本发明涉及一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,特别是一种以鲨鱼软骨粉和植物中草药为原料制成的固体饮料,属保健食品领域。
背景技术
鲨鱼是世界上最古老、最长寿的深海海洋生物之一,在地球上已生存了四亿年之久,它具有完善免疫系统,生命力极强,几乎不被疾病感染,即使受到外伤,伤口也能很快复原,鲨鱼患癌症的几率约为1/百万。我国鲨鱼药用始见于《本草经集注》,其软骨主要由软骨细胞和含有胶原纤维及大量蛋白多糖和细胞外基质构成,从鲨鱼软骨中提取的多糖在临床上主要用于治疗神经痛、偏头痛、腹腔手术后疼痛等。在欧、美、日等发达国家,鲨鱼软骨多糖作为保健食品或保健药品长期应用于防治冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死等疾病,无明显的毒副作用。近年来研究表明鲨鱼软骨中除富含钙、磷、镁等矿物质外,还含有多种粘多糖及硫酸软骨素,具有显著的抗凝血、降血脂、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等功用,是不可多得的天然食品资源。
目前随着生活水平的不断提高,高血脂成为影响我国国民健康的最大杀手之一。目前高血脂的医疗主要依靠西药,不但疗效有限,而且难以根治,且容易产生极大的副作用,开发安全、高效的降血脂保健产品,将医疗改为食疗,是改善民生安全的热点问题。
发明内容
为克服现有预防和治疗高血脂产品技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅股份固体饮料。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,其特征在于原料组成及质量配比为:鲨鱼软骨粉40~60份、蓝莓粉20~30份、葡萄糖酸钙5~10份、木糖醇3~5份、复合中草药浸提膏1~2份;所述复合中草药浸提膏是中草药按藏红花8~12份、何首乌10~15份、柴胡15~20份、泽泻10~13份、虎杖8~12份、大黄10~15份、山楂10~16份、菌陈10~18份、姜黄5~10份、灵芝5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份比例配比后的水提物。
本发明的优选技术方案是:一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,其特征在于所述复合中草药浸提膏的中药原料及质量配比为:藏红花12份、何首乌12份、柴胡16份、泽泻12份、虎杖10份、大黄14份、山楂15份、菌陈15份、姜黄7份、灵芝7份、甘草12份、甜叶菊13份。
本发明提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照上述比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、虎杖、泽泻、大黄、菌陈、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)复配:按鲨鱼软骨粉40~60份、蓝莓粉20~30份、葡萄糖酸钙5~10份、木糖醇3~5份、复合中草药浸提膏1~2份比例复配;
(8)混合:将复配后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥95%;
(9)包装:分装后包装即得鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料。
本发明提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,其优势在于:一是在传统中医理论和实践指导下精选药方,科学配伍鲨鱼软骨粉和多种中草药,药物组分经辨证配伍,在作用上相互佐助,能显著降血脂;二是在口服液的制备过程中采用“超声波辅助酶解+水煎”的工艺,充分糅合中草药中的预防和降血脂的功能活性成分,提高保健效果;三是口服液安全无副作用,饮用方便。
本发明提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,通过动物试验进行固体饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本固体饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw;遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该固体饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过鲨鱼软骨粉、蓝莓粉、藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、泽泻、虎杖、大黄、山楂、菌陈、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使降血脂中草药固体饮料的关系发生实质性改变。根据《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》对本申请产品进行了功能性评价,利用大鼠实验测定TC、TG、HDL-C等指标,饲喂本保健饮料三周后的造模试验组与对照组相比血脂含量下降55.32%,较对照组差异显著(p<0.01),说明产品具有较好的调节血脂活性;此外,试验结果表明,改变鲨鱼软骨粉和中草药的组成及比例会显著降低产品的功效,结果差异显著(p<0.01),说明鲨鱼软骨粉和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升口服液功能活性的作用。

(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照每1000份口服液中鲨鱼软骨粉50份、蓝莓粉13份、藏红花12份、何首乌12份、柴胡16份、泽泻12份、虎杖10份、大黄14份、山楂15份、菌陈15份、姜黄7份、灵芝7份、甘草12份、甜叶菊13份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将蓝莓粉、藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、虎杖、大黄、菌陈、泽泻、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂中加入2.5倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1.5%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解15min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比4倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2.5%纤维素酶、1.5%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解45min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)复配:按鲨鱼软骨粉60份、蓝莓粉20份、葡萄糖酸钙10份、木糖醇3份、复合中草药浸提膏2份比例复配;
(8)混合:将复配后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥95%;
(9)包装:分装后包装即得鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料。
实施例2:
一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照每1000份口服液中鲨鱼软骨粉60份、蓝莓粉10份、藏红花12份、何首乌10份、柴胡20份、泽泻10份、虎杖12份、大黄10份、山楂16份、菌陈10份、姜黄5份、灵芝10份、甘草15份、甜叶菊10份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将蓝莓粉、藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、虎杖、大黄、菌陈、泽泻、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂中加入3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10min;

(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)复配:按鲨鱼软骨粉40份、蓝莓粉30份、葡萄糖酸钙5份、木糖醇5份、复合中草药浸提膏1份比例复配;
(8)混合:将复配后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥95%;
(9)包装:分装后包装即得鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料。
实施例3:
一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,通过以下步骤制备:

(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将蓝莓粉、藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、虎杖、大黄、菌陈、泽泻、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;

Claims (1)
1.一种具有降血脂功效的鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照藏红花8~12份、何首乌10~15份、柴胡15~20份、泽泻10~13份、虎杖8~12份、大黄10~15份、山楂10~16份、菌陈10~18份、姜黄5~10份、灵芝5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将藏红花、何首乌、柴胡、虎杖、泽泻、大黄、菌陈、姜黄、灵芝、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)复配:按鲨鱼软骨粉40~60份、蓝莓粉20~30份、葡萄糖酸钙5~10份、木糖醇3~5份、复合中草药浸提膏1~2份比例复配;
(8)混合:将复配后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥95%;
(9)包装:分装后包装即得鲨鱼翅骨粉固体饮料。
