、远志5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份、蜂蜜1000份。

(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照上述比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将百合、梨花、黄芪、厚朴、麦冬、茯苓、当归、熟地、紫苑、石斛、五味子、远志、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向枸杞中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)蒸馏:向中草药残渣中加入3~5倍量的纯净水,收集挥发油8~10h,挥发油单独收集放置,水溶液过滤,与浸提液合并;
(6)挥发油乳化:将收集的挥发油中加入1.5~2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80,加热乳化;
(7)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(8)减压浓缩:将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏,放冷;
(9)醇沉:向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60~70%,4℃条件下放置48h以上
(10)醇提:向水煎后的中草药残渣中加入4~6倍量的50%乙醇,加热提取2次,提取时间1~1.5h;
(11)合并抽滤:将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤;
(12)减压回收:将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味;
(13)混合:趁热向浓缩液中加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(14)均质:将混合后的物料进行均质处理;
(15)定容分装:将均质后的蜜膏定容、分装即得成品。
本发明提供一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其优势在于:一是在传统中医理论和实践指导下精选药方,科学配伍百合、梨花和多种中草药,药物组分经辨证配伍,应用我国传统医学“温经通络、活血化瘀”的医疗精髓,从调节引发咳嗽的肺、心、肝、脾等各类脏器的功能入手,调整体内气血平衡,促进体内五脏六腑的新陈代谢和正常功能,使其“气充百脉、活血去淤、养心补肺、调节肾脾、益气生津、润肺清咳”;二是在梨花百合蜜膏的制备过程中采用“超声波辅助浸提+蒸馏挥发油+水煎+醇提”的工艺,充分糅合中草药中的的功能活性成分,提高保健效果;三是梨花百合蜜膏安全无副作用,饮用方便。
本发明提供一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,通过动物试验进行梨花百合蜜膏的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本梨花百合蜜膏对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw; 遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该梨花百合蜜膏无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。

实施例1:
一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质,按照百合50份、梨花25份、黄芪13份、厚朴12份、麦冬12份、茯苓16份、熟地12份、当归10份、紫苑14份、枸杞15份、石斛15份、五味子7份、远志7份、甘草12份、甜叶菊13份、蜂蜜1000份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:

(5)蒸馏:向中草药残渣中加入4倍量的纯净水,收集挥发油9h,挥发油单独收集放置,水溶液过滤,与浸提液合并;
(6)挥发油乳化:将收集的挥发油中加入1.8%的助溶剂吐温-80,加热乳化;
(7)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2.5倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.8h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(8)减压浓缩:将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏,放冷;
(9)醇沉:向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60~70%,4℃条件下放置48h以上
(10)醇提:向水煎后的中草药残渣中加入5倍量的50%乙醇,加热提取2次,提取时间1.8h;
(11)合并抽滤:将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤;
(12)减压回收:将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味;
(13)混合:趁热向浓缩液中加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(14)均质:将混合后的物料进行均质处理;
(15)定容分装:将均质后的蜜膏定容、分装即得成品。
实施例2:
一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质,按照百合60份、梨花20份、黄芪15份、厚朴8份、麦冬15份、茯苓15份、熟地13份、当归8份、紫苑15份、枸杞10份、石斛18份、五味子5份、远志10份、甘草10份、甜叶菊15份、蜂蜜1000份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将百合、梨花、黄芪、厚朴、麦冬、茯苓、当归、熟地、紫苑、石斛、五味子、远志、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向枸杞中加入3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比3%纤维素酶、2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)蒸馏:向中草药残渣中加入5倍量的纯净水,收集挥发油8h,挥发油单独收集放置,水溶液过滤,与浸提液合并;
(6)挥发油乳化:将收集的挥发油中加入2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80,加热乳化;
(7)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(8)减压浓缩:将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏,放冷;
(9)醇沉:向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60~70%,4℃条件下放置48h以上
(10)醇提:向水煎后的中草药残渣中加入6倍量的50%乙醇,加热提取2次,提取时间1h;
(11)合并抽滤:将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤;
(12)减压回收:将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味;
(13)混合:趁热向浓缩液中加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(14)均质:将混合后的物料进行均质处理;
(15)定容分装:将均质后的蜜膏定容、分装即得成品。
实施例3:
一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:

(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:

Claims (1)

1.一种梨花百合蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质,按照百合40~60份、梨花20~30份、黄芪10~15份、厚朴8~12份、麦冬10~15份、茯苓15~20份、熟地10~13份、当归8~12份、紫苑10~15份、枸杞10~16份、石斛10~18份、五味子5~10份、远志5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份、蜂蜜1000份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将百合、梨花、黄芪、厚朴、麦冬、茯苓、当归、熟地、紫苑、石斛、五味子、远志、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向枸杞中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)蒸馏:向中草药残渣中加入3~5倍量的纯净水,收集挥发油8~10h,挥发油单独收集放置,水溶液过滤,与浸提液合并;
(6)挥发油乳化:将收集的挥发油中加入1.5~2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80,加热乳化;
(7)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(8)减压浓缩:将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏,放冷;
(9)醇沉:向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60~70%,4℃条件下放置48h以上
(10)醇提:向水煎后的中草药残渣中加入4~6倍量的50%乙醇,加热提取2次,提取时间1~1.5h;
(11)合并抽滤:将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤;
(12)减压回收:将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味;
(13)混合:趁热向浓缩液中加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(14)均质:将混合后的物料进行均质处理;
(15)定容分装:将均质后的蜜膏定容、分装即得成品。
