本发明涉及一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,特别是一种以高原梨果仙人掌和植物中草药为原料制成的高原梨果保健饮料,属保健食品领域。
背景技术
梨果仙人掌,俗名仙桃,是果用仙人掌的一种,为仙人掌科仙人掌属多年生肉质灌木或小乔木。梨果仙人掌含有丰富的氨基酸、矿物质、维生素、胡萝卜素、SOD、黄酮类、多糖类、蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪等多种成分,全株可入药,不仅可以清热解毒、散瘀消肿、健胃止痛、镇咳,而且可以外用治流行性腮腺炎、乳腺炎、痔疮、蛇咬伤、烧烫伤等。在墨西哥,仙人掌片剂、胶囊、粉末等产品在超市、药店均有销售。除了药用价值外,梨果仙人掌还具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗癌、降血脂及养颜护肤的作用,可做成化妆品、保健品等,还可利用其提取物做成着色剂、调料、净水剂、高级纸张等。梨果仙人掌的主要食用部位为果实,可鲜食,亦可加工成果酒、蜜饯、果酱、果汁、奶酪及果料夹心面包等。我国的梨果仙人掌原产于墨西哥,现已在西南五省区(包括西藏东南部)归化,成为干热河谷中的常见种类,资源量丰富。虽然我国将仙人掌应用于临床医学已有悠久的历史,但对其规模化加工利用还处于起步阶段,与国外相比差距之大依然十分明显,仍需进一步开发利用。

为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,该高原梨果保健饮料具有抗疲劳、补气补益、扶正固本、抗衰老、延年益寿等功效。

本发明提供一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,其特征在于高原梨果保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:高原梨果仙人掌40~60份、茯苓5~10份、红景天5~10份、甘草2~5份、远志10~15份、杜仲3~5份、菊芋3~5份、石斛2~3份、葛根3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份。

(1)高原梨果仙人掌预处理:选择无腐烂的的高原梨果仙人掌,称取高原梨果仙人掌40~60份,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的果胶酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得梨果仙人掌酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将梨果仙人掌酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本发明提供一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,通过动物试验进行高原梨果保健饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本高原梨果保健饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw; 遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该高原梨果保健饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本高原梨果保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,其优势在于科学配伍梨果仙人掌和多种中草药,通过梨果仙人掌和中草药之间的协同作用能有效抗疲劳、补气补益、扶正固本、抗衰老、延年益寿等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过梨果仙人掌与茯苓、红景天、甘草、远志、杜仲、菊芋、石斛、葛根、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使高原梨果保健饮料的关系发生实质性改变,根据《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》对本申请产品进行了功能性评价,利用大鼠试验测定保健饮料对对抗疲劳指标的影响,结果表明饲喂3个月后,实验组血清MDA值低于对照组,肝匀浆MDA和脑匀浆MDA较对照组降低36.83%和32.55%,较对照组差异显著(p<0.01);实验组ALT、AST较对照组分别下降33.54%和34.44%,较对照组差异显著(p<0.01);说明产品具有较好的抗疲劳活性;此外,试验结果表明,改变梨果仙人掌和中草药的组成及比例会显著降低产品的功效,结果差异显著(p<0.01),说明梨果仙人掌和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升饮料功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)高原梨果仙人掌预处理:选择无腐烂的的高原梨果仙人掌,称取高原梨果仙人掌40份,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;

一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)高原梨果仙人掌预处理:选择无腐烂的的高原梨果仙人掌,称取高原梨果仙人掌50份,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3%的果胶酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得梨果仙人掌酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按茯苓8份、红景天7份、甘草4份、远志12份、杜仲4份、菊芋4份、石斛2.5份、葛根4份、甜叶菊4份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将梨果仙人掌酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;

Claims (1)
1.一种抗疲劳高原梨果保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)高原梨果仙人掌预处理:选择无腐烂的的高原梨果仙人掌,称取高原梨果仙人掌40~60份,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的果胶酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得梨果仙人掌酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将梨果仙人掌酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
