鲨鱼是世界上最古老、最长寿的深海海洋生物之一,在地球上已生存了四亿年之久,它具有完善免疫系统,生命力极强,几乎不被疾病感染,即使受到外伤,伤口也能很快复原,鲨鱼患癌症的几率约为1/百万。我国鲨鱼药用始见于《本草经集注》,其软骨主要由软骨细胞和含有胶原纤维及大量蛋白多糖和细胞外基质构成,从鲨鱼软骨中提取的多糖在临床上主要用于治疗神经痛、偏头痛、腹腔手术后疼痛等。在欧、美、日等发达国家,鲨鱼软骨多糖作为保健食品或保健药品长期应用于防治冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死等疾病,无明显的毒副作用。近年来研究表明鲨鱼软骨中除富含钙、磷、镁等矿物质外,还含有多种粘多糖及硫酸软骨素,具有显著的抗凝血、降血脂、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等功用,是不可多得的天然食品资源。由于鲨鱼软骨粉具备促进人体软骨再生,抑制新生血管的天然功效,因此鲨鱼软骨粉是一种优良的补钙原料。近年来,鲨鱼翅骨粉保健食品开发得到快速发展,但仍存在保健产品原料单一、功能活性成分无法充分利用、产品食用不便等缺陷,制约鲨鱼翅骨粉保健食品产业可持续发展。

为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果及其制备工艺。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果及其制备工艺,其特征在于鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果原料组成及质量配比为:鲨鱼软骨粉30~50份、山梨醇5~10份、硬脂酸镁5~10份、大豆蛋白粉20~30份、螺旋藻4~6份、复合中草药浸提膏2~3份;所述复合中草药浸提膏是中草药按鱼腥草8~12份、蒲公英10~15份、山楂15~20份、马齿苋10~13份、海带8~12份、黄芩10~15份、无花果10~16份、乌梅10~18份、野菊花5~10份、草珊瑚5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份比例配比后的水提物。
本发明提供一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照上述比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将鱼腥草、蒲公英、马齿苋、海带、黄芩、无花果、野菊花、草珊瑚、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂、乌梅中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)预处理:将鲨鱼软骨粉、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁、大豆蛋白粉、螺旋藻、复合中草药浸提膏分别过100目筛,备用;
(8)称量:按鲨鱼软骨粉30~50份、山梨醇5~10份、硬脂酸镁5~10份、大豆蛋白粉20~30份、螺旋藻4~6份、复合中草药浸提膏2~3份比例准确称量原料;
(9)混合:将称量后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥98%;
(10)制粒:混合后的原料加入原料质量比30~40%的纯净水,然后制粒;
(11)干燥:制粒后干燥,控制含水量在5%以下;
(12)压片:将物料倒入压片机的料斗中,在室温、相对湿度小于70%的环境中进行压片成型;
(13)包装:将成品放在紫外灯下照射20-40分钟后包装。

本发明提供一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果及其制备工艺,通过动物试验进行鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw;遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果及其制备工艺,其优势在于科学配伍鲨鱼软骨粉和多种补钙原料的相互之间的协同作用,能够起到快速补钙、提高免疫力、抗疲劳等功效。本申请通过鲨鱼软骨粉与蓝莓粉、葡萄糖酸钙、木糖醇等原料彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果的关系发生实质性改变。根据《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》对本申请产品进行了功能性评价,研究保健压片糖果对S180荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响,结果表明保健压片糖果能显著提高淋巴细胞的增殖活性(增幅88.23%),也能明显增强ConA刺激的淋巴细胞增殖(增幅54.21%),较对照组差异显著(p<0.01);研究保健压片糖果对对S180荷瘤小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬活性的影响,结果表明保健压片糖果实验组吞噬活性都有显著提高(增幅92.33%),较对照组差异显著(p<0.01),从而提高了小鼠的非特异性免疫功能;比较S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤体积,保健压片糖果实验组显著较小;说明产品具有较好的抗肿瘤提高免疫力活性;此外,试验结果表明,改变鲨鱼翅骨粉和中草药的组成及比例会显著降低产品的功效,结果差异显著(p<0.01),说明鲨鱼翅骨粉和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升压片糖果功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照鱼腥草10份、蒲公英12份、山楂18份、马齿苋12份、海带10份、黄芩13份、无花果13份、乌梅14份、野菊花7份、草珊瑚7份、甘草12份、甜叶菊12份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将鱼腥草、蒲公英、马齿苋、海带、黄芩、无花果、野菊花、草珊瑚、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂、乌梅中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;
(4)离心:离心分离浸提液和中药草残渣;
(5)水煎:将蒸馏后的中草药残渣中加入2~3倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5~2h,水煎液与浸提液合并;
(6)浓缩干燥:将合并后的复合中草药水提液浓缩后干燥至水分≤10g/100g,即得复合中草药浸提膏;
(7)预处理:将鲨鱼软骨粉、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁、大豆蛋白粉、螺旋藻、复合中草药浸提膏分别过100目筛,备用;
(8)称量:按鲨鱼软骨粉40份、山梨醇8份、硬脂酸镁8份、大豆蛋白粉25份、螺旋藻5份、复合中草药浸提膏2.5份比例准确称量原料;
(9)混合:将称量后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥98%;
(10)制粒:混合后的原料加入原料质量比30~40%的纯净水,然后制粒;
(11)干燥:制粒后干燥,控制含水量在5%以下;
(12)压片:将物料倒入压片机的料斗中,在室温、相对湿度小于70%的环境中进行压片成型;
(13)包装:将成品放在紫外灯下照射20-40分钟后包装。
实施例2:
一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照鱼腥草12份、蒲公英10份、山楂20份、马齿苋10份、海带12份、黄芩10份、无花果16份、乌梅10份、野菊花10份、草珊瑚5份、甘草15份、甜叶菊10份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将鱼腥草、蒲公英、马齿苋、海带、黄芩、无花果、野菊花、草珊瑚、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂、乌梅中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;

(9)混合:将称量后的原料混合均匀,混合均匀度≥98%;
(10)制粒:混合后的原料加入原料质量比30~40%的纯净水,然后制粒;
(11)干燥:制粒后干燥,控制含水量在5%以下;
(12)压片:将物料倒入压片机的料斗中,在室温、相对湿度小于70%的环境中进行压片成型;
(13)包装:将成品放在紫外灯下照射20-40分钟后包装。
实施例3:
一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果,通过以下步骤制备:

Claims (1)
1.一种抗肿瘤提高免疫力的无糖型鲨鱼翅骨粉压片糖果,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)分拣称量:将所用中草药分拣,去除杂质等,按照鱼腥草8~12份、蒲公英10~15份、山楂15~20份、马齿苋10~13份、海带8~12份、黄芩10~15份、无花果10~16份、乌梅10~18份、野菊花5~10份、草珊瑚5~10份、甘草10~15份、甜叶菊10~15份比例称重;
(2)原料预处理:根据原料特性不同分别进行原料预处理:
①将鱼腥草、蒲公英、马齿苋、海带、黄芩、无花果、野菊花、草珊瑚、甘草、甜叶菊混合后进行粉碎处理,过40目筛;
②向山楂、乌梅中加入2~3倍纯净水,打浆,然后加入1~2%果胶酶,在40~50℃条件下酶解10~20min;
(3)超声波辅助酶解:原料混合后加入原料质量比3~5倍纯净水,然后加入原料质量比2~3%纤维素酶、1~2%非淀粉多糖酶,在超声波辅助条件下酶解30~60min,酶解温度控制在40~50℃;

(13)包装:将成品放在紫外灯下照射20-40分钟后包装。
